We stayed for one night in September 2016. We'd planned a two night stay but Air Canada unfortunately shifted our flight by 4 hours so after a very long day we arrived in Deer Lake in the dark rather than in the afternoon. Our host Darlene kindly suggested that we stay over in Deer Lake for that first night because...

What the exterior lacks in curb appeal, everything else about the Bonne Bay Inn makes up for it tenfold! Firstly, Darlene is about the nicest, most accommodating owner you will meet. The rooms are modern, clean, and stylish. The lounge, dining area, and bar area are spacious and comfortable. The views of Bonne Bay are spectacular. My only regret was...

The room was small, but well appointed. The views were great and the manager and the staff very helpful and easy to talk to. Close to the Tablelands, which is every present in the background and literally - just up the road. A great stay!

Our first two nights here were so nice, we returned for two more nights to just rest and relax before continuing on a month long tour discovering Newfoundland. Darlene and her staff treat you as a friend upon arrival to departure. The facility is almost like a family hotel where family gather in the common area to relax for afternoon...

Even though this is a Hotel mostly for couples, Darlene was very nice and made it work for our little family of 3. The room is very well equipped, clean, and with a breathtaking view! The staff is very friendly. They serve a continental breakfast with a spectacular view as well. IMHO, Best place to stay in the Gros Morne!

This Inn is a gem. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms with fridge, coffee maker, robes, deluxe toiletries, free wi-fi etc. All rooms have a great view of the Bay. Staff are very friendly and well informed. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer accommodation in the Gros Mornes area. Book early, the place is busy.

From the road the Bonne Bay Inn looks like an ordinary motel but once inside it is apparent what the current owners have done. The rooms (all of which have a great view over the town and ocean) are quite small but very well appointed and everything is of a high quality. The bar, lounge and restaurant are attractive and...

Darlene is an excellent host with meticulous attention to details. The views are spectacular, even on a cloudy day. Each room is outfitted with a fridge and a Keurig. When...

Expensive, but great location right near the Visitor Centre on South Side of Gros Morne Park (15 minutes to Green Gardens). One of the few places with air conditioning. Newly renovated. Good water pressure in shower. Amenities like bathrobe, air dryer, fluffy towels, mini fridge, etc. Restaurant attached (Elements) is decent. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, toast, fruit...
