Location: 5 min walk from the beach, close to the main attractions of the city but still in a quiet area.
Cleaning: done every day, towels changed, nothing to complain about.
Food: we had all inclusive: breakfast, lunch, dinner+snacks between lunch and dinner. The waiters serve you but you can ask for as much food as you want. The choices are diverse: eggs, sausages, hot pancakes, vegetables, fruits ( peach, plum, apple, pear, watermelon, grapes, grapefruit, orange ),cheese, olives etc for breakfast and for lunch and dinner hot grill( every day smth different: fresh grilled salmon, chicken breast, pork etc), 2 different types of soup. Beverages: unlimited but Bulgarian style and taste: beer, wine, juice, soda, water, alcoholic drinks.
Pool bar included from 10am-10 pm with cocktails and everything else you'd like.
Animation ok especially for children but could be improved for the adults.
The biggest minus: the parking. Not only it's extra charge but it's also very small for the rooms that the hotel provides. Given Covid, I imagine that only half of it was booked in peak season, they couldn't provide places for all the cars. I can only imagine in a normal year what's there...There's someone from the hotel helping you with the parking extra charge, further away.
The pool large enough but the guests, those coming from the rural areas with no education whatsoever probably, wake up and put their towels on the sunbeds from 5am to occupy a place, after that going to serve breakfast. It's not the fault of the hotel, it's about education. The sea is 200 m away so I didn't stay by the pool but just saying, it's not normal.
The same guests who aren't wearing masks at all.
The Wifi signal so and so. The quality of the drinks could be improved.

There are only 2 elevators with a capacity of 4 people. They seem insufficient for such a large hotel. Tables and chairs are never enough around the hours when lunch and dinner are served and therefore you must always wait in line for at least 15 minutes. Instead the staff is ok and kind, the food is ok. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Parking seemed overly expensive: 20 levas / day and in addition there were no places available.

This was my first stay in a hotel at Golden Sands and it was great!

The staff were lovely, especially Eli (animator) and Angel (bartender at the pool bar).

The apartments were clean and the beds were confortable.

The pool itself is a decent size, and the water is heated, so it's good for the days when the sea is cold!

The food was also outstanding! Great breakfast, lunch and dinner (we had one evening with an all-seafood buffet which was very good!). The snack bar also had great staff and good food for when we felt like nibbling something!

The hotel is really close to the beach, and it has a back-entrance with easy access toward the shopping district and the beaches ( no more than a 5 minute walk away, if you're a slow walker ;) )

The stay was lovely and if given the opportunity, I'd definitely come here again!!

Apartment structure was great, 2 separate rooms (1 living room and 1 bedroom), small hallway, bathroom and balcony. Enough space and clean.
Pool is big but the water is very cold, don't understand why they call it "heated pool". In 5 days I went into the pool maybe 2 times.
Entertainment is average at best.
Meals are decent, but very low selection. Exception was Saturday night dinner.
Coffee is not good (instant coffee only).
Snack bar is having the same dishes every day (pizza , fries and crispy).
5-10 minutes walk to the beach, where you have to pay for sunbeds/umbrellas (36 leva per day).
Bar is average, all drinks are local.

Hi, I would gladly recommend the hotel to anyone staying at the Zlatni Pyasatsi resort. Family friendly athmoshere. Personnel is very friendly and service oriented. The all inclusive package offers great variety of food prepared with excellent quality. The kid center is well equipped with caring people where you can leave your child and have a few moments to yourself. For two years in a row I stayed at the hotel with a toddler and it felt like home!

Amazing receptionists customer service, solving any issues in a blink of an eye. Helpful staff trying their best in order to satisfy their guests needs. Large and lovely rooms; room service staff was amazing, always smiling. We appreciate the fact that our valuables were untouched even when they were forgotten on the table while we were on the beach. Thank you for our lovely stay!

The food was crap, the room was dirty and they didn’t clean the room for one week, I had to ask them to come to clean my room, they used the same dirty towels , I signed the towels to be sure they will change them, but like I was sure they just took the towels from the floor and used the same once. At the restaurant the queue was for 30-40 minutes. Very bad organisation.

Staying at Golden Line Hotel was ok for me and my family. The food was great, the staff helpful and the location very close to both the beach and the other commodities. The only downsides were the fact that the rooms were not vrey clean. There was sand under the beds and we even found a forgotten toy in one of the two rooms we occupied. Also, the pool water was very cold, although we saw posters in the hotel that stated it was heated, and unfortunately we were not able to do any swimming, even though we really wanted. Another thing was that the places where we could find everything were not fully explained..we found the snack bar on out third day. Overall, a nice experience, would recommend.

Excellent location, 3 min to the beach and in the heart of the resort, while remaining very peaceful and relaxing in case you need to stay and spend the day by the pool. Rooms were spacious and the staff was extremely helpful and quick in accommodating requests. Food quality (and variety) was excellent.
Highly recommended for a family vacation!

The hotel is very good. The food is tasty. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is very big and clean pool where we had a lot of fun with the animators Reni, Gigi, Miro and Kose. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and the staf. I hope next year I come here again.

It is free if you bring towels or a blanket to stay on. You have to pay for beach chairs tho.
