We stayed in cabin 14 during our stay in TC , kayaking and bear watching. The location of cabin 14 is perfect, you can see the whole harbour from the window and were able to see mink, two otters, bald eagles right outside. The noise is not a problem either despite being right on the boardwalk. It gets quiet after... More

We had specifically booked a group of 7 with 5 tents into 2 sites. We were assigned very small, buggy sites. Luckily there just one night. At 0500 were were almost run over by fishermen leaving for the day! Not sure why people would stay here. The camp hosts however are pleasant and do a great job.

Coming here only makes sense if you want to take advantage of what the resort offers - it is not on the way to anywhere. We were booked into there for one night between Port Hardy and Campbell River and that simply did not make sense. The resort has a yacht harbour, a kayaking company and immediate access to boats... From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The house was basic accommodations but we had a full kitchen and it was quiet at night. # 24 was away from the boardwalk but still close and easy to get to. Be aware no phone, tv or Internet! We went on the whale watch and the tide rip grizzly adventure and... More

An easy drive of about 2 hours from Campbell River even if it is a bit monotonous because it is just trees trees and more trees on a very quiet road. However it is well worth it when you arrive at Telegraph Cove. First of all the accommodation is made up of various sizes of cabins. We were fortunate enough... More

We stayed with friends in Cabin number 9 right on the boardwalk looking over the ocean. Really enjoyed the area with lots to do including whale and bear excursions. Great food and more reasonable than I expected at the restaurant or pub on the boardwalk. At night they have a salmon and rib bbq cooked right on the boardwalk. The... More

Have been to Telegraph Cove twice in two years, our first stay was in one of the old cottages off the Board Walk. Yes they are old but are in good shape and perfect for the area, no TV, no Internet. Get out and enjoy Northern Vancouver Island! On our second trip we stayed at Dockside 29, this was easier... More

Stayed in number 8 cottage off the board walk. The history of each cabin is proudly displayed outside each cottage & yes they are old. First impression from outside , paint coming off , lumber just scattered in front yard as well as old ladder. Not impressive considering the price we have alfready paid. Closer inspection of exterior lots rotted... More

Enjoyed staying here A-LOT! Spent our days walking the boardwalk, checking out the area and having coffee and snacks in all the little places. We were worried about bringing the dog, as all the tours are about 5 hours minimum. Luckily Meghan (a summer 'local') had posted a sign to the notice board that she was available for dog sitting,... We chose to stay here, for two nights, to enable us to go on a grizzly tour and were delighted with our choice. We received a very warm welcome, had no problem parking and though there was a short walk from the car to our accommodation, luggage carts were available if required. We had opted for the Bunk House Suite... More
