I travel a lot for work and always stay here when in Toronto. Rooms are always clean. The bistro is great for breakfast, but most impressive is the staff is always friendly, professional and helpful with anything you need.

While overall the hotel is not bad , We stayed in room 212 and the bed was very uncomfortable . My husband at some point moved to the sofa because he couldn't sleep on the bed anymore . The look is also very deep and suitable for younger children. Not exactly what we expected for 200$/night room- I would not...

Friendly staff. Rooms clean and quite. Bedding was fresh and comfortable. Free parking. Breakfast area well maintained, although I did not eat there. Fairly close to the airport. I would stay here again.

I like this hotel a lot. I stay here often. Free parking is a HUGE thing for me. There's something interesting walking into a lobby and being welcomed back by the staff. It's in a great location and quite for the most part. I was told that breakfast would be free and it wasn't and at night at the bar...

We stayed in Rm 218 right beside the vending and ice machines. I thought it would be noisy but it wasn't at all. The room was deep, and together with the bathroom location, we heard very little hall noise. Even with all the 15 year old boys! Clean linens and towels, housekeeping good. Toiletries were "generic" and skimpy but most...

The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Pool area is clean and both front desk staff and cleaning staff are super friendly. We were there for a hockey tournament and were surprised that there was no complimentary continental breakfast this year. We ordered breakfast at the Bistro. It was quite expensive and food was terrible....

Stayed there 26-Nov-16. Found the room nice, clean and comfortable. King bed was great! Were only there for one night so we weren't able to check out the facilities. One elevator was down. We were attending a company function at the restaurant right across the parking lot, so it was handy.
