The hotel is very old The bathrooms are with mold and spiders. Cleaners are coming not everyday, they don't even collect the garbage from the room.We needed to ask our bedsheets to be changed, and this happen just once for 2 weeks.Often we didn't have toilet paper and clean towels. When we were asking the answer was that they don't have right now as had a embarcation day. The water in the pool is very cold. The food is nice but the staff is awfull.Spoil everything. They are argumentive with bad attitude,no manners - magority russian speaking. Most of them speak only russian, not even English or Bulgarian. The same with our room cleaner and some of the night shift reception. We had very big problem with communication and understanding. So at the end for 2 weeks we get bad hygiene in the room, non professional reception service, and mean and rude staff in the restaurant.

Nice hotel with good quality of service for affordable price. Quiet location with plenty of trees and roses on the territory and around. Don't miss the opportunity to visit hotel's massager Saro - he's great professional with decades of experience. Constantine and Helena overall and Koral hotel in particular is far from loud and noisy clubs and discos. Hotel has open pool on the territory, where we enjoyed swimming with roses' petals on the water. Koral hotel is also pet-friendly.

Room Tip: I would recommend to take swimming suite to visit town's hot springs complex. It operates all...

Awful place. All inclusive is not worth it. Heavily watered down beer that made me ill so ended up buying all drinks from lidl across the road. Pool bar can only be used till 6pm unless you pay. No spirits from pool bar, have to go to lobby bar. Food awful, even something as simple as chips, put out half an hour before restaurant opens so cold when you get there. No entertainment at all. Staff rude especially lady at the restaurant door. Hotel clean and a good base if you only want to sleep there. Pool is just a big toilet! Nearby restaurant called happy restaurant is a godsend and we used it every day, lovely food and cheap.

I guess service depends largely on where you're from and who is currently sitting behind the counter. We got both excellent service and bad service during our stay and we have very mixed feelings about that. We stayed for a week and our holiday was off to a not so pleasant start. Our flight got delayed and we got to check in at six in the morning. No one was at the reception and the room they eventually provided us was unprepared. If you think about an all-inclusive deal at a hotel in a resort, you'd think toiletries are elementary. For us it was only a mini bar soap, nothing else. The shower head holder was broken, too. Also the hotel doesn't offer bottled water in rooms. Since we used the room for mostly sleeping, we didn't have such high expectations. The location of the hotel is spot-on for those who like a good night's rest, since they don't have party places nearby and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Transportation-wise it's not far from the center and bus connectivity is very good also (main bus: 409; price 3 lev/person)! The pool seems small, but it does it's job well. Very nice. Food is okay. Nearest shop is Lidl, maybe 250m away. All in all it's a good location holiday-wise and I'd definitely recommend it to people I know.

We stayed here for 3nights, made the reservation directly through the hotel. Rosalina that I had contact with was friendly and helpful. Found the hotel on hotels.com and it looked amazing really - 4*, great outside pool area, pool bar, big restaurant, relatively close to the beach, big rooms, overall just what we were looking for. Though they had no idea that their hotel is on Hotels.com at all.. In reality though things seemed slightly different :/ The whole decor and feel of it I won't comment on but still just say that this hotel is one of those looking great on pictures but not so in reality. The check-in took a long time, other guests were interrupting and disregarding our check-in all the time, and personnel didn't object either. They kept our passports for two days due to "having to double check with accounting if our pre-payment of the rooms was okay". Not ok for a 4* hotel or any hotel in that matter! Room was big and spacious and the views were great, no doubt about that! :) We had a balcony facing the amazing pool, mountains and some sea view as well. Bathroom was big and spacious as well. The whole floor carpeting wasn't to our liking, not fresh. Bed was good, clean sheets. No mini bar, coffee/tea etc for a 4* hotel.. not even water, extra towels, bathroom slippers etc. Housekeeping was good though. One major disappointment was, to the contrary as advertised, that there was free WiFi ONLY in the lobby! Otherwise paid elsewhere.. And! Loaning a pool towel was charged per towel per day!! Not only that but they also ran out of towels at 10am... Activities in the lobby such as billiards etc upon charge as well. Pool bar drinks/food below average. Pool Only open between 10-18 :/ Breakfast was good though. Big restaurant. At check-out we have pre-ordered a taxi to the airport as well as a light breakfast, that was well done :) though one of the receptionists tried to over charge us almost double for the taxi (I have previously asked what it would cost..). Overall a lot of mixed feelings about this hotel. I guess my expectations were higher than the presentation of the hotel itself. Absolutely Not a 4* hotel!! Would most probably not return.

We stayed here as a small family for 3 weeks and found the staff amazing. They were helpful and the chefs deserve a shout out as the food was always good and well presented. The rooms were cleaned every day and in good order. The swimming pool is great and lovely to lounge around. Lovely surrounding area also. Plenty of flora and fauna. The local beaches are nice and relaxing and you dont get pestered by anyone selling things you dont want. The local market is good and friendly local eateries . Some amusement areas for children too. We booked a Jeep Safari which was great fun. They take you up to the forest area and for a meal at a villiage house. Only a short walk to a bus stop to visit Varna which is a lovely city , or go the other way up to Golden sands which you must experience. Very cheap buses and Taxis. A shout out to Phil on reception for getting us in to stay after we changed hotels. Thankyou.

I spent one week with my husband and a twelve-year old daughter in that hotel. It is located in a very calm and green area. There are a lot of trees around the hotel, which is really nice during summer when it is hot. The nice beach is about twelve minutes from the hotel on foot. The food was really nice and everyone could choose something for himself or herself. During all the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) there were also a lot of vegetables, fruits and sweets. The swimming pool was fantastic. Unfortunately sometimes too crowded, especialy during the weekend. There were animations six days per week (from Monday until Saturday) around the swimming-pool - my daughter took part in them and she liked them. Our room (on the second floor) was clean and pleasant. The towels weren't changed everyday, but enough. The rubbish was taken everyday We had the balcony overlooking the pool - it's louder than the other side. You could hear the music from the pool bar - the music was always the same - in my opinion they should have changed the songs more often. I was only surprided that the reception didn't have a thermometer to measure the temperature. I had to buy my own as my daugher had a fever for two days.

This Hotel saved us after the Hotel we booked decided they was over booked after confirming booking the same morning an after we started our flight. So we had a place to stay. We had to be split up though as hotel rooms was full, so my two Sons were down corridor from us not good for a family holiday when we wanted to be together but this is not their fault. The rooms are dated carpets need replacing. Food was good and pool lovely, but Bar staff ignored my Husband a few times and seem to favour the German guests, he never loses his temper but ended up asking if he was invisible after the bar man walked past him more than once to serve a german guests that had just come to bar. We only stayed one night as our Travel company got us upgraded to a fantastic hotel even better than our first booking. The reception staff are really helpful and friendly so are the bar staff in the Lobby bar but the pool staff need to really work on customer service and all inclusive normally goes to at least 11pm in most Hotels some even longer . Awe and Bottle water is not included as well u can have a glass but have to buy bottles

This place has a lovely reception and pool. The rooms were shabby but clean ish. the furniture could really do with updating, the staff were nice but the not taking credit cards was a major pain. The lack of air con or even a fan in the room for the level of hotel was disappointing. wouldn't rush back but it was ok

We visited this hotel a few times 10 – 12 years ago, it was rated as a 3star hotel then and was very good. We decided to visit again to see if things had changed much, the hotel certainly has we cannot find one good thing to say about it now. (it’s now rated as 4 star) Hardly any of the services stated in the brochure were available, no exchange desk, no mini bar, no restaurant facilities, no adult entertainment. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. The first problem was that our toilet would not flush, we had to fill the waste bin with water and pour this into the loo to flush it. On our first full day we returned to our room at 5pm to find none of the rooms had been cleaned but the waste bins had been emptied. The breakfast was terrible the bread products were dry and stale and there was hardly any hot food choice. We complained to the hotel about the cleaning and the toilet, the rooms were now cleaned but not very well, there was mould in both bathrooms and the glass and mirrors were never cleaned. The complimentary shower gel and shampoo were not replaced until 3 days before the end of our 2 week holiday. We had to make do with wet and dirty towels for 4 days. The internet was unusable unless you paid for the service. Finally on the Wednesday (over 4 days into our holiday) our rep came with us to our room with the hotel maintenance man to see our non flushing toilet. The maintenance man put one square of toilet paper into the toilet but it would not flush away, he blamed it on Italian toilets. We were now offered a family/apartment room, this was not acceptable as there was only one bathroom and was a downgrade and not what we booked. We also complained about the breakfast as indeed did a lot of people, a family of Germans had their rep with them who had called the restaurant manager out to talk to them. The next day there was indeed a lot more available at breakfast, this lasted for 2 days then went back to as before. We also complained to the rep about the lack of restaurant facilities, most of the guests were from other countries and were all inclusive. Days before we had asked for a lunch menu, we were passed around a number of people all said that there was not menu available or food for us. On the Wednesday the rep now said there was food available for us to purchase, this was after she had had a long discussion with a manager, we did finally manage to order some food a few days later although with much difficulty and a long search to produce a bar menu. There is a general complacency amongst all of the hotel staff from the top to the bottom, the cleaning is very poor in fact some of the large windows in the public areas are so dirty you can hardly see out of them. All this is understandable because the hotel manager is not available, it’s well known in the resort why he is unavailable. We have of course took photo’s of all our complaints as we will try to recover some of our money back from the holiday booking. We had of course asked the rep to move us to a 4 star Hotel of which we had paid for, all she would offer was a move to Golden Sands, another resort miles away or we could pay a lot more money for another Hotel, we did not agree to this as we had already paid considerable money for this hotel. I have to agree with another reviewer that it was very obvious that they were not bothered about western tourists. The only good reviews are from eastern tourists who’s expectations are not the same as ours. If you look at my other reviews you will see that I am an honest Tripadvisior reviewer I like to commend a place if it is good as well as bad. I cannot stress enough do not go to this hotel you will regret it!
