I was at that hotel wast week. I found that the food was not so bad as most of the comments below. It is fresh and tasty, but there is no diversity. Unfortunately the drinks are awful. The cheapest and low quality alcohol you can imagine and all the drinks are served in a standard water glass. There is no...

The food was tasteless. Every day the same food. The rooms weren't cleaned. The towels were changed only once in 7 days. The waiters acted as we all have entered in their house and stayed there for free. Not even a smile, anything. We will never go there again.

I spent a week in Aurora hotel on a business trip. Having in mind the modest price, I think it's a wonderful place to spend some time. It's neat and tidy, the rooms are large, with plenty of sunshine, the swimming pools are clean, the stuff is very helpful. The food is delicious, although there is not a large diversity....

Not so expensive, rather clean and tidy. Food quiet tasty for this price, not all available (e.g. indor pool or jacuzzi). Service is quite friendly, though sometimes "non-oriented" (sic!) and bored (by the outside pool). Lots of noisy kids/youth tour group. Besides - the tolerable place to stay. We were there in August 2013.

We went there with all-inclusive package. When we arrived at 2 p.m the rooms weren't ready. The food was terrible, not to many choices, food remaining from lunch was found again at dinner, drinks were unacceptable. Rooms were not clean, the sheets were smelly and full of dust, the towels were ripped and dirty. Indoor swimming pool was closed all the...

It was our first time to Bulgaria. I didn' t have a lot of expectation, we had booked the voyage just a few days before and I realise now why we had found places. Because the good hotels had already been booked for a long time. Good points: clean rooms and surroundings but the towels not changed for 5 days(the...

We found the Aurora hotel to be excellent. The rooms were spotless, with the staff even refolding our childrens pyjamas to perfection and neatly placing them on the bed! Whilst sitting by the pool we could see cleaners at work, windows were rubbed down each day, floors mopped, even the balconies dusted down. The staff were always courteous, and always...
