We were in Perth for a wedding over the weekend and stayed 2 nights. Linda and Gordon, the owners, were very welcoming. Beautifully appointed rooms with lots of history. Even though the Manor was fully booked, it was surprisingly very quiet. Appreciated being able to just walk (6 to 10 minutes) to the commercial area where we had dinner one night. Morning breakfast was excellent on both days, beautifully presented. Look forward to returning one day, when we can really spend more time exploring that gorgeous region of Ontario!
We booked 2 rooms Canada Day weekend for our daughter's wedding that was being held in Perth. I cannot thank Linda and Gordon enough for the warm welcome and hospitality. They provided a beautiful breakfast both mornings. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. It was an emotional and happy weekend, the Hotel provided us with a sense of calm and escape from all the craziness between Friday's set up, rehearsal dinner and the wedding on Saturday. Thank you again and we promise to come back for another stay!
Staid one night a week ago at this excellent hotel. Owners Gordon and Linda were lovely hosts, providing friendly advice and service. Breakfast was great and the room was both stately and very comfortable!
The Perth Manor Hotel is a pleasant return to a by-gone era. The owners, Linda and Gordon, have gone all out to create a welcoming and historical atmosphere. They obviously take pride in their property and in the way they interact with their guests. The breakfast provided was served in the quaint, charming dining room decorated in period correct wall fabric that I was told had been there over a hundred years. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was personally served by the hosts. Great atmosphere, great venue, very highly recommended.
Exceptional! My husband and I stayed for four nights at this lovely BnB. The vintage furnishings and decor were beautiful. Dining on the patio overlooking the gardens made for a great start to our day. Our hosts, Gordon and Linda, were so helpful on making suggestions for dining and sightseeing. They and the house staff went above and beyond to make our meals and room exceptional. Just a 50 minute drive to Ottawa. Worth the drive not to have to stay in the big city but still be able to visit it. We were able to buy drinks during “Happy Hour “ right there for a perfect ending to a busy tourist’s day! Loved it.
