Visiting the Astor Garden Hotel for the summer was a feeling of luxury and comfort. It has a touch of excellence in it. Very close to the beach, literally 2 minutes from the sand, personnel is communicative and very friendly.
The rooms were modern and the food was very well prepared.

Revisting this beautiful hotel for another brief vacation. Excellent facility for unforgettable and quality stay, Very warm and professional staff, impecable cleaness, excellent facilities which provide for multifaceted interests in recreation even off-season.

Caters very well to people with dietary restrictions. Special thanks to the restaurant shift manager Bozhana and the tall blond male chef at the hot station for attending to my glutenfree needs.

A small remark for the house keeping. I dropped a cup of coffee on the carpet in the room. I immediately called the house keeping to apologize and asked them to take care of it as I know from own experience, one should remove it before i dries. Given that the hotel is half covered in carpets and all the rooms are equipped with coffee machines and red wine in the fridges, I was surprised at their confusion of how to deal with the stain and I think the actions they took, left even bigger stain which may require only special chemical treatment from there on. This is a pity and I think for the rest of my stay, the hosue keeping demonstrated sort of attitude. Anyway, small thing which doesn't affect the rest of the positiive experience.

Hotel accommodation 5 star, food was a good 3 star quality. Night time entertainment was very professional. Perfect hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday, would suit adults more than a family with children. Very helpful staff and really friendly day time entertainment staff. There are only a few bars to visit at night but the hotel all inclusive sun beds and bar on the beach was a real bonus.

I booked a sea view room, super excited to holiday here. I called to make sure my room was a sea view facing room and was assured it was.
I arrived here and the room faced a parking lot, on the right corner there was a view of the sea, but largely dominated by a parking lot.

Went to the beach. Lovely chairs and a quaint sea cove. But there was construction behind us all day every day, we were forced to go to the beach next door and pay to use the facilities.

Before dinner I went and sat on a chair by the beach waiting for my friend. A burly man comes and he starts shouting at me. Really shouting at me to get off as the beach is closed, at 19.15. Fair enough.
I get off and sit for dinner nearby. Then a man and a child come, this man proceeds to bring them towels, they sit, swim and nothing is said to them. Nothing.

This morning, songs blaring out of the speaking in our room at 7 am. Furious knocking by the cleaner at 8.15 am? Why? She opens the door and proceeds to come into my room explaining she needs to clean. At 8.15 am on a Sunday, on my holiday.

Really so disappointed at the staff and overall stay at this hotel. This is definitely not 5 star and I would suggest you look for something else to avoid disappointment. It has been rather stressful to stay here, not relaxing at all.

Dear Kami838, as a holiday provider and innkeeper it saddened me to read the experience you went through. Obviously we fell short in some aspects at delivering a relaxing holiday. I will address the points you have made with beach security and housekeeping services so that it won't happen again. I will be happy to welcome you back and see the improvements we have made thanks to your comments. Thanks again for your constructive feedback and I remain with kind regards, Emre Kiris Hotel Manager Astor Garden Hotel

Very nice place and service. Variety of delicious food. The room was comfortable but nothing special. We had a very nice time in this hotel. I will recommend it to other tourists. The place offers 15% discount in Aqua House where I enjoyed body and face treatments and massages.

During the Covid19 pandemic, we chose the Bulgarian Resort Saints Constantine and Helena at Astor Garden Hotel for about 5 nights

The oldest resort of the Bulgarian coast has a special charm and the hotel is a new one ,just as I can see from 2018.
The road to get there was perfect, without any problems with precise and correct indications.

Hotel location is just by the sea.
What I can say about the hotel are with some exceptions only good things.
Cleanliness, nice interior design, good and sufficient food and quality services.
Nice and spacious rooms, fresh coffee, soft drinks, beer 24/24 at the reception bar.
Inside pool is OK but small ,outside pool nice and full of children playing there

Overall the hotel is one you want to return to if:

-You are a family and you have children with you
-If you don't mind the fact that the portion of the sea allocated to the hotel is very small for the size of this hotel and the water it has stone on some areas

By the other side, for the one looking for relaxation and tranquility I can not recommend it, even if the services and opportunities offered by the hotel are excellent
It is an all inclusive hotel that attracts families with children and is generally very noisy

The resort Constantine and Helena has good attractions to visit and is well worth it.

The most awful checkout experience and unclear information provided throughout the stay.

Allegedly there is discount offered when you eat in-house and not at the buffet - this is not the case and evening providing the hotel docket with this information on it was not enough not enough to receive it. Bizarre.

The staff are difficult and everything is inconvenient.

The beach is lovely as is the More restaurant but that’s where it ends. The carpet looks like someone has bled all over it, the air con didn’t work and the “all inclusive” cocktails consist of a tiny pocket of spirits I’ve never heard of.

I would not stay here again and would kindly suggest putting their staff through hospitality training or visiting “5*” hotels elsewhere who know how to treat their guests.

The hotel may be 5-star, but... a room overlooking the park is actually a view of the parking lot. The service at the reception was very rude, and at the very end of our 2-week stay we were forced to pay for wine from the mini bar, which we did not consume. They don't accept complaints, they don't care about their customers at all. We caution and do not recommend!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a great time.

It’s a new 5 stars hotel on the beach and became quickly very popular. The rooms are very large, luxurious and cozy. The gardens are beautiful.
We enjoyed the Spa center and the AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach nearby with great pools with mineral spring water.
The staff is very friendly, helpful. The food is tasty and with large variety.
We would definitely return in this hotel.
