Very nice place and service. Variety of delicious food. The room was comfortable but nothing special. We had a very nice time in this hotel. I will recommend it to other tourists. The place offers 15% discount in Aqua House where I enjoyed body and face treatments and massages.

The hotel and the rooms are as for a 5 star hotel but the services unefortunately they’re not. Staff doesn’t speak english, you have to ask for shower gel and body lotion at reception ( I didn’t understand why). The pool is not as big as you see in the pictures, is to small for the hotel’s capacity. Food was good but they could have more variety. Cleaning in the rooms not great. I can say that for the price we payed (early booking) it was ok, but we won’t return here. I was expecting more from the hotel.

Everything was perfect except time spent at the swimming pool. The music is too loud. You should watch over your guests. At the swimming pool a group of romani people (gypsies) were very noisy the entire day. We need to leave the pool and stayed at the Chinka Villa on the terrace.

I found the Astor Garden Hotel looking for a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with a comfortable balcony and a nice view. I went to the 4th floor and asked for a balcony with glass protection, not metal because I feared for my little dog. In the room there is all the necessary to see a large bottle of water provided free of charge. Little note the cushions are not comfortable and there are no Kleenex Breakfast was hearty and changes every day. Unfortunately I didn't take half board, but I will next time. The hotel has an à la carte restaurant Le Monti where there is a discount on the menu but be careful to ask for a card for the discount at the reception.
Just in front of the hotel is also the restaurant of Villa Chinka which make a 5% discount for guests of Astor Garden. Hotel guests have free 1/2 day admission to Aqua Therme , a spa centre with 14 swimming pools and treatments have a 15% discount for guests. Astor Garden. To get to the spa you just need to reach it through the hotel garden. a small note the final note is in Bulgarian and I could notice an error just by the amounts , so impossible to verify. I specified that I drank a beer and a wine to pay for them because I did not let the maids enter the room only twice .When I left when I was already in the car the reception sent a boy to tell me that I have to pay for a beer and I indicate that I paid for it because the one in the garbage can of the room c was one bought at the nearby store .I did not appreciate this attitude at all, even if it was true I stayed in the Astor Garden hotel 9 nights in the deluxe rooms. l Hotel also has a piano bar with very welcoming staff. I regret that my means of communication were restricted because being Francophone ,there was no one to communicate and in English it was difficult for me .I will probably return to April

The hotel may be 5-star, but... a room overlooking the park is actually a view of the parking lot. The service at the reception was very rude, and at the very end of our 2-week stay we were forced to pay for wine from the mini bar, which we did not consume. They don't accept complaints, they don't care about their customers at all. We caution and do not recommend!!!!

Do not pay in advance the whole amount. If something happens, let’s say you got sick or something and you need to leave earlier they don’t care and money cannot be reimbursed by their policy. So it’s better to pay day by day but while checking in the staff will ask you to pay everything, so do not buy it, you have the rights to pay day by day. Also restaurant plates are dirty, hardly you can find clean glass, staff is measurable all the time, rooms are decent but you have to ask fill you shampoo or soap as they are empty and don’t care for details. Overall is overrated for 5 stars hotel. Take note before visiting this place. We had to wait after the checking time for the room because they say it is in review, while we were with 6 month baby and we had to feed him outside on the stairs.

The hotel is very nice, clean, the lobby is tastefully done, the garden is very green and well-kept, with many corners. In the garden there is a large, heated swimming pool and two small paddling pools with thermal waters. The rooms are nice, clean, large with balconies, we had a view of the swimming pool and partly of the sea. The meals were varied, tasty and had a large selection, you couldn't overeat them. Alcoholic drinks too. We arrived at the hotel late after dinner, dinner prepared by the hotel was waiting for us in the room. The service was very good. The surroundings of the hotel are also very nice, beaches and buildings nearby. We are pleased with our stay and recommend this hotel. What we didn't like was the noise at night from the lobby until 3 a.m. (our room is on the 1st floor) because the hotel organizes work events and weddings in the hotel, which should not be the case with tourists who come to this hotel for holidays and rest.

The hotel apparently meets expectations... although: the service at the front desk is a torment. A single person to manage the check-in of a group of 46 people (three quarters of an hour to have a room). The rooms seem adequate, but the air conditioning does not work. The temperature in the room is 26.5º but since it is not hot at the end of April (as explained to me at reception) the hotel's solution (5 stars) is... to leave the terrace door open. Few staff who speak English, better to know Romanian. Oh, and if you go in April you can congratulate yourself if you find something open in the ghost development that surrounds the hotel. You better not go

I booked a sea view room, super excited to holiday here. I called to make sure my room was a sea view facing room and was assured it was. I arrived here and the room faced a parking lot, on the right corner there was a view of the sea, but largely dominated by a parking lot.
Went to the beach. Lovely chairs and a quaint sea cove. But there was construction behind us all day every day, we were forced to go to the beach next door and pay to use the facilities.
Before dinner I went and sat on a chair by the beach waiting for my friend. A burly man comes and he starts shouting at me. Really shouting at me to get off as the beach is closed, at 19.15. Fair enough. I get off and sit for dinner nearby. Then a man and a child come, this man proceeds to bring them towels, they sit, swim and nothing is said to them. Nothing.
This morning, songs blaring out of the speaking in our room at 7 am. Furious knocking by the cleaner at 8.15 am? Why? She opens the door and proceeds to come into my room explaining she needs to clean. At 8.15 am on a Sunday, on my holiday.
Really so disappointed at the staff and overall stay at this hotel. This is definitely not 5 star and I would suggest you look for something else to avoid disappointment. It has been rather stressful to stay here, not relaxing at all.

Dear Kami838, as a holiday provider and innkeeper it saddened me to read the experience you went through. Obviously we fell short in some aspects at delivering a relaxing holiday. I will address the points you have made with beach security and housekeeping services so that it won't happen again. I will be happy to welcome you back and see the improvements we have made thanks to your comments. Thanks again for your constructive feedback and I remain with kind regards, Emre Kiris Hotel Manager Astor Garden Hotel

Astor Garden is 5 star hotel but really I give 3.5 stars don’t worth it. First to start from the check in: I come to the hotel at 3.00 pm because on there website it says check in start at 3.We have to wait because our roms was not ready 😡I was requesting a room with park view but for my surprise they give me a room that looks on very dirty roof so I can’t see any green Coming out from the elevator to go to the room the carpet is dirty all spots from food and coffee and the 👃 smell…. The bathroom black spots and everyone knows what that means…..bacteria’s… TV not working calling to the reception 2 times no answer in 30 min so I have to go down my self to tell them so it takes 1 hour to open the TV and the guy how come to fix it tell is is battery ( but do I have to bring my on battery to change them????) No tissue in the rooms ( I stay always in 5 stars hotels and this is the first time that the Astor Garden don’t put tissue in the rooms 😡😡😡😡 And many more issues Never ever will book this Hotel again Don’t worth the money ( I have book 2 roomsh
