I was pleased with the kindness of the front desk. I accidentally left my iPad in my room. I phoned and spoke with Kaleigh. She ran to my room, found the iPad, and coordinated with her management team to help me retrieve the iPad. Aside from that, the room was clean, the breakfast was simple and adequate. There wasn't any maid service during my stay., but I didn't mind.

Finally a top rate place for business travelers to stay in NewTown. I travel to the NewTown area several times a year for work and had actually started driving to Minot each night vs risking a stay at the Casino. This is as nice as any motel in the state. The area around the motel is still being finished but once inside you will be absolutely amazed at how nice this motel is. The rooms are beautiful and the exercise room has top end machines for those of us that need to work out every day. I didn't use the pool but it looked tempting. I will certainly be staying here or at the sister motel going up right next door when I return.

I stayed for a work visit. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The receptionist had the evening's people's keys and sheets to sign all ready when I checked in. Probably the quickest check-in ever. The place is very clean. The staff I encountered were all friendly. The room was large, bed comfy, AC unit efficient and not loud. I had aroom at the back, so I had a lovely view of hills. There were adequate plugs for electronics and plenty of light. It was mostly very quiet. The shower was really nice. It was a walk-in corner with no separate door, kind of like walking into a spacious cave. Plenty of hot water with good pressure even on the third floor. WiFi was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was good and clean. However the hallways need a lot of cleaning and breakfast is far below par: in other words: it sucks and responsible staff did not seem to care. Also: when checking in there was a problem with the financial coverage by the booking agent and the receptionist needed to call his manager. The room was payed for in advance. The manager told that she would work it out. While in that case a credit card is for incidentals and the front office said the would not use it, it has now been used to pay for the room without telling the customer. This is really not done. In my opinion this hotel needs (a) new management (style).

Room was nice ,hotel staff was helpful, the motel double charged me for the room. Thought I had it straightened out with the clerk. The hotel manager called and told me it was all fixed. I told her there was still $600 needed reimbursed. She was really nasty! I have to deal with my card directly to get it done.

I booked 2 hotel rooms here a month before we were to arrive. I double checked on them a week before we were to arrive-all confirmed. Then got an email 2 hours before we were to arrive that they had been cancelled. I spoke with the desk attendant on the phone 3 times and he said, "They were overbooked. There was nothing they would do. They had a computer glitch." Very disappointing.
As we visited with friends at the casino event we found out that many, yes, many fell into the same problem. Reservations and then nothing for both this hotel and the one next to it.
I suggest that if you are going to stay in NewTown during an event held at the casino that you get back up lodging arrangements if you've booked here.

Decided on this hotel instead of Teddy's because of the breakfast. Wow, such a good hotel breakfast that starts at 5. Good amount of hot items & different coffees to choose from. Victor and Willy, at the front desk, were so helpful & accommodating. The few snags that we encountered were no big deal when you add in the great customer service. Fitness center & spa were enjoyed everyday by us.

This is a clean, nice hotel with a friendly staff. The only downfall is a horrendously complicated check in/out process. They won't use your prior booking info and their web site won't save it, so have to re-enter, and it requires every field (mr/mrs/miss/dr) to be filled, including requiring your email (twice) but not emailing you a confirmation statement. Also scan in your drivers license EVERY TIME you check in. Minor things but way more time consuming than any normal hotsl check in process.

Stumbled upon this place touring the area for work about 6 months ago. This will be my 4th visit and all I can say is it is starting to feel like home away from home. It is well run. Staff are polite and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Service good if you request it. Everyone willing and able.
I came back this week hoping for the new wing and restaurant and bar, they are not open yet, but when they are (hopefully any day now) I am sure they will elevate the Little Missouri Inn to new heights.
Some folks complain about the price, but once you get over the sticker shock of North Dakota post oil-boom you will understand that this hotel is far and away the best on offer for at least 100 mile sin any direction.
As a world (very weary) traveller I am happily surprised and impressed by the way management keep trying to make this little Inn better and better. Kudos.

I stay in New Town on business every week. We've stayed a few different places and none compare to the Little Missouri. Consistently clean, good breakfast, great workout and pool areas. The staff are FANTASTIC! Once, my reservation was mistakenly made for the wrong date and the staff quickly found me a room and were wonderful despite my company's mistake! There is not a hotel with these amenities anywhere within an hour of town. It's a terrific place to stay and our company will never stay anywhere else in the area!

As long as we have a room available with a tub during your stay, absolutely! Please note that we only have King rooms with tubs and we have a limited number available. I would recommend calling the hotel directly to ensure you get the room type you want.
