We stayed at this campground for two days, Although the weather was not great, the view is beautiful and the misty weather created a special atmosphere with campfires everywhere. Showers are not free. Great place for fishing or whale whatching

We arrived quite late in the evening and when the office was closed already. However, the owner came down in no time being very nice and welcoming. Since the office hours were officially over already, she just told us to choose whichever available site we wanted and come up again the next morning to do the paper work. We had... More

The facilities here have been neglected, washrooms need updating. Campsites also need some maintenance, but great location and view. If you have a boat, good location to launch. Close to Telegraph Cove and Port McNeill.

We enjoy the fishing, crabbing, scenery and good plain old fashioned camping at this resort!! We have stayed here twice in 2015 and are returning again in July of 2016. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors away from the crowds!

We spent 4 days here and though I'm used to a little better in hookups in other places, this was certainly worth what we were charged. We were close to our neighbors, but they were all accommodating and didn't break rules by being noisy or rude. The overall impression ( after watching the eagles and ravens having words) was peace... We camped here for a few days, in a tent at site 3, with great views of the ocean . The campsite is attractive for fishermen. Nice to experience all fishing activity going on. At the edge of the ocean is a nice field where tent campers can come with beautiful ocean views . Super friendly and helpful owners. Bathrooms... More

This place is a little gem on the coast. The only campground where you can see your boat at the marina while sitting in front of your trailer. Rick and Jeannie are great people, always ready to help. The campground offer laundry and shower facilities as well as a small grocery department.

We stopped here for a night on our way down the coast. You can choose to camp in an open spot, or in one of the dozen or so spots on the water's edge. We were lucky enough to score the best spot of all, tucked over on the side away from all the other sites. It was private, surrounded... More

Spent a wonderful week with friends in an idyllic spot on the ocean across from Alert Bay. Fishing was so-so but saw Orcas, Humpbacks and Dolphins and had wonderful warm weather. Rick and Jeannie run a comfortable quiet site. Rick provided me with crucial help in dealing with the problem that led to us being his first clients ever to... More
