Bonita was a really good hotel for us. We are a middle class couple from Finland, so this was even a little bit luxurious for us. The room service is excellent and the breakfast is good. The hotel is air conditioned and the lounge is cool. This is not a luxury hotel, but a very good place for middle class people. Varna Golden Sands is a luxury resort for famous people all around Europe. You can see footballers, artist and other celebrities walking on the strip. This hotel was for normal turists. If you want to experience a 5 star luxury resort you should pic another one. This one just gives bang for the buck.

We were in this hotel 2 weeks ago as our hony moon with my wife. All to gether , we were satisfied with this hotel comparing to the prices. The advantages of this hotel are: Great location in golden sands, good break fast, good view of balcony to black sea and golden sands. The disadvantages are: not clean pool and rooms, no room service even after 1 week staying and the elavatores were disaster. Overally, if you want an economic place I strongly recommend you to stay at Bonita Hotel.

Never choose this hotel! We ordered half board but the food was downright inedible. Bread was picked up from the floor and put back in the bread basket in the buffet. Glasses and plates were dirty. The duvet was a sheet with holes in it. The towels were not changed. Nor were the glasses we used in the room changed. A small dirty pool. We had to get toilet paper from the reception. Last but not least, uninterrupted loud music from 16-05 in the morning. The hotel is described as 3 star.. but we can't even get it to just a single star. Bravo Tours.. this hotel is making fun of your guests !😒

Spoiled food and leftovers, enterocolitis, humiliation, misery! What was supposed to be a nice family vacation turned into an experience that made us count the remaining days until we can return home. I am not a demanding person and I was expecting that for a smaller amount of money than that at other hotels there would be no fancy food or luxury rooms, but we did not expect, by paying, to find worse conditions than in a prison. And here I am primarily referring to the food - in the image below you can see a bitten sausage, placed among the food in the all inclusive restaurant from the plates brought to the kitchen. And I found 3 times such food bitten and put back. Not to mention the fact that for 6 days, we ate the same food, without any differences - mushroom or cabbage soup, boiled potatoes, rice without any seasoning, almost raw eggs, all cooked in another form the next day if they were not consumed (egg-fried bread or rice wrapped in cabbage). The food from lunch was still there at dinner too, in an identical form. My mother and I laid sick in bed in the room for 3 days because of a bacteria taken from their food. And very poor cleaning, I left 2 visibly dirty towels on the floor to be replaced and found them wrapped on the bed. I announced this at the reception and others were brought to me, with a "take them and don't comment anymore" attitude. Plus red cockroaches that were nibbling on the fruits I had left on the table (see also the pictures) .
The only advantages: the good position close to the beach and the sea view; the cute waitresses, some children who were trying to do their job, probably employed in conditions as inhuman as the other conditions in the hotel. Functional air conditioning in the rooms.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Better save some money and book somewhere where you won't be burdened with diseases and bad memories.

Really bad place. The cleaning was bad. The food was bad. The staff was not at all service minded and hardly understood English. I'm not coming back there. We found hair that wasn't ours in the shower after cleaning. We found glass cuts after cleaning. The staff was mocking and laughing at us when we asked for a lawn and towels they had forgotten. Collected dirty towels up from the floor and hung up again instead of changing. Air conditioning was dirty. When you were sitting on the terrace, water from air conditioning dropped down from above the floor so you could barely sit there.

Hotel Bonita is the most nasty hotel in Bulgaria. The hotel is dirty, the pool is full of dirt and sunscreen, the staff are angry and have difficulty smiling, there are only quite a few who are friendly. Their breakfast buffet is boring and there is no explanation on most of the food. The hotel does not meet the eu standard and should be closed!! The food is uneatable. Rooms are ok but the cleaning is poor and the rooms stink of sewage.

Fantastic staff.Room was nice and house keeping was excellent. Only grudge would be this is not a hotel for people with mobility issues as there is no easy access to dining room. After saying that ,the staff arranged for my meals to be brought up to me. The ramp to reception is very steep and will be a problem for wheelchair users. Thank you Bonita for making my holiday a holiday to remember.

I went to the Bonita hotel in August with my family and some friends. Personally, this is the second time I choose this hotel, for several reasons: budget, the fact that it is located in a good area, close to the beach and shops. The rooms are spacious enough, all have a side view of the sea, and this is a plus. The pool is small, but suitable for children. The food is not very diverse, but sufficient.

it is noisy, but if you ask for a room around the back of the hotel overlooking the pool , its not too bad, we are in our 60s and I am a light sleeper and I managed to get a decent nights sleep we were in room 505 , the hotel does let stag and hen partys in and you dont seem to see much of them, but you may hear them coming in early hours, but the staff seem to quiet them down straight away, most nights I didnt hear a thing, The other end of the resort is much quieter but probably a lot more expensive Hope this helps

there are quite a few steps in the dining room which you have to go up and down to select your food fro the buffet.
But the staff are very good and Im sure they will help.
There are more places to choose from in the Golden Sands area.
