The hotel is very dirty , the food is horrible, don’t touch the meet , the breakfast is a joke … the omelettes are not cooked enough… you don’t even know how to make an omelette??? the cups are dirty , the table are sticky, since we arrived there and till we left i did not see a smile from no one on the restaurant , they don’t salute you , the pool area is also dirty and and not clean properly. I never been in a hotel with such a rude staff and bad service. The only positive thing i have to say is that our room was clean and that the cleaning lady from our floor was cleaning everyday and chance the towels ( i think we got lucky ) The beach is very close but you don’t have sunbeds so you have to stay on the sand or try to pay on the private beach from other hotels, but only if they are not full from their guests. 18 bgn 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. The beach is nice and the water clean .

To be honest, everything besides the food in the restaurant was great. It was clean, stuff was not bad, our room was really pretty. I loved the sea view. But the food, especially the meat, was terrible. We lost the whole next day because of gastric problems after the dinner. Fruits and vegetables were OK, but almost everything, that was heated, was not of the right quality. I won’t recommend you to eat there anything more than a breakfast. The outside pool was a little small, but we weren’t using it. Every evening there was a music playing, children also weren’t bored. About Wi-Fi, it’s so weak. It can be properly used only near the reception. You can forget about a good connection in your room.

Me and my husband were looking for the hotel on the beach just for a weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was said that hotel is just 50 m from the beach. In fact there are 70 stairs down, and it's ok because they are under roof. It was said that the hotel has parking - it does, but in fact there are just places on the both sides of the road to it, and it was all full. We hardly found a place. However, the hotel employee helped us with this. It was said that the hotel has a beach. It does. But the beach has no amenities - no umbrellas, no chezlongs, nothing. Just a sand. If we knew this we would have taken our own umbrella. Thus we had to go on the neighbouring beach and pay 18 leva for two chezlongs and umbrella (without any receipt). And that was very dissapointing. The room was tiny, but it's ok, because we only slept there and took shower. Washing amenities were available, but it was only for one person. Towels were awfully old, but clean. It was good that there were little fridge. But no water in the room, no kettle with tea or coffee. Food was quite average. Though it was buffet style, it was no self-service, only hotel employee put food in your dish, and there were queues on dinners. Good thing - we had room with balcony and sea veiw, and air conditioning was quite ok, so we could keep the balcony closed and have normal temperature (in the evening it was very loud near the pool and bar), it was quite pleasing. I wouldn't like to stay there longer than a weekend. And I think the hotel itself is not 4 stars, unfortunately.

This hotel was fantastic for the price, comfortable bed, towels and sheets changed every other day. The restaurant was lovely also kept food replenished, always plenty of it and very tasty with a wide variety for all tastes. The restaurant staff worked so hard to keep the dining room clean and tables clear for people to use. On arrival late on Friday 13th of September after very efficient check in, we were given s sandwich on a plate with an apple and a bottle of water as the restaurant was closed. I thought that was lovely and don’t ever recall getting that before. We did not have any call to visit reception much but if we did the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on half board basis so cannot comment on the all inclusive drinks package. We did not use the hotel bar as there were bars very close by to the hotel. Our last morning here today and have been extremely pleased with our stay in this amazing hotel.

I choose this hotel on the run , to escape 3 days away from home, not have the time to investigate all the reviews on the internet. So, i see the pictures, the average of reviews was ok and i payed for 3 nights. When ingit there i was lucky and get a parking place for only 15leva per day, other turist had problems , the parking is to smal for the size of the hotel. I went to recepcionist to check in, the staff was very plesant and quite good speacking english, i get 2 rooms in the old part of the hotel, 1 flor with balcony but all i can see from there was a tree and 3 cars parked . The room was a very old room with 2 matreses on top of each other acting like a bed, very unconfortable , the furniture was broken, if you could open a drawer very hard to colsed back. The bathroom was clean, but some tiles where cracked and som fungus in the corners. Outside: the pool has a very small pool, and its hard to get a seat next to the pool, all the time they were reserved by towels. Animation all most zero. Drinks very cheap and only after 18:00. Dining: breackfast all the timethe same , every day, lunch and dinner was ok. I found some times the cups for coffee dirty , after they were brought from the washing machine(they were hot) the same with the plates, all the time were stains of Calcar in the best option. The difference between the photo of presentation and reality is huge. Even so, i blame it on me for taking a fast decision on booking, i managed to have a good vacation not stayng to much in the hotel and dining in other places!

The worst hotel I’ve ever been. No service, the personal doesn’t understand and speak neither English, nor Russian. The rooms are very old, everything is broken. Kitchen is not tasty, breakfasts every day are the same. No kids kitchen. No animation. They don’t clean the rooms at all. If you ask to clean, they say they are not housekeepers for you!!! The pool is very dirty, smells chemical. Don’t believe the pictures in their site. They haven’t renovated the hotel. Only a few of the rooms. Don’t take All-inclusive. The prices are very low in this area, you can have your meals in other restaurants, or buy everything you want in supermarkets. The pictures below were taken on the day of check-in. The bathroom was so dirty, there were even some hair there. I think it’s not even 3* hotel.

Visited in 2019 for a week. Clean and pleasant rooms, those with the back view are ok, or even better, more quiet. Cleaned every day. With towels, hairdryer, air conditioning and Wifi. Pool with two lifeguards all the time. Many families (sometimes a bit noisy). Big and fully equipped restaurant 7.30-9.30. Luggage room, spa center. Helpful Staff. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of ATMs, small markets and pharmacies. Basically all you need to relax and take advantage of the beautiful seaside, clean beach (Blue Flag), and local attractions (excursions, walks, some party clubs, but not very close). Recommended!

It doesn't look like a 4* hotel and needs renovation. We booked an apartament with see view but at The reception they told us that they don't have see view for the apartaments what was not True, but they just refused to move us to another room. Other than that The pool area is quite small, they don't have any entertainment for the Kids. Food was Basic almost The same every Day. Poor drinks. The sea is close but no seats included.
