This hotel is amazing. Nothing negative to say about it. Our room had a massive bedroom with the added bonus of a sitting room and kitchen so much space. Fabulous view looking out to sea. Food excellent. Staff lovely. Quiet and peaceful.

the staff should work in the funeral industry, they are sad, miserable and rude!! the place stinks of sewage. the Wi-Fi is non-exist until you pay 5 lev. per day! your room will not be made up unless you are start screaming !! four times i had to ask for fresh towels!! before we left we made a complaint to the girl behind the reception desk, she became angry and surly then start to spoke to us as if we were idiots !! also she asked me so pay 10lev. for 2 glasses of water broken by the birds in the balcony when we were out of hotel !! shame !!

Well, I really don't know from where to begin. First, you pay but you don't have WiFi,you have to pay for it. The cleaner,God bless her she's old and I really feel sorry for her. Also , she's not cleaning every day. The food is the same ,and on the top of that if you had something in the morning like for example, spaghetti they'll just add on the lunch some sort of sous and it's disgusting. Also , they have lobby bar and cocktail bar which never works. Otherwise, in general it's a nice hotel but very bad organisation and whatever they do here is not gonna end up well. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm Bulgarian and I know a lot of good hotels but this one got me really bad. Very disappointed.

We got to this hotel via czech tourist agency (Invia) as last minute stay. (Still not good price for that stay). Check in/check out was okay and quick. Our room was big enough and all facilities in bedroom was great. We had problem with bathroom - running water of under lower part of bath when we have a shower and toilet didn’t work well. (506) Also our room was located to very busy and loud street.. Big chapter is food. As guests with All-In program we had B+L+D... everything was same everyday.. as vegetarian I ate 8 days all the time one food in circle. So food was one of the biggest unhappiness for me. As baked peppers, zucchini and eggplant with Balkan cheese was nice but not two times everyday. Sad was looking at other people as they waste with food so maybe make some arrangement with payments.. (as is in All you can eat restaurants). Someone’s behaviour was really horrible. One positive was young staff in the restaurant and bar. They try to do well as they can. Chanko and younger man in the bar was nice. Myslim, ze pokud nejste narocni, tak se Vam pobyt muze i libit. Pokoje v poradku a jidlo se da prezit, jist se da pro obmenu prece jen i mimohotel. Hodne Cechu na hotelu..

1073/5000 At the Central Hotel we spent a week with our family at the end of July 2018. The hotel is older but quite preserved. Our room was nice and spacious with a large terrace Although I know that a couple of guests mostly from Poland. complained to their rooms. The hotel does not have its own beach and from the nearest access to the sea it is possible to travel between the other hotels on the stairs at a distance of 550 meters even though there is a 300. The hotel is on a hill so the return from the beach on the way up can be tiring for somebody. and around there is enough mess and garbage for which, of course, the hotel is not responsible. The hotel's pool is divided into a children's section (with a small depth) and a part with a depth of about 1.5 m. It is good to take the deck well in advance. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. The bartenders were from Ukraine. All-inclusive meals are tasty, but they are often repeated, and late-day dinners are lacking in supplements such as potatoes or rice. All-inclusive bar closes at 21:00 and additional consumption is charged. me and my whole family have enjoyed the holidays.
