The worst experience that i had at the seasisde in my entire life. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The staf here is awful. Taking with "i don't care about you" " fu_# you" etc. The pipe from the bathroom was broken, the water flows on your feet. At the night there were like three parties overlaping with music resulting in a total chaos, so, if you want to sleep well this will not do it. The smell is.... The room looks cheap, like a 2 star room. The food is good. The drinks are not that good. The parking is not free - you need to pay 10 leva per day for a parking slot near the hotel - 7-8 mins by foot walk. The wi-fi is not free in the room 10 euro/hour, the wi-fi in tge lobby is free. Natural juice or coffee beans etc. are not free. The tv is very small. You need to walk 10-15 mins to reach the beach. The pool side is small, in the pictures looks very big. I will come back with updates.

They just left the door open after they cleaned, the room was open the hole day. And then you need to pay for the safe. It's Just a rip off. Taking no responsibility for it. Luckily nothing got stolen.

Stayed there for a week with my kids (10, 16). The moment we made check in there wasn’t any information provided, have to ask everything, starting where I can leave my luggage before getting a room. Just took passports and no information when will get them back. Receptionist’s (man) English was poor and mostly the hotel had German speaking guests or Bulgarian. Later same evening there was one woman, she seemed nice. She also said, that they are very busy and will insert data from passports in the night and we get them back next day. Once we got the rooms, there was two baby cribs in our room. That got solved fast and in general room was spacious and nice. My kids couldn’t get the tv to work and fridge temperature was also inside about +20 degrees but that didn’t ruin our holiday mood. What we really didn’t like there was the toilet next to pool. That looked so unclean and smelly each time we tried to use it. After two days we gave up and used our room when had the need. Lobby’s toilet didn’t have half times toilet paper, so that was also always a gamble. Every second day we put “please don’t disturb” sign to our door. We didn’t feel there was much to clean but once my kid went to room with the sign on the door and cleaner was still inside(?). She was nice and sweet older lady but, for instance our last full day before leaving she forgot to put to our toilet also the paper. And as it seemed to be problem there, we just brought it from lobby’s toilets. That day we got lucky and they had. But perhaps the other days also other guests “borrowed” from there. With the holiday mood I forgot to go to take the passports, so on the 4th day I went to ask and they couldn’t find our passports and told us to come back later. Next day fortunately they were found. The cherry on the cake was early morning when we were about to leave. Our bus supposed to pick us at 8 am and breakfast starts 7:30. We were waiting in a lobby already 7:20 to go to eat and saw other family inside and going around and choosing food, sitting down and starting to eat. So to make it on time nicely we also thought it’s ok to go to eat. And as we took plates and placed some food on it, the guy who stands usually on a door is coming to us and without good morning or hello, is just pointing to his hand watch. I smiled and said good morning and he continues to knock on his watch and then says: breakfast starts 7:30. I said yes I know, now is 7:26 and we came in because we saw other family also here eating. He repeats breakfast starts 7:30. I try to keep up the mood and also repeat what I said. Seems it’s still not good enough, so I again point out the other family and why he isn’t telling them to leave. Then he just says, okay, fine and leaves. That left a really unpleasant feeling of the service. Not saying I was right, just saying that there are much better ways to solve it than he did. But I had a feeling that was a regular there. I wanted to leave tip to somebody, but seriously, I didn’t see anyone who gave that kind of service in this hotel. In general we liked, food was good and more than enough choice, bed comfy, bar men’s smiling, beach close etc.
