Harold met us upon our arrival, showed us to our room, explained how everything worked. He then got maps and info to suggest places to go, things to do and places to eat. All very good information. We really liked that breakfast fixings were in our fridge and we could prepare it at our leisure. An amazing view, very relaxing....

We stayed for 3 nights in the View Suite. It was, as the title suggests, absolutely stunning. Upon walking into the suite, the view out of the main living area was so beautiful. Harold met us on arrival and was absolutely charming, giving us directions to the grocery and liquor stores. We kicked back for 3 nights and simply enjoyed...

A very nice and beautifull place to stay. The rooms are very big and complete with a little kitchen. From all rooms you have a sublime view over the Estuary. Lots of birds (Sea Eagles) to see from your terrace and we also saw a bever in the water in front of our terrace. The owners are very nice and...

We stayed in" the view" one bedroom suite and had a wonderful relaxing weekend. The suite is spacious and beautifully decor, with a very nice and comfortable bed, full kitchen which was stocked with bread, eggs, bacon, cereal, coffee and everything needed to make your own breakfast, a nice living room with TV, DVD/Bluray and stereo system. DVD's with a...

My friend and I enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at the Inn. There is an actual play on words in the name of this place as it is literally 'in' the estuary. Long story about how the owners were able to build in this fragile habitat but what has happened here is miraculous. My favorite .... laying on the...

Beautiful peaceful location, lovely room, great facilities, more what in England would be considered upmarket serviced self catering rather than B&B, as it’s make your own breakfast from the ingredients provided. This however in such a location has its advantages as we could bring supper back and relax enjoying the peace and views. Friendly helpful owners who went out of...

A remarkable find? Most of the reviews of this beautiful B&B here on Trip Advisor are spot on. One thing that seems to be overlooked is how lucky those of us who visit this place are. Reviewing the book on construction of this wonderful place that was in our room impressed me with the creative talents and perseverance of the...

Such a lovely place to stay!! The room was immaculate and beautiful and the views of the estuary outstanding. Harold was such a welcoming and helpful host and provided plenty of great ideas for us to discover the island. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and relaxation.

We stayed in the Lagoon Suite for two nights and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! We are nature lovers, photographers, and travel a lot. As soon as you arrive and see the surrounding grounds with raised wooden boardwalks and lovely landscaping, you know you are in for a treat. The location itself is superb, and the rooms do not disappoint....

We stayed for two nights and the B&B certainly lived up to our expectations - and more! Harold was waiting for us when we arrived with plenty of tips for restaurants, hikes, drives etc. He made us more than welcome, made sure we had everything we needed and left us to enjoy the peace and serenity of his property. The...
