Hotel was very clean and the lady Helena on reception was the best person who spoke some English as we got our room changed to a pool view! Plenty of things to keep kids entertained but all the entertainment is in Russian. Me and my friend visited for a week just to chill we ate out 4 nights as the food wasn’t cracking.. I mean come on what hotel doesn’t have chips on a night?! Only decent meal was pizza and chips at lunch and the ice creams! The bar shuts at 11pm dead on and you get escorted out of the building 😂 such a good location though easy access from the beach and the main strip. The complex is massive, like a maze as it’s 3 hotels in one we got lost a few nights coming in at 4am haha and the security guard on a night is not bad to look at

Quite frankly I have no idea what people are moaning about! The hotel is stunning, beautifully clean and the staff are wonderful! Here celebrating my husbands 50th birthday and received a wonderful welcome organised by Margarita. The food is plentiful and very tasty. Everyone has a smiling face and couldn’t be more accommodating. As for people complaining about it not being for the English, you’re in Bulgaria, not Brighton! I am very impressed and will definitely be back!

If your looking for a quite stay then this will be a great holiday stay . Bad points if your English I wouldn't bother going there we booked through Jet2 as one of the new hotels this year . It's full of non smilers the drinks are terrible the food is standard something for everybody . we have eaten there only breakfast we go out for dinners and drinks most of the day . The hotel is situated 100m from the beach which is a bonus . Your bugged by sellers and restaurants to come in . Recomend the Hawaiian and the Shanghai restaurant amazing food and very cheap . On Flower street there is a good pub called the Hollister which sells a big beer for less than a pound . I would to to Bulgaria but not to the hotel to be honest it is most probably cheaper to rent an apartment

Booked via Jet2 so all the transfers etc ran as smooth as clockwork. Check in was efficient rather than warm. We bagged an excellent corner room (facing outwards), very clean as was the hotel communal areas. The hotel is in fact three bolted together so you get the choice of at least 3 pools, 3 bars etc etc. The location is great just 1 minute from the seafront/prom. Now for the issues. The food is fine but the serving area can descend into a bit of a scrum. So if you or your children are less than confident this may be an issue for you. We were fine as I'm from London and used to the cut & thrust. The lunch time snack bar is a real high point with unlimited fresh pizza to die for and ice cream on tap. The evening entertainment was the real fly in the ointment as it was poor so again if this is important to you this may not suit. We simply went out. All in all great value and we will be coming back. Special mention to Dragomir the Jet2 rep on site.

Arrived around lunch time and greeted by a very friendly receptionist who checked us in quickly and gave us some basic information. Safe was free for our duration and we had one week free wi-fi for the public areas (no WiFi in rooms). Porters took our luggage to the room. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. 3 large pools and a water slide area, nice and clean with plenty of sun beds. Gates were locked until 9am but by the end of our holiday people were starting to climb over to reserve a bed! But you could go down at 10am and still find one. The food was ok, always something to eat but drinks very watered down. Entertainment wasn’t the best but plenty to see in near by bars and restaurants. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again but would definitely recommend the area. Flower street not for me (far too busy) but lots of lovely restaurants around and supermarkets.
