Really nice and helpful staff- mostly in English. Nice room with great air conditioning small balcony, fridge, very small tv, basic bath room. Very small pool and even smaller one for children. Some little things broken, like the handle of fridge. Generally; I really liked this family hotel. Highly recommend for couple of nights overstay!

The staff is very nice and they always smile at you, the hotel is decent and the prices, usually, are very good. It offers a decent swimming pool divided in 2 one for smaller kids and one a little bigger with a depth of 1.60 m. The bad sad of this is the access which is from 9 to 17. Near the pool you have a terrace and some lounge chairs. I have seen the manager performing some daily tests for the water of swimming pool which is very professional. The rooms consists of a small hallway with a closet, a decent bathroom, a big bedroom with a small fridge, 2 beds, a TV, some sort of sofa/extensible bed, 2 night tables and a dressing table and a small balcony. All the rooms come with air conditioning but the external unit is on the small balcony and it makes a some noise and takes space from the balcony. One of the good things is the breakfast which is good, fresh and offers a big variety of food, the only thing which i didn't liked about the breakfast were the drinks, they seemed diluted with water. The hotel offers massage with appointment(paid), access to sauna(paid), fitness room(free) and a pool table(paid), a small bar(unfortunately not free :P) and small parking (8-10 cars) The rooms are cleaned daily, but they don't change the sheets daily or the towels. If you look closely you will notice that the quality of everything is not that great(wall paint was missing in a corner of the room, some mold in the bathroom, balcony and in the room, the towels and the sheets were not that white anymore, loose pieces of the furniture, etc. Another downside is the distance from the beach, in order to get to the beach you need to walk a minimum 15-20 minutes. Overall this is a cozy, quiet hotel for a pretty good value for your money

Nice view, nice people, always smiling, close to the beach and every day clean the room. Good choice. You have a walking distance from the hotel to the Golden Sands manin center , around 15 minutes. The area is very quiet and you have also a free parking. I will definetely as my friends to go there.

We spent there 3 nights in a room on the 2nd floor, which had a nice sea view. The price was convenient to us, a young couple so we booked a room for our stay. About the location: We didnt mind walking, the centre of Golden Sands, which is located about 2km (30 mins on foot) from the hotel (with the sandy beach) , but there is another beach which can be reached in 10 minutes. From Golden sands it can be a bit scary walking back to the hotel at night (the road is in an abandoned area), so i would reccomend to use the bus n.409 which operates until 23:30. From Varna airport you need to take the bus number 409, if you dont want to spend money on taxi, because this bus takes you to the hotel for 3 BGN. You need to take off at Zhurnalist station. Our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. There is a buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 with nice food. There is a tiny pool and a parking lot outside the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful, some of them spoke only russian and bulgarian, but that wasnt a problem we could understand each other. The hotel is quiet so you can have a good night sleep, the beds are comfy. Wifi was fast in the room. I would definitely go back to Golden Sands, because it has a great atmosphere, and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a small budget but wants to see the world.:)
