Despite the hostility staff I don't want to stay there anymore. The hotel is very old and needs renovation. The room is small, very dark, it smells damp. It's look like a crypt. This feeling complements the ceiling in the room and the huge cobwebs at the entrance to the room.

Very disappointed in our 2 night stay at this campground. First of all it is all seasonal campers and so a different vibe. Secondly my grandson being Anglophone had a difficult time in the pool and water slide as no one spoke English to him including the supervision. I was totally disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool and the reception we received on check in. They are obviously only used to their seasonal clientele. We chose this campground because of the waterslide for our grandson but learned the first day upon our arrival that it closed at 6 p.m. although I do speak French no one spoke to me or my spouse or grandson.,,not particularly friendly here. I might choose elsewhere for overnight camping.

English will follow. I usually have something bad to say about everything. But with them, I only have good things to say about their customer service. They were able to answer all my questions ( I seriously mean like 30 questions) via a social media ( Facebook) in a really short time. We were able to rent a RV with them for a very good price. Also pet friendly!!! ( with a very small deposit of $50 no matter how many dogs you bring, and they give it back once they expected everything of course). They were very professional, very friendly and most importantly, they make you feel welcome on their camp ground. My little family and I, thank you :)

Extremely French. Older woman at the front desk didn't know a word of English. Was attempting to play charades with her when thankfully a younger girl came who was decent at English. Millions of kids. Looked like there was a very large playground. Pool was decent. Heated and slides. Camp sites weren't well labelled. Pretty sure our neighbours were on our site but the signage wasn't good enough to prove otherwise. Was extremely busy. There was a 3 deep line for the 3 showers. Coin operated. Boyfriend said his shower stole his money then was cold water. Overall was ok, but I wouldn't stay there again.

We arrived and got a campsite. They gave us one site but when we went to setup our tent the markers didn't clearly indicate which are was ours. Since nobody was beside us we setup where we thought would be okay for the one night. The showers are paid which I think is more of an inconvenience. Charge more upfront and have free showers. They have a pool and food as well as waterslides ($5/day).
