Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Upon arrival at the hotel, it would be a shock, the reality did not correspond to the advertisement and 4*, in the room for three there were only 2 blankets, which everyone had to cover themselves, shower gels also only two, which were not replenished after they were used up, dirty towels were also lying on the floor days before they were replaced, cleaning in 2 weeks consisted only of replenishing toilet paper and possibly changing towels, no minibar, we went to buy water in a shop opposite the hotel, which we later found out that the shop belongs to the hotel, so a strange practice, what is missing , go buy more, there was a broken shower door, sewage sludge in the bathroom, dirt on the balcony, no hangers in the closet. Distance from the sea greater than advertised. What I can praise was the food, a large selection and tasty.

The Hotel was an average hotel. The rooms were average and not overly nice or luxurious. The bathroom facilities needed a little maintenance as the toilet was loose and the bathtub drain required a visit from hotel staff. One of the chairs in the living room was broken and could not be sat on without the cushion falling through. The beds were comfortable but nothing too grand to go on about. The room did have a great view of the sea from the balcony which was very relaxing to see. The room was clean, kept clean by an accommodating staff, after gratuity was given of course. In all I was not disappointed with the room as it met my expectations for a vacation resort for the price.
The All Inclusive service did however disappoint me. Let's start with the food. The food was ok and satisfied the hunger and I was interested and curious but there to see what would come next but there were no surprises and the menu definitely repeated itself so it got old and boring very quickly. All edible and a few dishes were interesting but near the end of the trip I was more inclined to make toast and cheese than to eat the dishes. There are a very small amount of outside restaurants options available as an alternative so it is definitely something to consider.
The availability of drinks were nice for both kids and adults. The adult drinks did however not have the best quality alcohol and the taste was a little off.
There was a self service Ice Cream Bar near the beach which was a very wonderful thing for the kids and adults alike.
The beach was nice enough but a little cluttered with sea debris, seaweed and bits of wood. The beach chairs were a little worn and there were several broken chairs on the beach that needed to be removed but a nice arrangement and was enjoyable. The water was wonderful and always enjoyable. Depending on the tide, you can find about 1 meter of rocks to walk through to get on to the sandy bottom but I didn't mind it much.
All in all, my expectations were not very high so I was not disapointed much but I doubt I will choose this resort again as Sunny Beach has a better atmosphere that suits me. I doubt I will choose an All Inclusive deal again either as some of the restaurants in Sunny Beach are quite good and reasonably priced.

Was very good, the restaurant is very big, the food was very good and various, the hotel is big, the problem was with wi-fi, need to pay for it, and the rooms need some cosmetic reparation. The hotel have 3 pool and the aqua gimnastique on the morning. From my point of view the fitness room was poor.

Rooms are filthy ,the bathroom is full of mould,hair and bugs. The plates are dirty and the food is old. Spider webs all over the place,the balcony is full of feathers dirt and bugs. I can keep describing but better check the pictures. Totally not recommended.

We stayed in Izola for 10 days and would not recommend it to anyone. The food in the hotel is really bad, often leftovers from the previous day, at the start time of the buffet it is already cold, chicken dishes are still raw and if you indicate this, the cook will come to you to tell you that this is normal. . Allergies and cross-contamination are not taken into account (everything is baked on the same plate), so we are forced to eat out. The housekeeping is very noisy and impatient in the morning, standing in front of your door shouting (talking) to each other, when you open the door they are immediately in front of the door and they walk in without asking any questions and you can also have a laugh don't get rid of it. Hard bed and the toilet does not flush properly. The only plus point I have is the bar, nice people and they are up for a chat. In terms of environment, it is a good hotel quite close to the beach and boulevard. And if you want a drinking holiday, you can get the most out of it here.

We went there in August. Reception restaurant it’s okay. Food was disgusting. After a day and several hairs in the food we start eating out (all inclusive). Room design was just okay. Very poorly cleaned with sign of the mould. When we asked for the room to be swapped (Very strong smell of mould!!!) we was told they don’t have a room, and just been ignored. They said we can find different hotel if we don’t like it. Local people mostly are very rude, and unhelpful. Taxi driver trying to rob you all the tome. They work like a kind of gang!
They only plus was cheap food in town, and drinks. Not the best place to go. Never again!!!!!

Visited second time Bulgaria, last time Golden Sands and now Sunny Beach. Izola Paradise is very nice and clean hotel, staff was helpful and friendly. Food very good. Picked up 2 kg ;) There were separate pools for adults and for children, so children didn't disturb us at all;) Room was double-large, so we had plenty of room, cleaning lady visited us every day and did excellent job. From us no bad words at all. Hotel location is 15 min. from beach and on very quiet street ,which was very good for us, we could sleep with open window;) Overall another good vacation, with very nice people around in very good hotel. Big thanks for all hotel personnel and greetings from Estonia!

- It is more like a 3 stars hotel. - location - 10-15 min to the beach walking - food was medium, not really bad, but also not very tasty; the worst thing was that very often there was a queue for taking food for 20 min - internet cost is 5 leva/day/device

My holiday was a nightmare here....all wd eat here was very old... We go to the hospital because of that, we pay all inclusive and we cannot eat, we just drink still water, the staff is very rude, marieta and valentina is very rude, wr never be back to bulgaria

I don't know to start....first of all the receptionist was very very rude... when i made the reservation , i asked a room at the 2-nd floor with double bed and pool view...we get a room at the 3-rd floor with no pool view and two small beds.their answer was that they don't have rooms any more,although we had reservation....They have wireless and is not free,it cost 3 euro/day ,but it doesn't work...... The most unpleasant part was THE FOOD. Please,DON'T EAT AT THIS HOTEL ...I was with my wife for a vacantion ,and is was a nightmare....a bad dream....we go to emergency because of the food...This hotel has MAXIMUM 2 STARS...rotten food everywhere...when i complain to the manager ,he said just : " i'm sorry " . This is not a hotel...I have the worse impressions about it,about the dirty rooms,smells bad,the staff doesn't know english not at all . The only who know was Marietta ,but she also was insolent and her colleague Valentina also was very rude....Even the pool was dirty...Because of this hotel,we will Never return in Bulgaria.
