My fiancé and I stayed here during our vacation in September 2015. Of the 3 b&bs we stayed in while in Nova Scotia this was our favourite. Such a cozy country home atmosphere, delicious food, luxurious room with ensuite bath. Would definitely stay again!

Kathy and Carl have a very nice B&B located a bit out in the country near to Annapolis Royal. It is a great setup for a B&B and they do an excellent job of running it. Very clean, very friendly, very comfortable. They have two bedrooms for rent (and two others if you have children), one of which is a... More

Lovely B & B about half way between Port Royal and Annapolis Royal. We didn't spend much time at the house but were warmly welcomed with cookies and tea. We spent the evening in Annapolis Royal (don't miss the Graveyard Tour!) and came back late but in the morning we were served a beautiful and delicious homemade breakfast. We would... More

Lovely home and very warm, helpful owners. Cathy was so helpful with places to go and Carl was very knowledgeable about lots of things and gave us a great tour of the milking farm. Breakfasts were awesome and Cathy even made special cookies for my son who is gluten free. Would highly recommend and the Annapolis Valley is gorgeous. Take... More

Kathy and her husband are great hosts. They are welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful. Their home is very clean, our room is comfortable. We had only a short stay, but had a great home-made breakfast. The view out of their window is beautiful. The place is not hard to find at all, with our GPS. I find the way to their... More

We arrived Friday evening around 6pm. My husband had booked the room by mistake for the following weekend. Cathy was more than accommodating in fitting us in and making us feel welcomed. The bed and breakfast is located next to the family dairy farm -listening and learning about the cows added to our experience. The breakfast was more than expected-frittatas,homemade... More

We stayed here for two nights earlier this week. We were given a warm welcome by Kathy and shown round her beautiful home. The views towards the river were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We would throughly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here for three nights on a recent trip to Nova Scotia. It is about a 10 minute drive from Annapolis Royal, but that didn't bother us. Our room was comfortable with a small en-suite. We also had use of a guest lounge with a hot drinks machine and Kathy's home-made cakes and / or cookies (we loved the... More

A lovely, big room with spacious ensuite, a cozy guest lounge complete with fresh cookies, a delicious big breakfast with so many choices choices, free wi-fi, fresh country air. And, best of all, friendly hosts who were happy to have a nice chat. This b&b was the best value of all the great b&b's we stayed in on our trip... More

This B&B is outstanding; the best so far on our 10 day trip. The breakfast was amazing and the cookies and coffee in our own separate lounge facility were a bonus. Kathy and Carl are extremely friendly, warm hosts who could not do enough for us. The beds are comfortable, furnishings a delight and layout for guests well thought out.... More

“We had the front double room, not en suite but the large and extremely well equipped bathroom was right next door. A very quiet location, not much traffic but the house is well back from the road in any case. There is a small comfortable lounge for guests equipped with coffee/tea maker and large flat screen tv.”
