The room was very nice, clean and quiet, overlooking the sea. Beautiful view. People at reception and service were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food was just terrible. It's a pity for the hotel.

A double booking problem caused by our booking agent led us to the Aqua Azur. It may well have suited the young and the young at heart but the noise emanating from the pool area was so loud I feared for our ear drums. It is most certainly a hotel, as are so many along this strip of beach, a...

Pluses: nice big rooms, nice beach. Minuses: horrible food (find attached a slice of bread for example); poor service for the all inclusive guests, almost no animation for kids and (but this is a personal issue) a persistent smell of fried fish. We stayed in this hotel for 6 days and we'll not returning for sure.

We spent 4 days here, during the orthodox Easter. The hotel is closer to the beach than we had expected. The rooms are spacious and clean, although tremendously noisy since we were on the 4th floor, and the reception on the 3rd. The food was delicious, but not extremely varied. The Wi-Fi speed was poor. The temperature of the pool...

We went at last Christmas 2015. its a big nice hotel but only for summer vacations. Maybe it was opened only for the week of christmas. They worked only the lasy 2 floors. So it was cold in the public places (the rooms were hot) and .....empty. The dinner was ...tragic. So never for winter

A good hotel, in a good location near Varna. Not so old, not so clean, with a simple but enough breakfast. A little noisy, because it,s ot the main road. Inside swimmingpool, but the temperature was around 20-22 - impossble to swimm. The outside pool the same - maybe the heat them only from the sun - impossible!!!

I stayed at the Aqua Azur Hotel, attending a three-day conference with colleagues from all over Bulgaria. It is on the road to Golden Sands, above some hotels of Saints Constantine and Helena. We were warmly welcomed. The room was very neat and clean and it was spacious. Lunch was not good though, nobody was happy with it. Dinner was...

Saints Constantine and Helena is much more peaceful place than Sunny Beach or Golden Sands, so it would be good choice for all those who prefer peace and sunbathing to the night life. The hotel is situated next to the main road, in the second line from the beach, and you have to go c.a. 200m down the stairs to...

Never having been to Bulgaria before, our choice for Varna was for a much needed quiet out of season break for a week. The hotel was very clean as was our room overlooking the Black Sea. Staff always at hand to assist and make our stay memorable. Unfortunately, the food offered whether A La Carte or buffet was of little...

“most of the hotel rooms has view to the sea, but are some on the North wing that has just a limited sea view - as much I've noticed the rooms with limited sea view are odd numbers. I can also recommend one of the upper floors (3-8) for a very nice view and comfort.”
