We had a wonderful holiday at the Mirabelle hotel. The hotel is neat as are the rooms. The general parts have been renovated, the rooms have not, but that did not bother us as they are really very spacious and clean. The toilets in the lobby and at the swimming pool + the stairwell are often very dirty. The pool is large enough and there are enough sunbeds for everyone, so you don't have to put out the towel every morning. The food is fresh, varied and delicious, with regular theme evenings. There is no entertainment on Sundays, the other evenings there is entertainment/music until 11pm, sometimes noisy. The WiFi did not work optimally, we had no connection in the room, very weak at the pool. There was only 1 (free) socket in the entire room/bathroom. The entertainment team is there for young and old and is a pleasure to watch. We found the staff in the restaurant to be less friendly, you can never get rid of a smile, but it is still a point of improvement because we did not really feel welcome there. The reception and cleaning ladies are very friendly. On the last day we were able to book our room for 3 hours for 15lev per hour, as there is no possibility to change or shower in the hotel if the bus only comes to pick you up in the evening. Perhaps it would be a small effort for the hotel to provide a space for this? The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach via a steep staircase, but during the day there is a free hotel shuttle there and back at fixed hours. The beach of Varna is definitely worth a visit. A tip: ask for a room on a low floor so you can take the stairs, you sometimes have to wait a long time for the elevator.

The hotel did not meet our expectations, located in a very mountainous area. There is a bus to the beach 5 times a day, but the downside is the lack of evening transfer to the sea. You can walk up a very steep hill, the stairs are damaged and poorly lit in the evening. The outdoor swimming pool was closed very quickly, the air conditioning was cooling very poorly (it couldn't handle it), the shower door in the bathroom was torn off, which caused the bathroom to be flooded, and there was also mold in the bathroom in the corners and in front of the mirror. The rooms were cleaned every day, bed linen was changed, and the beds were comfortable. The food was monotonous, the meat was undercooked, the rest was ok. Poor quality wine. The animation team for children is ok, long loud parties directly under the window make it difficult to relax in the rooms above the courtyard next to the swimming pool. The service was nice and helpful. The gym is quite poorly equipped. Coffee is served with powdered milk. Juices are also dissolved from powder. The view from the room is limited to the sea.

The hotel is located near the road to the bus stop towards Varna, approximately 200 m. You can reach the sea by walking down the stairs or by bus. Along the coast there is a promenade with souvenir shops. Rooms cleaned every day, very nice and helpful staff. Very tasty food, the staff quickly refilled the plates. Overall, a successful stay, the only drawback is that the entertainment is geared towards Polish tourists and lacks a local atmosphere.

First of all Im gonna say I came here with very well expectations since the hotels in golden sands ( especially 4 stars ) are not very good. I was surprised and had little problems Pro: - THE FOOD is very good, I don’t understand people that say its not good. We had diversity everyday, we were served calamari, fish every lunch and dinner cooked in different ways, mussels, pork cooked in 2 ways, beef, lamb, rice, potatoes, bruxelle sprouts, 5 kinds of cheese every meal, at lunch and dinner 2 kind of soups, egg salad and other salads. Between meals you have snack at the pool bar : pizza, fries, ice cream, cake and sometimes dougnuts. The juices are from a machine but good - THE POOL very very nice, big and very warm. They have games from entertainment everyday. - THE ROOM ; you need to specify when you reserve that you need a good view room. We stayed in 509 and 511. Big and nice view. Clean and big. They came to clean every morning. You have shower gel and shampoo.Take a multiple head charger station since they have one outlet for charging. The hotel is well mantained and spotless clean. Cons : The treatment from the workers is an offence to the tourism, how they act or respond to the tourists is offensive. From the start the lady at the receptions was making faces at every question I had, her name is Denitse, you should train your staff to be more professional. I asked one night to call me a taxi and she responded with a yelling that I should call myself. They don’t see the romanians in a good way. We had a problem even with paying at the end and they were talking very rude with us. At the pool you need to wake up very early around 6 to put your towel on the pool beds Very loud at night, people stay at the tables right under the rooms and yell almost all night. The windows are not normal ones, you can hear everything. The music from the entertainment is very old and very low sound quality, its disturbing. Very far from the beach, you need to go through the woods on steep steps where mosquitos kill you. When we had to pay ( I had 700 euro left ) they tried to change in leva and I should ve payed 50 euro more just for the exchange course. Be aware !!!! pay with card or pay the all sum from the beginning. In the end we had a very nice trip considering what low quality is in Bulgaria if you don’t pay lots of money. Good quality for what we ve payed for! And believe me I traveled in 50 countries. They need to learn how to treat customers since we are the ones that put money in their pockets.

A wonderful holiday, the staff are very friendly and always ready to help in any situation. The rooms are cleaned every day, the food is very tasty and freshly prepared, there is a wide variety. The animators take care of your good mood. I highly recommend Hotel Mirabel, see you again next year.

Our summer holiday at MiRaBelle Hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The hotel fully deserves the highest rating. It is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and the beds are very comfortable. The food was very tasty and varied. Everyone will find something for himself. The service is fast, they are helpful and polite. Large swimming pool with enough sunbeds. Walking to the beach is 5 minutes, but you can also use the hotel bus that will take you there. The animation team was amazing. Always smiling, full of energy and open to everyone. Hotel offers plenty of food options witch is a big plus. Animation team isnt only taking care of kids but also adults, they encourage guests to play cool activities like playing waterpolo in pool or contests at the evening. They are very friendly, young people. Another thing is amazing design, hotel is just pretty and well designed.

The great atmosphere, nice vacation, very clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and impeccable, always ready to help you. The housekeeping clean the room every day, the food is very delicious and fresh. Every evening the animation team offers different programs. We will recommend and will come next year again.

Uwazam ze ten hotel jest dobrym wyborem dla osob ktore maja zamiar spedzac czas na plazy i deptaku, bo w hotelu basen jest maly, drinki ochydne, jedzenie przecietne. Z tego tez wzgledu opcja all jest do niczego nie potrzebna ja z partnerka mielismy HB i bylismy bardzo zadowoleni. Obiad na plazy plus piwo i nie trzeba sie zrywac biegiem o 12 do hotelu bezcenne. Jedzenie na deptatku jest tanie np duza tortilla plus piwo na nasze ok 10 zl ( mc donalda nie polecam strasznie drogo wychodzi;)).pozdrawiam i zycze udanego wypoczynku
