Simply put, you get what you pay for. Terrible service, quite frankly some of the receptionists was in the wrong line of work, not service minded at all. The food could not have been more repetitive! I know all inclusive can be somewhat tiresome but our kids ate pasta for a week. To sum up the week food wise there is for lunch AND dinner to choose from; pasta, some kind of potato dish (varies some from day to day), rice, same kind of fish every day and some kind of beef dish from the same recipe with grinder beef. The best thing for lunch and dinner is that they had a lot of veggies (mostly different kinds of cabbage). For dessert they had the same kind of cookie with same filling the whole week. Choices for alcohol beverages was slim to none, but could get as much as you wanted. If the beer hadn’t run out that is, which happened several times with no refills. Regarding cleanliness I would say that the floors in the room has ever and was never moped. You had to brush of your feet to get into bed. For those who don’t like to walk the location isn’t the best. The hotel is located up in a steep hill and you will have to walk a couple of miles each day if you want to look around in Golden Sands and if you don’t take a taxi.

Stuff is lazy (looking very often on their cell phones) or hotel has not enough stuff so it is tired, this I cannot know. The first room we were offered was dark and very smelly. It has just one window for whole appartment (two bedrooms and a bathroom). Restaurant floor is dirty also in the morning. Outside floor is dirty from birds and leeves. Lifts are dirty and they are made from glass so it looks terrible. After coming of our delegate, she called to a manager of a hotel and to a manager of our travel agency. Then we were offered an appartment with a big terace. Why not at the beginning? Food is fat and probably typically Bulgarian so it is a little bit strange. There is no ham, just some cheap stuff, no cheese, no cakes... Only few tea cakes during a lunch and a dinner. Instead of really deserts! Nothing to eat for little children, only spagetti. Often there are no clean cups and even no water or other drinks. When you need to wait for preparing your room or for your transfer from hotel, there is no normal place for waiting. Just one sofa in the hall for one family. Our family with two little children have been not allowed to wait in the bar, when we arrived to a hotel at 6 a.m. after our night flight. We had to wait outside of the hotel. For me and my family - the horrible experience.

Period of stay: June 2018; booked 4 days with all-inclusive but left after 1 day Hotel premises: floor hallways were dusty, smelling like vinegar and had no ventilation; only 1 of 2 elevators was working, and the one had no ventilation whatsoever. Pool: the floor was not cleaned, sand and stone chips everywhere Restaurant: food range was limited; salads were fresh but food was mostly deep friend and a lot of oil in it Staff: very friendly but their English was very poor Parking is available but you have to pay 10 BGN / day. Overall: would definitely NOT recommend.

We stayed here 6 night with a All Inclusive regime. We traveled there by bus who dropped us right in the front of the hotel. At the arrival we were greeted by a young girl who spoke very poor English. We've tried also Russian but we didn't get luckier. The position of the hotel was ok.It would take us 10 to 15 minutes to go to the beach. It was a bit tiring because there were many stairs .The seafront was a bit closer but nothing significant. At first sight the room was fine.We had a fridge, a sofa, the beds were separted from the "living room" trough a door.We had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, thing that I liked. We've asked specifically to have one large bed but instead we had 2 beds that we've united. We told this to the girl from the front desk but she couldn't help us.We have than talked with the cleaning lady who brought us something to fill in the gap between the beds. The sofa was really uncomfartable. When you sat on it you could instant fell the frame. The TV was in the living room and we had only 3 or 4 channels, all of them in Bulgarian. The cleaning lady was indeed coming every day, but she only emptied the trash bin and made the bed.The towels and the bed sheets were not changed. My boyfriend tipped her one day so we got those renewed. The bathroom had a ventilator but it didn't make any change as it was a constant smell of moist and sewage. The curtain from the shower bath was always falling. The smell in the hotel was not pleasant. You could constantly smell a heavy canteen scent mixed with sewage. The elevators were moving really slow and there were moments when they didn't work so you had to walk the stairs 6 floors. The food was really terrible part in my opinion. There was plenty of food indeed, but it was very hard to find something that you really can eat.Everything was oily and greasy. There were flies and food dropped on the floor.Really noisy restaurant. The people were also not very polite as they were pushing you if you stood in line to wait for the pancakes to be done. The juices were awful. You could see the kids with their tounges and mouths colored in red or green. They had a juice dispenser that was wet and sticky at alltimes. The juice was cheap and a very sugary sweet one.If you like coffee than you will not like the one that the hotel gives. The staff was ok until you wanted something from them.Something that they weren't trained to answer.I asked for a hair dryer because I was always waliking with my hair wet,and I was sent to some room to ask for it.I tried politely to explain that I can not make this,as it is not my duty to knock on doors and ask for things but they didn't care. The staff was really young like 20-22 and I felt like their attitude was not carring at all. Based on my experience I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty. When we had don't disturb sign on the door the housekeeping lady just went straight in. When we said to her that we don't want cleaning today . She didn't understand anything. The breakfast was terrible. Lunch and dinner was good some days and other days terrible, but we had free wine/beer/soda to take the terrible food down. So that's a plus. The pool was clean, but the area around pool was dirty. Few sunbeds. If you want one you have to wake up early because after 10' all of the sunbeds would probably already be taken. But don't leave the towels over night because the hotel Doctor will collect them all. Don't use the hotel Doctor, because she will fool money out of you for nothing. plus: hotel was very close to the beach, like 5min walk. I don't recommend this hotel. So I will probably not come back. Better stay at home and save money for a better vacation.
