Rooms are large , beds comfy ,fridge and microwave, free wifi. Close to the lake and beach, people are friendly. Tables and chairs out side with umbrellas . Priced right for what you get . Also a bar across the street, and strip mall.

Great service from staff. Very affordable and clean motel. Also easy walking distance to the beach, marina, shopping, and restaurants. Stay here over the western budget any day! So much nicer. Breakfast was pretty limited, mainly cereal and baked goods from grocery store.

Chose the hotel for the location as we were in town attending a wedding and all the other hotels were on the other side of town Found the room to be very clean and comfortable, AC worked good! Definitely worth the value, especially for a short stay. Yes the motel is older, but well maintained from what we could see...

We were there for a geocaching event. We arrived late, but the manager was available to check us in. We left early the next morning. The parking lot was almost full, but there was room for a couple more. The room was a good basic room: 2 queen beds, TV (not used), vanity sink outside shower. All was clean and...

Clean, comfortable. Water pressure not great on the second floor, takes a long time to rinse the soap out od your hair. Cold Lake is a lot busier than most small towns in northern Alberta right now so this place was almost 100% full on an Thursday and St night and was filling up with tourists for Sat night. Hotel...

Do you like the 80s, wanna go back but you can't afford a DeLorean time machine? Look no further than the Dockside Inn! Ok but seriously, it's dated. However, comfy clean bed, flat screen TV, really nice in room fridge and great WiFi. Breakfast is a carbohydrate buffet you come to expect from these places and will get you through...

Overall, if you are wanting to stay on the cheap this motel provides value for your $$. It's not a dive nor is it a 5 star. But it is clean and has all the necessities, except a hairdryer! For the price you get a comfortable clean room with comfy beds. The owners are friendly and have made a real...

This motel was warm, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Toiletries were industrial strength. The walls were paper thin and we regretted not bringing earplugs, both due to noise from other guests (minimal) and something that sounded similar to a train in the distance (kept me up most of the night). Our room had a few things to fault: broken...

I have stayed here a hand full of times this year. Very competitive rates and decent rooms. Not the most up to dat but decent. Located in a quiet part of town with a nice close walk to the lake which is nice. Tv is a little small and the bed could be a little more comfortable. But no real...

I needed a place to stay at the last minute and chose this place over others based on reviews. As advertised, place was clean and well equipped for the price. Stayed on a Friday night an expected some outside noise but was pleasantly surprised by a very quiet night. Would recommend this place to others and stay again myself.
