Our initial impressions were very good. The reception area was newly refurbished and modern. The other communal areas were also new and modern.
Check in was a breeze and the person in reception was polite and helpful. However we have since had dealings with someone else in reception who was rude and didn't try to be helpful.
Food is available either in the main dining room at set hours or between 2 and 4 chips, pizza and ice cream are available at the pizza Corner. There's also snacks available all day at the sailor bar.
The food was mostly OK with lots of food choices.
Room cleaning is poor. We have been her 5 days and still not had a change of towels or a proper room clean. Most days our beds are not even made which is very disappointing.
The animation team and bar staff work really hard to ensure guests enjoy themselves.
There is a problem with not enough sunbeds and also running out of pool towels.
The hotel is at the top of a hill about 15 minutes walk to the beach. However there's a free shuttle outside the hotel allegra you can catch. Also there's mini trains from the beach that stop at the hotel costing 5lv.

This is the third time we come here because of the rooms, the entertainment, the pool and the beach. The room we stayed in was spacios, ~sound proof, but we have a little complaint about the housekeeping because they did not clean our room for 4 days.

Thanks to reception because everytime when we had a request they took care to solve it. Thanks to Teo, the guy who tried to solve the problem with our TV.

Shout out to animation team, they were amazing and always with a smile on their faces. Funny team. Big applause for Svetoslav, Galina, Simo and Sisi, you guys do a not exactly easy job but you rock it !

About the food - There are many options but every day there are ~ the same meals.

The outdoor pool is great, water is not cold but its sad because you can stay in the pool until 18:00. Also there is an indoor pool but the water is cold and again is close at 18:00.

The way to the beach takes about 10 minutes. Near the beach is a Mini Train that it takes you to the hotel and cost 5lv./person.

However it was a great vacay☀️

The hotel itself is well organized and the placement is good (a few minutes to the sea and shopping areas). The rooms are well stocked and cleaned every day. Food is tasty and fresh; there are multiple bars, however we would love to see a list of available drinks. The entertainment is top tier billiards, table tennis, volleyball court and of , but the people are the most important - very talkative and open. Special shout-out for the animation team (Dima, Gabi, Ivan, if you are reading this, we love you. PS. enjoy the cards) - they are so nice, passionate and sociable and they have so much energy. We really enjoyed all of the games and other activities.

If I closed my eyes and forgot the food (and the drinks) I think I'd give the hotel 4 stars. Basic but clean rooms, nice pool and pool area, really great animation team, nice and helpful staff. Cleaning was not done daily but it didn't bother us (there was one day no one came at all, couple of days where they only emptied the trash bins and 3 times where they did proper cleaning incl. Channing all towels and bed sheets. We didn't put the towels on the floor so we were also not expecting them replaced daily. No complaints about cleaning service, perfectly matches our expectations for a week stay). The playground is quite old and doesn't seem to be well kept, we thought it was not very safe so we avoided it. Moreover, it is quite a walk to the beach but this didn't bother us either. On the minus side: safe costs ca. 25eur/week and when we asked where can we post the postcards we bought they didn't offer us any support. But all this would be really nothing if I was able to forget the food.
Unfortunately I just cannot... after 2 dinners and one lunch at the hotel, we decided to eat outside. We still went for breakfasts but it was hard to enjoy those either. The worst part of it all is that they seem to store unfinished food and just add some fresh to the old ones and serve it again. At some point we were wondering if some of those sausages are not a week old. There was potatoes and overcooked broccoli for every meal, awfully looking children buffet every day the same and the worst chicken nuggets I have ever tasted. I saw mold in the jam, frankfurter sausage was gray and looked disgusting. Also drinks were the cheapest you can get, undrinkanle Cola as an example.
To sum it up: it is a huge pity as the hotel has nice potential but the quality of food just destroys it all. And the worst part of it, it seems like it went so bad this year (when we booked in June the reviews were rather good and all reviews from this summer are really bad and I really know why).

I don't understand how they are allowed to call themselves 4 star hotel. The food is nothing to shout about. Many of the dishes are cold and the chips/potatoes are always undercooked. There is not much variety in the food. Mediocre service is provided by the employees. The pool chairs are already occupied long before the pool opens at 9. Nice comment from the lifeguard "do you need a new towel every day?"
In addition, only 1 bath towel per person in the room. So if you get to use the small towel to dry your hands in, you will not get a new one during your entire stay. You must therefore use the same towel for your hair, your body and your hands. The location is okay, about 10 minutes' walk from a really nice beach.
You have to say you get what you pay for. The stay was cheap, but I'd rather pay a little more and get a much higher standard. It must be said that the rooms were quite okay.

Where to start .. inedible food , full of oil overflowing, everything is greasy , the dishes sound repetitive worse than a canteen we ask if it is not reheated , I ate better at school to tell you how sickening it becomes, not to mention plastic desserts and the housekeeper who cleans next to your feet the moment we eat I am sorry but the cleaning is done at the end of the service like normal people .
I don't recommend this hotel.
Also the bartender at the hotel entrance is aggressive , I thought he was going to slam me when I asked him for a glass of lemonade , execrable , even the receptionist apologized for the dirty behavior he had .
The pool is good but no rules respect everyone jumps is the mess , there is a pool for children .. but no it is useless since it disturbs us in the large pool with their ball that we eat in the mouth.
Then know that you will spend incredible nights lol... the curtain too thin so in the morning you have the light that wakes you up and not to mention the mess in the hallway , this is not a place to rest. 9am in the morning music at the bottom of the hotel all morning its waking us was unbearable start at least at 11am music not before ..
The beach is far on foot in addition to climbs and descents.
there are 20% of the staff nice enough the rest is just unbearable, to inform us it is 0 .
They make 0 efforts to understand French and even English , he speaks at a speed ⚡️and doesn’t give you time to set one , and when it doesn’t suit them he doesn’t calculate you anymore and by reception or he talks to another customer pffff everything to put us on edge here
The head of reception this does not bother for their client either, we ask him the question to know the bus schedule for the return to the airport knowing that we are with Luxair. He answers us without even checking on his computer “you take a taxi there is no bus”?????? fortunately we thought while remaining very calm we went searching ourselves in the closet to find the Luxair book to know the schedule otherwise we would have paid 120 lev for the taxi to the airport it is mind-blowing! 0 professionalism I have never seen this while I travel a lot it is one of the worst hotel I have seen , they are contemptuous and not courteous . The boss is super nice I think it is the only one we liked with the blonde at the entrance of the “canteen”.

The Mi came on holiday with a family of 7 of them 5 children.
At first glance the hotel is fresh and compact, but from the beginning the staff at the reception has proved themselves as unfriendly(
There are no rules here only for Europeans, Ukrainians are treated unpleasantly even to children, although Ukrainians here 80%.
With the declared entertainment there is nothing, and those that are very limited in time and quality(
Billiards (one table American) is not the first freshness that needs replacing.
Tennis is kind of normal, but rackets need to be begged at certain hours at the reception (rackets obderted) in the evening tennis with the kids can't be played because there is no lighting in that corner.
Sauna toll. Parking 400 UAH per 24 hours on the sidewalk above the road.
NETU gym sports.
Sports field in poor condition, flooded with concrete(
The beach by the hotel does not have its own, until without paying where you can bed your bedspread 30 minutes walk.
Until 15 minutes on foot deckchair without umbrella 300 UAH one.
There is no smoking ban, smoking everywhere,on the outdoor terrace in the dining room, lobby bar, pool, everywhere!!!!!!!
The service is terrible!
Children asked for a plastic cup at the bar and the answer "no, scarcity", asked for ice in cocoa also the answer "no"
Children from 9 a.m. go asking for tennis rackets or a billiards cue and the answer is that according to the rules from 10 a.m., and at 9:45 everyone has no problem giving out to European holidaymakers (the children were in shock and my husband and I too) and such is felt in everything.
Meals are the same daily and there is not even seasonal fruit (the hoods in the dining room do not work, for 10 minutes you stink all fried (the water is normal in the hotel except in the cooler at the reception, there is no water in the room either.
Prepare to buy regular water and fruit, near the pool are children's machines that cost more than in the center of Kiev. It's a coincidence, reminiscent of our Koblev 10 years ago.
The pool is small for so many holidaymakers. In short, all the disappointment, for this money in Turkey will be you and service and leisure. The hotel is nowhere near four stars.

Pension to escape for the French
It is a shame to have 4 stars
We spent 14 days in this place...
The food is very repetitive chicken and still chicken .... 14 days of chicken
Fat and in no way flavor being a professional cook having my own establishment I was happy to leave for my only vacation of the year and in fact what disappointments
When we arrived no one speaks French as indicated by our agency that it was francophone FALSE no smile he speaks barking at us like dogs my mom the night we arrived asked the bartender for an infusion that if served in a plastic glass we wanted a cup this bartender burned us and made us very brutal gestures
Fridge that does not work room not made ... meal canteen
One night on the way back from the beach no towels had been forgotten so there I got angry going down to the reception and had our manager call Sofia and the manager
Telling him my displeasure and everything else in there they came to change us the fridge (after 8 days and already reported 3 times)
And we were sucked in the room because not made since (same)
And we were offered a fruit basket and 2 small bottles of water because yes I forgot to tell you that the bottled water is under padlock and paid while they tell you (Sofia luxair) that you should not drink tap water so we bought our water and also if you do not drink alcohol like us the reception at the bar is very frowned upon because Hotel for alcoholic ... we were disturbed the first week all night by drunk people who have the wrong room
(Reported during my anger to management see above )
The pool that is heated to September 1st a good plate a real fridge the sea is warmer ...
Infectious staff no smile they all make funeral heads
They talk to you yelling at you...
And then everything else
I'm so disgusted I could tell you again and again...

Services need to be improved, they don't have enough parking spaces for all customers. I had to pay 60 € to have my car parked ....staff have a bad temperament, especially the guys from main reception . They need to improve the quality of food also.
After all is not a bad atmosphere , nice entertainment team.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel! Both indoor and outdoor pool were freezing and water was dirty, key for the room stops working all the time. Very limited range of drinks and have to pay for basic drinks like iced coffee. You have to reconnect to the wifi about 15 times a day as it automatically disconnects you. Doesn’t offer towels for the pool. Furniture is very old styled in the rooms. The walk pathway to the back entrance of the hotel is terrible. However, food is very good.

Yes they are. You are given a towel card which you exchange for towels. You can change the towels as often as you need to. Just make sure you get a caed(s) back at the end of your stay or you’ll get charged for them.
