We booked a one night stay here via a voucher purchased online. When we called to make the booking we spoke to the so called 'sales manager'. I have never come across such a rude, ill mannered and ill educated person before this. She proceeded to tell me that she thought her English was very good and thought my English was not!!!!!! (I'm English and she being a Bulgarian). This is not where is stopped she further spoke to some Bulgarian friends who were also booking in and her disgusting behaviour continued with them. This all because she demanded we book another voucher even though I was a single adult but because they only had double rooms I would have to get 2 vouchers even though I was alone. Lucky for me all my phone calls are recorded so I have sent an email to her superiors with the recorded call.
The overall stay at the hotel was good. Rooms were modern with a few facilities but found that all towels had run out by early afternoon by the pool side so had to go and get towels from the room. Food was average standard but a clean and well maintained restaurant.

We had a 6 day vacation at this hotel and we were a group of 25 people.
As a value for money, the services offered by this hotel are not worth the money.
Most of the rooms were very superficially cleaned, the cleaning was not done daily and clean towels were not provided daily. In addition, I found ants and bugs in the room.
The staff was not friendly, and the “sale manager”had a very rude attitude in the face of all problems.
The food was acceptable, not high quality, no diversity but the restaurant was always overcrowded.
The pools and the Aquapark were clean, but much too crowded and without following the rules against Covid19. We preferred to go to the sea and avoid the pool.
There is no private beach, parking is paid, but there is a playground in the courtyard of the hotel quite nice.
The sea and the resort of Golden Sands were ok, we found sunbeds on the beach every day (24 leva per day) and fun activities for children.

Starting with the door of the room that doesn't lock. I asked double bed and I get 2 beds next to each other, which one had the spring mattress and the other was foam mattress having also difference of high in between them. The curtains was missing letting the sun to wake you up. In the reservation the parking was free, in the hotel they put us pay 15leva for the parking... The dinner food was ok, breakfast, you better eat salate. I don't recommend this hotel, or at least is not 4starts, is maximum 2 stars

Was there 2 days with my family …got home today , actually we payed for 7 days but after what happened we had to run away !
Terrible place !
Starting with no parking , only if you pay a lot of money and even so your car is not that safe .
The reception people and everyone very rude and unpleasant.
Dirt everywhere, from the entrance of the hotel , to the elevator , and the rooms …no words !!! Dirt everywhere, disgusting.
About the food , the same food for 2 days , we got sick , they served old food , we started to vomit all 6 of us and many other people in the hotel , especially kids .
When I went to tell them that we leave they didn’t even say anything, jus said goodbye .
I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody !!!
Worst 2 days of our lives !
I’m still in shock , still recovering !

Went there for a 5 night trip with my family. The reception staff were lovely, and very helpful. The bar service was great, the drink selection was nice as well. The rooms had everything needed. The food was tasty and there was a big variety of dishes.
Special thanks to Alex, Erhi, Ivo and Victor- the animation team. Boys, you did a great job! We all had so much fun. It was a pleasure meeting you. ❤️
Overall, for the price that it is, it's very good.

The worst experience in this "hotel" changed our understanding of the word "Prestige" (with which the place is named) forever. We stayed with family and friends and had five rooms for a whole hellish week. Thank you to "Tez tour" for the ruined vacation. First of all, I don't understand why the motel is called a five-star hotel?!🤯 The first impression is the entrance through a garbage dump, the service staff is not just incompetent, but complete not in place where they'rebelong. I even watched the cleaning lady directly attack the guests all week, harass them and constantly nag at everyone and just spoil the mood. Everywhere all drinks, coffee, tea, wine, beer, cocktails, etc. everything is made in thin plastic glasses, just mountains of plastic. A number of people have injured their feet in the loosen pool tiles and much more...

We stayed there last week in august, first week I September as a family of five, 2 adults 17 year old 13, 12 year old.
Food was good we didn’t eat out once. Lots of meat options available.
Drinks ok but could of been better.
Facilities at the hotel where good had everything you need the kids loved the games room and indoor pool.
Location wise it’s fab only a quick walk down to shops and beach.
Negative points: not any other English and the entertainment wasn’t the best.
We were also unlucky with the weather.
Overall good holiday

Studio rooms are big, not sterile clean, but ok. Pool is big, and is wonderful for bigger children (depth 145cm). Kids pool is 70cm deep. WARNING! Massage center in hotel SPA area (Mr.Kirov) is not recommended for women: it was not professional - the discusting man tried to touch inpropriate way under my underwear several times and even put my hands to his private areas while doing the massage for my hands and shoulders. I did a report to the hotel but I assume he continues his business anyway.

Hey! I have a 3 year-old and I brought a small voyager's cooker-heater device that I used for the times when whatever there was in the all-inclusive menu was not to her liking. They were kind enough to allow it and that made things much easier for me. Good luck with your baby! :)
