Just stayed recently at Marigold Resort and loved it. Nice comfortable cabin with a great view of the lake, very helpful owners who gave us good suggestions to catching fish, and nice pontoon boats to get around on. I can see why people book to go back there year after year. We

Thank you for the kind words regarding the cleanliness and equipment of our cabins. I am sorry if I neglected to inform you about the broken window. A previous customer broke the window a few days prior to your arrival. A new one was ordered, but delivery is not for 4-6 weeks given our remote location. The duct tape was to ensure customer safety in the interim. Your insistence that "it isn't fair" that you were unable to park beside the cabin instead of behind it (where the parking spot is for that particular cabin) unfortunately seems to have set the tone for the rest of your stay and the remainder of your comments. With regards to those, we are not sure how to take them. Your dock and fire pit were right in front of your cabin. We checked the radio, it worked fine. You cancelled a portion of your boat rental and took the boat for only 1 1/2 days instead of the 2/12 days required to qualify for the maximum discount. We did not "penalize" you. We would never have taken the 15% discount away and didn't. Should you change your mind and decide to return, I would suggest you would be happier with Cabin 3 or 5 for the parking you desire.

I was working at Loon Lake and stayed in RV 9 for the week. Waking up to the beautiful view of the lake made every day delightful. The RV was super comfortable and provided a nice home away from home. The owners were friendly and easy-going, they really helped me out when I
