I was pleased with the kindness of the front desk. I accidentally left my iPad in my room. I phoned and spoke with Kaleigh. She ran to my room, found the iPad, and coordinated with her management team to help me retrieve the iPad. Aside from that, the room was clean, the breakfast was simple and adequate. There wasn't any maid service during my stay., but I didn't mind.

Great staff and great rooms. Tee and Rudy have the best customer service skills by far. I don’t have any negative remarks. I worked at a hotel and I can see the effort that’s being put in at the hotel and I love it.

This was a beautiful hotel, new, clean and very modern. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that they jacked up their prices since there was a concert In town by about $30! I had driven a long way that day and was very tired so I accepted it but beware! Otherwise you will be very comfortable there. There is a large walk in shower, micro, fridge and coffeemaker, king size bed and lounge chair. I don't know if I would stay here again. Perhaps.

Stayed two nights. It is set up for fishing folks but the parking is less than ideal. By that I mean you cannot leave your boat attached to your vehicle if you want electric plug ins. Several of the outdoor plug ins weren’t working; pool and hot tub were closed as well. The facility is nice and new with fridge and comfy beds.

I booked 2 hotel rooms here a month before we were to arrive. I double checked on them a week before we were to arrive-all confirmed. Then got an email 2 hours before we were to arrive that they had been cancelled. I spoke with the desk attendant on the phone 3 times and he said, "They were overbooked. There was nothing they would do. They had a computer glitch." Very disappointing. As we visited with friends at the casino event we found out that many, yes, many fell into the same problem. Reservations and then nothing for both this hotel and the one next to it. I suggest that if you are going to stay in NewTown during an event held at the casino that you get back up lodging arrangements if you've booked here.

Nice hotel for a small town that was once extremely limited in lodging options. I stay here occasionally when traveling for work and enjoy the atmosphere. Clean rooms and dog friendly, which is a perk because my Lily is often with me. There is a nice pool and fitness room as well. I would suggest bringing your own pillows because the ones provided are redic small. Otherwise very nice stay for an affordable price.

Lovely staff at check in and check out, clean and well appointed room, conveniently located, quiet. Breakfast a little under par considering the rest of the stay was perfect. If I ever were to return to this part of the world, I'd definitely stay again.

This was a one night stay and the Inn is a great place to stay. Convenient location, good parking, very helpful staff, and nicely designed and furnished rooms. Very close to a restaurant. And yes, everything is clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Little Missouri Inn and Suites, New Town, ND. There are not a lot of places to stay in New Town, but this was comfortable and convenient. The desk staff are friendly and helpful, even to the point of running out to her personal car to look for (and find) quarters for the guest laundry when there were few in the cash register. The daily supply of fresh baked cookies, and the different breakfasts every day were very nice to have during the two weeks I spent as a guest. The hotel is modern, built during the oil and gas boom, and now uncrowded during the bust times. Housekeeping staff are friendly and try hard, but there is apparently a shortage of staff and of the little convenient provisions usually left in the rooms. The clean and efficient guest laundry was welcome after days of working outdoors in the prairie. The majority of guests are there on business, working people who are there for short-term projects, but the area has a beautiful lake and fine recreational opportunities that entice me to return someday just for fun. Rooms are provided with refrigerators (but not freezers) and microwaves, as well as coffee makers, and there are a good grocery with deli and a well stocked convenience store within easy walking distance. The nearest restaurant, affiliated with the hotel, is in an adjacent building. The food at Teddy’s lounge is pretty good but limited, and the service can get easily overwhelmed if too many people show up, but the beer is good and cold.…

A nice place right off the highway. Nice pool & fitness room. Has a small business centre and very friendly staff at check in. Nice modern rooms with coffee and wifi. There is a good breakfast included. No restaurant, but the hotel right next door has a nice restaurant & lounge.
