Stayed in number 8 cottage off the board walk. The history of each cabin is proudly displayed outside each cottage & yes they are old. First impression from outside , paint coming off , lumber just scattered in front yard as well as old ladder. Not impressive considering the price we have alfready paid. Closer inspection of exterior lots rotted... More

Enjoyed staying here A-LOT! Spent our days walking the boardwalk, checking out the area and having coffee and snacks in all the little places. We were worried about bringing the dog, as all the tours are about 5 hours minimum. Luckily Meghan (a summer 'local') had posted a sign to the notice board that she was available for dog sitting,... We chose to stay here, for two nights, to enable us to go on a grizzly tour and were delighted with our choice. We received a very warm welcome, had no problem parking and though there was a short walk from the car to our accommodation, luggage carts were available if required. We had opted for the Bunk House Suite... More

This picturesque harbor of Telegraph cove was amazingly beautiful. A crystal clear harbor marina with beautiful painted cottages, cabins and houses along the banks and on wooden decks over the water. I stayed here with my wife for 2 nights and loved it. Walk the deck and admire the decorated dwellings & gardens, the sea air, the natural beauty of... More

We go every year in June and stay in the smaller cabins overlooking the marina. Gordie and his staff are nice and accommodating. Cabins are clean but don't expect anything fancy or modern. I would recommend a fishing charter and go in July/August because the spring salmon are running.

Do not rent a cabin. They are rustic but cheap and a tourist trap. For the price you pay you would think a piece of soap in the bathroom the size of a looney for 4 people would be cheap and not rustic. It was dirty, few amenities and I would not EVER come back. Rent a hotel near by... More

Telegraph Cove Resort was a fun place to stay and explore. Loved how they had historical items and pictures which involved you in the stories of the past. We stayed in the Wastell house & the room was clean, comfortable with a good bed and shower. We really liked the views from the cozy sun room which was a shared... More

My husband and I stayed at the Telegraph Cove Resort for two nights at the beginning of June as we were booked on a Tide Rip Grizzly Tour. We were in one of the cabins on the boardwalk which was rustic but clean and comfortable with absolutely fantastic views over the cove. The cabin had a kitchen, tea and coffee... More

The cove is straight out of the backlot of a Hollywood set - a perfect "u" shaped waterway surrounded by mountains. This is not a place for a Disneyland-style getaway, this is the real thing--in the heart of nature. It's rustic, basic and magical (if you like that sort of thing.) If your definition of roughing it is a 3-Star... More

Stayed here before our Grizzly Bear tour. Loved the feel of the place reading the information on the history of each building in the resort you can actually picture what it might have been like as a working fishing village. Felt like we were in an old film. Otter visited the fishing pontoons searching for the scraps from the fishermen.... More
