    it can be improved
The hotel can improve many of its aspects. It does not have a beach area with sunbeds. It does not have an area to wash off the sand you come with from the beach. The apartment where we stayed has an old sofa with a metal support, on which you cannot sit for a long time. We were satisfied with the work of the housekeepers on the floor. The room was always clean. The lobby bar is unsightly, the sofas are old and broken, the tables are always dirty. Drinks are served in plastic cups. You must request a coffee cup or glass. The crowding that takes place at the service is unpleasant. The pool has a bar, but here all drinks are served in plastic cups, therefore you cannot serve a coffee, only if you want to drink microplastic. The cleaning part of the pool can still be worked on. The hotel is deficient on this side, of cleanliness. The windows at the entrance are always dirty. The weakest point of the hotel is the restaurant. The food is the same every day, and 90% is prepared from frozen or canned food. The tablecloths are unironed, unkempt appearance. You can drink quality coffee only in the morning, from a single machine, and here the congestion is very high.

Staff barely speaks both English and Russian, almost all high school kids, don’t treat customers with respect and are not helpful, except a few older employees. In 3 room apartment we got a 1 extra “fake” bed that got broken at night when one of my family member was sleeping. Queues everywhere. Bar closes at 10pm. Food is cooked like I was cooking when I was in 1st year in university. You can’t even get yourself water because apparently there is a person to press a button for you. Very easy to get corona in a country overal I believe because no mask requirement. Other things were better but bad things might weight more;)

A hotel of 50/50 opinion. But i wont choose it again. The reception staff is kind. No objection. No free parking at the hotel and even so it is small and we had to search to park in other place. Every parking lot is of 20leva/day. If you park somewhere outside a parking lot, wont pass several minutes and your car will be evacuated, 50eu and you can have your car back)) so dont risk. The pool, didnt like it. The water is clean but the rest is dirty and old. The hotel is really old fashioned, good rooms are those that look at the beach and pool. Be sure when you make reservation so the room is with balcony. The restaurant: it is mentioned that is 3 star (even the hotel is 4star) but i could give only 2 stars here. I am not a picky person but i never saw such a dirty restaurant. Always food on the floor and nobody cleans it, the tables dirty and sticky. The plates are dirty, the food is not tasty at all, i could eat only that dish that cant be messed up))) eggs, spagetti)) in the morning is totally everything the same, only the sweets are changing sometimes. From fruits in the morning: oranges and grapefruits. Evening: plums, peach, once grapes. From meat i could eat only chicken. So the restaurant per general is awful. Sorry but thats true. The room was ok. Nothing special. The only good thing of this hotel is the location, first line, not in the center where is very noisy but in 5min you can walk to the center.

This hotel certainly doesn't warrant a 4* rating. The "restaurant" is appalling. The food offerings were atrocious - trays of cold fried eggs, empty bread baskets, foul tasting french toast and barely recognisable scrambled egg. Lack of crockery e.g tea/coffee cups resulting in guests using plastic cups !!! demonstrating a distinct lack of management. Tables not refreshed after use. There was a 15 levl tariff for use of the hotels rooftop pool - no pool bar at this pool. The lifeguard was downright rude and the pool closed at 5.00pm so no further sunbathing was dictated!!! The communal areas were dusty and dirty e.g carpets and we had to walk over huge lumps and bumps on carpet for approx 12 feet on way to and from bedroom , it seemed there had been some problem on floor which hadn't been attended to. Used Used food trays were left in elevators. The majority of reception staff were most unfriendly to the point of rudeness. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as even a 2*

We are staying at the hotel at the moment and it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at first we were charged an extra £60 to move room they gave us a room overlooking a road when we should have had a garden view room. After moving one day the key on the door did not work had to get it fixed, then shower head was broken had to get that replaced, . The food at mealtime is discussting, we have had to eat out most of the time, even the staff who are supposed to clean tables just stand around most of the time. Now we are facing late night revellers coming in early hours of the morning. My advice if you are looking for a nice holiday try another hotel. Can’t wait to go home

Only pros is closeness to the beach. Everything dirty, food... I don't even want to mention the meals, All inclusive was very poor, disgusting actually, the total lack of hygiene, cheep and bad quality some ppl got sick. The plates and cutlery were always dirty, hotel has no beach bar, and bar by the pool was most of the time closed. Worst Experience Ever - btw pools on the pictures they present in the offer doesn't belong to the hotel, only pool belong to the hotel is the one all the way back next to the building, most of the day in the shadow, pool is small and the water freezing... Hotel is without beach property, so you have no place to rest on the beach, as other hotels have they own reservations. !!! One star is really too much !!! for this hotel, never again.

I will begin this review by saying that over the last 15 years, I was traveling all around the world with my wife, stayed in many many hotels but this one is the WORST ever! This is just only PROȘ close to the beach. CONS: The day I arrived I had a shock entering the room, everything was old, the power outlet was coming out of the wall, unrenovated, the 15 m2 room and in the bathroom you didn't even have room to turn around. The toilet bowl located 10 cm from the shower, not even a 5-year-old child could not sit on that toilet. I immediately asked for a paid room upgrade at the reception, but we were brutally refused. I then noticed that the pillows, bed linen and towels were so yellow and worn that you simply hated to use them, so I went with my wife to IKEA in Varna and bought everything related to bed linen and towels! The air conditioning system in the room had not been cleaned for 20 years, it almost didn't manage to cool the room unless it was left running all day, and at night, even though it was turned off, it started vibrating out of the blue for 20 seconds, enough to wake you up! The "view" from the room was towards a wall where a power generator or air conditioner generator was mounted, which made a terrible noise non-stop. The parking, although listed at 15 leva/day, was nowhere near that, we were told by at the reception that it is full and that we have to park at a hotel 400 m away for 20 leva/day. I don't even want to mention the meals included in the half board, very poor, the same kind of food every day, the total lack of taste and quality (some tourists even got sick). The plates and cutlery were always sticky...... They also didn't even offer water from the dispenser at the tables, which seems scandalous to me. This hotel has no beach bar, it does not have a private beach, it does not offer any kind of evening entertainment like other hotels. On the last day of our stay it rained, the water seeped through the ceiling to the ground floor next to our room. There would be many many many more negative things to say, but I'll stop here. I would conclude without exaggerating that this hotel does not deserve more than two stars, it seems forgotten by time from all points of view! AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED, TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN AT A LOSS!!!

I really think this hotel shouldn't be four stars. Probably in the 90's it was, but not anymore: - First of all, it's the only Hotel in the zone without Beach Zone, so you will see other Hotel's guests at the beach and you in a swimming pool. - Secondly, the Covid regulations don't exist. No masks in inner spaces (or basically nowhere). I never felt comfortable. - The blanket-floor in my room (545) was really dirty, old and disgusting. - The air conditioner in my room (545) was noiser than an old car. You can't sleep because of heat or because of noise. - The bathtub of my room (545) was scratched. - Infrastructure itself looks old/wasted. - They never clean. They enter, fold the blankets and that's all. - The wiFi is really slow.

I was with my son for a family vacation. My son has long hair and hasn’t hit puberty yet. That day I shaved my beard and went to the reception and the receptionist was very mean to us. She called me madam and I told her I’m a male and she started making fun of me. And she said oh what a beautiful daughter you have and I told her that’s my son and he is a boy not a girl. She kept laughing at us. I told her that I’m a male and if I wasn’t I wouldn’t have a son. I even showed her my ID showing that my sex is male. She still make fun of us and ruined our vacation. This was the worst vacation ever I’m never coming back.
