I stay here every time I visit Minot. The rates are unbeatable, it's clean, there's a pool and hot tub, free breakfast & wifi, rooms with microwave & fridge and an onsite bar. It's also not busy, so it's quiet. What more do you need? I would rate them 5 stars but last time I stayed, I forgot my prescription glasses behind. I know they were left in the room because I never wore them out of the room, I wore my contacts. Housekeeping denied finding them, so I was without glasses for over a week waiting for the replacement I was forced to buy. The front desk people are excellent. It's unfortunate that 1 thieving maid tarnishes the overall reputation.

Cheap, bare bones. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money it’s okay. No comfy chairs in rooms, towels are thin, free breakfast leaves something to be desired. But I’ve used it a few times now when passing through Minot and needed a cheap place to stay. Rooms are clean and adequate for that.

Great location and cheap but that's all. Beds are the worst I've ever seen in a hotel, just a box spring. Very old, somewhat clean. Shower was ok at least, it's geared towards construction workers and hunters and I've been in much better places as a hunter.

The motel is in a fairly good location. The refrigerator and microwave oven in the room were pleasant surprises. The room size and bed comfort were adequate. The free breakfast was adequate at best. The staff were very friendly. The wifi quality was so poor that it dragged down my overall rating.

Would never stay here again. Before even entering the room, the place is dirty and totally unkempt. Dusty (like-- yucky dust). Room was not welcoming from the minute I walked in. Wierd smell. Room has not have repairs or re-do of anything in a long time. Toilet really gross and was not cleaned at all. Outer and middle bed linens old and gross..... stains and "stuff" (wha---?). Also boogery-looking stuff. Are they too lazy to wash it? Did NOT sleep in the bed. The sink..... not cleaned. I am not exaggerating with any of these comments.

I love this location and the very friendly service. This hotel has excellent clean rooms, beautiful pool. I stayed there with my daughter who was visiting from the military and we both had a lot of fun. I will be making sure that I will be staying here again. I highly recommend staying here!

Looks like a low class motel6. Bed was hard, just springs, no padding. Sheets looked like already slept in. TV Remote didn't work. Not a 2star hotel. Internet was snail pace, gave up trying. They should hire real maids...that care about not leaving globs in bathroom, and know how to change sheets. Really??? Sleep in your car....

Stayed one night and the room smells really damp and musty. Not only that, its internet is something from the Stone age, couldn't get anything done on it. The room was something like an upgrade you would get for good behavior in prison. I wouldn't recommend staying her at all.

This establishment has all the makings of a good night stopover, clean, personable staff, decent free breakfast, etc. except...take an overly large room and then cram everything together in a small area leaving the rest of the room empty. Make sure you place the refrigerator right next to the head of the bed so that all night long all you hear is the unit starting and stopping, noisily. Why not simply unplug it? The power cord joins a number of others and then...One could choose to rearrange the room but I am not into that when I can simply stay elsewhere in the future. Perhaps the management may choose to rectify this situation--if so everyone would benefit but I doubt that will happen as it looks like it has been this way for a long time and I, surely, can not have been the only one to have lost a night's rest because of this.

This place is listed as a two star hotel.why? I have no idea. We stayed for four nights and will not stay another if it was free. The first floor windows are level with the parking lot. The bedding had multiple holes which I took back to the front desk because there was no one to come and change them (at 4:30pm) This place is old and in need of a major renovation.
