after reading all the negative reviews, I was sceptical of going. but now that I have gone, I can say it was amazing. the tree houses were awesome. the owners never bothered us once. there are rules but they are not crazy rules. we stayed in the meadow tree house it was huge. the only thing I would recommend is... We travelled to Miramichi this summer with our 10 year old daughter. The lady working the front office was very rude. I explained to her that I had a large family living in Miramichi and they would be visiting. She told us we could only have 2 visitors per day and each person would pay $5. At exactly 8 pm... More

Tree houses are clean and comfortable. Was travelling with my teenage daughter and neither of us was disappointed. Woman at the front gate was polite and informative. Would be a great experience for a family with younger children.

Very nice and helpful on the phone ahead of time - they addressed a few questions we had regarding age limits for a teenager. Our treehouse was clean and dry despite heavy rains. There was a designated private bathroom for our treehouse which was a nice surprise, the bathroom was basic of course but clean (as were the showers). We... More

Went camping here and what a disaster! First off it's absolutely crazy that you are only allowed to have 2 guests visit you while you are staying in the campground, and can't have guests in for supper, NEVER will I return to this camp ground and I suggest if you plan on staying here you might as well forget about... In town for the Atlantic Canada International Air Show. The lady at the desk is very harsh spoken and unapproachable to finding a resolution to a very minor request. 2 nights cabins booked for family and Camping Miramichi knew in advance there would be additional family visiting (for a fee of $5.00/person no matter the age) for supper ONLY. No... More

Not the place to go to relax and have fun. I stayed in a cabin with 3 friends both beds were horribly uncomfortable. we did not sleep a wink. Management was rude to me and my family. You get nickled and dimed for everything - an extra person in a tent, an early check in even though the campground wasn't... More

We booked the treehouses well in advance but it was our first time going with small children we were unsure of how it worked. My husband tried to book online and because we had a child in a playpen along with myself, my son, my niece, and my husband, after booking online we weren't sure if we chose the right... More

If you're looking to be greeted with a scowl, this is the place to be. We stayed in one of the cabins. No one slept well because the mattresses were so uncomfortable. Side note: all the mattresses, not just the ones in the cabin are awful. I've had friends stay in the tree houses who said the same thing. Side... More

We stayed in the Carriage treehouse for 3 nights. We are a family of 5 (kids 13,4,2). The triple bunk was perfect and it was nice having a toilet, sink, and electricity. The lady at the front gate was helpful and friendly. We purchased ice and firewood there. The BBQ was an extra 25.00 (I was a little surprised at... More
