We pulled through town and were quite let down by reality vs. the lovely Tourism Board photos we'd seen online. This town is struggling in many ways and this motel is suffering along with the rest of town. But the new owner is doing work as fast as he can; there's scaffolding up and repairs are happening. The place needs... More

I was disappointed in the room. The decor was dated and unappealing. The overhead light didn't work and the walls seemed thin as not long after I got in I could hear my neighbour sneeze. The shower did not have hot water in the morning. The door was difficult to unlock without repeated wiggling and giggling. To deadbolt it shut... More

I apologize if you felt that your stay was disappointing. The motel is now under new management. The previous managers did an excellent job of running this Motel into the ground, and me and my staff are working day and night to bring everything back into tip top condition. If you are ever down in our neck of the woods... More

Comfortable and affordable place to stay. Only 30 minutes to Waterton National Park. Pet friendly which can be hard to find in Waterton. New owners are friendly and helpful. Liked having the outdoor area and laundry service on site. Good for us while travelling.

It's extremely clean. Decorated nicely. We were in the honeymoon suite. There's a 2 person jacuzzi, 4 post King bed, comfy couch, fridge, microwave, new TV , gas fireplace. And hot water! Lol There's a sign saying it's under new management. He should update his website pictures to show its true charm as a decent motel and we'd most definitely... More

Thank you for the great review! We get a lot of compliments regarding the honeymoon suite, and we are re-modelling each room in the Motel, one at a time, to match that same decor! We hope to see you again in the near future! More

We choose this motel for the price. Will never use that to base out choices again. The lady at the office was very nice and helpful. Butttt. We got to our room I thought it smelt like pee my fiancé said it was just musty. The rugs were so stained and ripped we did not want to take our shoes... More

$100/ night for a $28 hotel room. Ariived 5pm and one room hadn't bee cleaned yet. Our "non" smoking room is a smoking room. One room had to be switched for a 'less stinky' room - minimumal improvement. Breakfast is included but not available till 8 am (many travel let's want to be on the road by then). Overall facility... This hotel is an o.k. place to stay if your are visiting Cardston and Waterton Lakes National Park. It is an older motel that needs to be updated, but we found it to be clean and we did have hot water. The shower is very small. The hall did have a musty smell, but our room didn't have that smell.... More

We spent one night while passing through with our family. Room was sizable and clean. Bed was average. The owners are Mormons (not that I care either way) but the lobby and room was a little heavy on LDS paraphernalia. Would probably say here if I had to stay in Cardston again but would keep driving through if possible. It's... More

First off, 3 living flies were in the room ( they had to go ), and I had to kill them myself. Countless others were dead on the rug. ( not sure how often they vacuum ) I was informed if I needed hot water, to let the tap run, 15 minutes or so... the shower was not bad, very... More

My buddy and I stayed here on our first night of a 4 day long weekend motorcycle trip south through the Glacier Nat'l Park and over to BC. It was, as my title says, part good...part bad. Neither of us are very high maintenance, and didn't expect the Taj Mahal when checking into an older hotel in a very small... More
