For sure not a 4 stars hotel. We had a big room with a big ditry terrace. A shame because the view was nice, facing the pool. The room was clean, the bathroom was big, clean enough but very old and chep. They clean the room every day including changing the towels. You have to pay for the safebox ( 6 lv/day), for parking ( 15 lv/ day) and for the parking I mean parking on the road. No facility for the beach, only the pool. We had HB acomodation but sincerly it was not a good ideea. The breakfast was ok with 2 minus. No water of any kink and the coffee was instant coffee. The diner was with buffet but is was some kind of canteen. No quality food only quantity. The place was DIRTY. I think they wash the floor once / week. The floor was sticky. The table were dirty. We were soo disappointed with the diner. Common area are renovated. Far away for the money you pay. The beach is 5-10 min away if you use some stairs through a kind a forest. The stairs are broken and the aerea is very dirty. You can find a hotel with a better possition and better facilites at the same money or less. For me is NOT.

I was in that hotel for a week in an all inclusive option. I wouldn’t give that hotel 4 stars because of the following reasons: - the air conditioning in this hotel is a shame, it doesn’t work, it pretends to be working by making a noise but it’s hot as hell in the rooms and halls - the free wi-fi in the lobby area is also a shame and doesn’t work the way it should; my phone wasn’t able to connect to it for the first three days and when I finally managed to get a connection, it was really weak - the hotel is a master in food reusing and utilization, I would say it’s a zero waste hotel ;) It was very easy to see that they reused the products in the meals day by day. Some fried onion left after the dinner? Let’s add pasta and make a meal out of it for supper. Ok, it’s good that they don’t waste food, but on the other hand some people paid a lot of money for all inclusive option and they don’t want to eat leftovers every day. Also, some dishes containing meat happened to be not very fresh; I also didn’t like the yellow margarine instead of butter, I think that the cheapest butter would be much better than the margarine - intrusive loud bulgarian / russian disco was played during each meal time! It was really afwul. Does the hotel management assume that everyone likes to listen to extremely loud music while eating? If so, they’re wrong. Every time I entered the cantine, the sound of that irritating music killed me and I didn’t hear my own thoughts - it happened that the cleaning ladies forgot to leave a supply of toilet paper in the room; luckily enough, there was a phone next to the toilet seat so that you could call the reception every time you ran out of paper ;) - the hotel doesn’t provide free umbrellas and sunbeds; the shuttle bus takes you to the beach on which you either have to pay lots of money every day for that equipment or lie like a beggar on the towel between two areas of sunbeds and umbrellas provided by two other hotels - the same irritating loud animations every day Good things about the hotel: - nice big room with a nice view on the sea - towels changes every day - shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach and the other way round
