After 6 days camping the Alaska Highway it was time for a bath. From the Dawson Creek hotels we chose George Dawson Inn mainly because of the front desk attendant, Cindy. She was so nice and helpful - she thought to ask if we were seniors and saved us $10. Even had a toothbrush for us. Great breakfast in the...

We spent 4 nights recently at the George Dawson Inn. It is easy to find and it is good value for the money. A full breakfast is included. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable.

Very reasonable. Charged only 15$ extra for both dogs, (not each). Clean and comfortable. Friendly, accommodating staff. Hot breakfast included. We took in the Walter Wright Museum, the Art Gallery and drove out to Kiskatinaw wooden bridge. Lots to do In Dawson Creek! :)

Stayed here for two nights on our way back from the Yukon. Hotel was great. King bed, big bath, nice towels, fridge, micro, great Wi-Fi, good selection of tv channels. Free hot breakfast in the morning. The location was perfect for sight-seeing. Mile zero of the Alaska highway, the Northern Alberta railway park were within walking distance and the Walter...

Good location, near restaurants, walking trail in park, Walmart, and Mile 0 Alaska Highway markers. Free access to full fitness center across the parking lot. Free breakfast was ample and good quality.

Very nice front desk. This hotel seems to cater to the petroleum industry, with a capacious laundry in the building. Our room was very clean and included a microwave; Safeway is about 1 block away. Hallways and lobby area looked well cared for, as well. Its the front desk people that would make me come back.

Recently renovated. Great comfort in the King Suite. There's no amenities like a pool or sauna. The breakfast that's included is in their restaurant. Great value on that as you get to choose 4 of several options offered. So it's freshly made which is a nice treat from cold cereal and waffles that other places offer. Had a problem upon...

Nice place to stay but if you are staying on business as I did for over a week then it would be nice if the wifi actually worked consistently. No point advertising that there is free wifi if it doesn't stay connected and when it does it is extremely slow. I've stayed at the hotel several times over the last...

This was the second stop on our way to Fairbanks. The room was spacious and centrally located. Surprisingly we were given breakfast coupons and the food at breakfast was outstanding. The check in and out process was efficient. Overall a great experience.

Lovely older hotel. Receptionist was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I loved the spacious lobby and wide halls, the room was enormous. Air conditioner was good, not too noisy and worked well. Bath filled up quickly. Room needed a bit of a clean. Room needed a vacuum, Toilet was dirty, sugar was spilt around coffee machine....
