Rooms are ok but that's as good as it gets. Huge queues for food and drinks mean you end up going elsewhere. If you do queue the food isn't great and the drinks are served in tiny glasses ( even beer) meaning you need to get straight back in the ridiculous queues. Sheets and towels aren't changed and the drains stink.
I've got photos of the queues but the size restriction on here won't let me upload them.

It wasn't the best holiday ever, but it was ok, the hotel was ok, but you had to walk about 15 minutes to the beach. When we arived we got an Economical room instead a Park View room. The food was ok, but it could be better.

For these money you can not expect anything amazing. It was good hotel only for the weekend. Rooms are spacious and clean. If you don't want your room to be cleaned any of the days, you can not find any note (or don't disturb note) to hang it on the door. That's was strange. The biggest disappointment was elevator which goes to every floor called and you have to waist your time waiting in there. One of the 2 elevators got broke. Food was ok, nothing special, all inclusive drinks are cheap, you don't know actually what are you drinking. Beer and wine tastes like water, juices are made from powder. Couldn't survive there for one week or more, but for the weekend, was fine concerning the price! Wi-fi was almost dead

Where should I start…
The air conditioning in the room NOT COOLING!!!
The food in the restaurant is below the average and there is no toaster. Drinks served in tiny plastic cups…. The alcohol beverages are very low quality, no espresso machine in the hotel.
Kids animation team has a program from 10:00 in the morning, but actually they did something for the kids at20:00 in a he evening.
Also the massage therapist is completely useless!
And not forget that they don’t change the bed linen and the towels even if you ask for that

The hotel itself it doesn't look bad but the service there is soo bad
that I could not belive that it can be so unpleasant to stay there with all inclusive. The food is not eatable, the bartender from the lobby bar is so slow and if u do not tip him he will not serve you.
I usualy go to all inclusive and I could never belive that it could be so bad. The rooms are ok and they clean them every day. The management is really bad!!!

The staff is very unfriendly: we waited 2 hours in the lobby because the rooms were not ready, even though it was 3 o'clock. We received a room next to the engine room, it was noisy at night time. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL all the 5 days. The outdoor pool has too few sun beds that are always taken and the sun goes behind the hotel in august after 3 o'clock. No entertainment staff.
The room was cleaned only on our second day of the stay, we didn't tip the maid so she didn't bother to come again. The fitness center has 2 bicycles, that's all. Parking lot can host 5 cars, and it's about 8eur/day extra.

This hotel has impressed me. It is quite luxurious, but still affordable and with the all inclusive option . It has swimming pool, outdoor and indoors, a gym, great room, clean, with free wifi. Also, from my experience, I would say it is situated in a more quiet part of the Golden Sands but yet close to the beach. I loved it, I would repeat the experience.

It is a very cheap hotel for all inclusive. The food, service and accommodation were above expectations. Sure, it does not compare to other 4 star hotels which have rates at least double. ENELA hotel worth the money they require.
