George and Lynn are great hosts and made us very welcome. The Inn has a lot of ambiance and charactor and is very comfortable. George is front of house and very sociable. Breakfast is home cooked and wonderful with sufficient to satisfy any appetite. The views of the waterfront is dependent on which bedroom you are allocated and in our case the view was limited as the Inn has mature trees in the garden but don't let that put you off. George recommended an excellent restaurant for our evening meal in the style of a 1960's diner which was a short drive away

A wonderful heritage house, with even better hosts - so charismatic. We’re glad we found it; felt at home immediately, were charmed, entertained and educated. We hope to go back one day and further explore this scenic and historic area.

We were glad we found them, it was a spur of the moment trip for the weekend. We were looking for a place to spend the night, we found several but they were booked up and way more expensive than we expected. Contacted George to confirm our booking. He got back to us promptly. We came by to view the room, it was above our expectations. The price was fantastic for the situation. George and Lynn were very knowledgeable about the history in the area. George booked our reservations for supper and suggested a couple of places we could check out on our little tour. Sunday morning breakfast was phenomenal! Fit for a King and Queen. It was definitely worth the time to seek them out. The house is fantastic, rich in history and decorated beautifully. The hosts are very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are looking forward to our next visit. Lee and Donna
