Rooms are ok but that's as good as it gets. Huge queues for food and drinks mean you end up going elsewhere. If you do queue the food isn't great and the drinks are served in tiny glasses ( even beer) meaning you need to get straight back in the ridiculous queues. Sheets and towels aren't changed and the drains stink. I've got photos of the queues but the size restriction on here won't let me upload them.

It wasn't the best holiday ever, but it was ok, the hotel was ok, but you had to walk about 15 minutes to the beach. When we arived we got an Economical room instead a Park View room. The food was ok, but it could be better.

Dated, dirty, unprepared for season and untrained and unprofessional staff. People with disabilities or special needs should definitely avoid this place. They will just ignore you and would not care. I’ve had to argue with them asking for a place at the table for one of their guests in a wheelchair. They did NOTHING to offer him a seat for him to have dinner. To make it worst, I was the restaurant deputy manager that couldn’t be bothered about the wheelchair guest! Disgraceful attitude, especially for a manager!! This is not 4* , from the quality of the toilet paper, cleanliness, quality of service and facilities, I would advise everyone to avoid this hotel!!!! Stained carpets everywhere, they’ve never pulled the beds and furniture in years, yellow stained pillows, disgusting shower curtains and dirty bathroom, no bath mat, the pool area never gets clean or mopped during the day, staff is rude and they treat you like you’ve invaded their property and they are doing you a favour having you there. Worst experience ever! The only positive I would mention is that few team members, even though they struggle with the pressure, they are making an effort to listen and try their best to help. Svetoslav is one of them, along with Kristiana ( the pregnant lady working in the restaurant).

We stayed here for a week and had an all inclusive reservation, and i think the hotel was not worth the money we payed. -boring and terrible food (the same food on the menu every day) -only two elevators for 6 floors (we have spent too much time waiting for it) -the bathroom SMELLED REALLY BAD (no cleaning) -was really hard to find a parking lot which was also expensive -the glasses at the restaurant were dirty (btw the restaurant has only 3 stars which was not mentioned at the booking site) +the friuts and salads were delicios

Been here for a 2-nights all-inclusive weekend. Basic points: - rooms are clean, but simple, nothing better than a 3-star hotel - the staff at the reception work very slowly and it takes a lot to check-in - even if it is all inclusive, there is a paid wireless (6 leva per day, per device). Free wireless is available only in the reception - food is ok, diversified - alcoholic drinks are available, but at very poor quality - non-alcoholic drinks are most of them very diluted with water (7up is basically soda) I expected much more from an all-inclusive 4-star hotel.
