My husband and I were quite reluctant when we booked our holiday in Golden Ina hotel. The hotel reviews were quite contradicting, but at the end of our stay, we were beyond satisfied from our hotel experience. Starting with the reception desk to the Ukrainian staff at the restaurant to the cleaning ladies from house keeping, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special Thanks to the Head of Reception Borislava Lefterova (Bobby), who took care of us from the moment we arrived at the hotel. She even helped me with organizing my husband’s birthday and we created unforgettable memories at Golden Ina Hotel. I want to mention Ira and Yana, the Ukrainian girls from the restaurant, who worked diligently and greeted everyone with a smile, despite their hard work. We had a theme night every night of our stay and we got to taste the cuisine of the Orient, America, Italy, Spain and Asia. I would highly recommend Golden Ina hotel and we will certainly return there again. PS. Don’t forget to ask for Bobby at the reception desk! She is a true Superstar!…
Very poor. Building on photo looks like the hotel. No it isn’t. Hotel Golden Ina is just a left side on the photo. Middle and right side of the building is different hotel. Rooms are quite clean but you must be very lucky to get a good room. Some people got room with view right to the kitchen. First night there was playing music till midnight. Service in restaurant is good and food is average. Beach is nice and clean. Sea is clean. Seaweed are only close to the beach.
Bad bathroom and horrible view. Room by itself is okay. You cant change rooms-they say they are full. Basically the same food-they change it just a bit every day. Bad customer service at the reception. Sooo much people, it is not possible to sit down right away, you have to wait for the table and wait in a line for food and drinks for too long. Amazing stuff at the bar and restaurant. Room cleaning every second day. Near the beach and the centre of sunny beach. Overall good holiday, we are not too demanding but I dont think we will come back . Lower or middle class hotel- i am sure you can find better for the same price.
The hotel lacks organisation and customer service big time. The first bad experience was with the person that is supervising the barrier. Very rude guy, does not speak English at all and he like to abuse his '' power''. The second bad experience was at check in when we went to pay for the 4 rooms that we booked ( paid an advance also) and were told that they run out of rooms and they will give us only 2 double rooms and 1 apartment to share. After we argued with them and told them absolutely no, they managed to find 4 room. Like magic. We asked for the manager but no one was there. The worst part was they were treating us (especially the red head receptionist on the shift) like they were doing us a favour by giving us rooms. They could really use more training on how to deal with guests. The pictures they advertise on their website are not even close to the reality. The restaurant is very small and overcrowded. The staff are doing their best but they could use more help. The food they serve is something I wouldn't order outside of this place. The quality is very very bad. We went to restaurants at least 1 per day ( having an all inclusive package) because we couldn't eat this food. They also say it is all inclusive but the bar next to the pool is not. Plus, you are not allowed to bring the food or drinks from the hotel on the place that is literally outside of the hotel so you spend even more money on overpriced drinks on their beach bar. Overall, a terrible experience. I don't recommend this place and I am never coming back. We wanted to find something else and cancel our reservation in our first day but we couldn't find something else available.…
Nice, polite and helpful staff. Good meals. All in sufficient also pancakes, pizza and kebab between meals additionally complemented the board nicely. Cashback for sunbeds (beach sets) also on +. Good value for money. A pleasant surprise with the level and development of services compared to the previous stay in a similar location. Despite the lack of animation and cool water in the pool, the proximity of the beach and the sea compensates for all "minor" disadvantages. Too many smoking places. Except for the rooms, lobby, corridors and restaurant people smoked elsewhere. It should go in the opposite direction. Not enough attractions for children. Even a covered mini kids playground (e.g. by the beach) would be a lot of fun for kids. Cool water in the pool. Any solar installation would be on +, that is, it would heat such small swimming pools (from June the sun is definitely operating strongly). The way of realization of all in (meals), and more precisely card gates, is a weak solution, firstly it does not build trust in guests, and besides, it causes a lot of confusion and is a weak (emergency system), there are better methods of verifying purchased meals. There are no numbers assigned to the beach sets - equipment packages (2 sunbeds, umbrella) for the bill or receipt. If you pay for the set & for eg. go to dinner and if you take your stuff things, while you turn back, you will be surprised , because your (the same) set has been sold to someone. Of course, there was no problem because before the season there were many sets and in the 2nd or 3rd line from the sea you could find, but probably in the season if you don't have cashback for sunbeds your 15 leva could be a gap -.…
At this hotel everything is wrong: The food it was horrible I saw flying insects on the food No changes in the menu They have 3 kitchens very croudy, with same entrance, with huge queues, You have a card, once entered and exit you can’t enter again. Services The staff was very disrespecful, awful except a guy from the reception which was very ok They are clear hating their job. They don’t speak english at all. They are very rude. No cleaners in the rooms. At arrival they are taking your car keys and giving you back at your leave. Location: The hotel is far away from the city center. Advantage: there is a beach near it, that’s the only good stuff. I drove until here, the roads in BG are awful. This hotel is worthing less than a star, is the worst experience all inclusive, which I ever seen.…
Great hotel with the best location, sightseeing and interior. The staff was a little tired at the end of season, but always polite (and when we add the anti-epidemic conditions). Everything was at a high level - clean room, delicious food, underground parking... You wait a bit on the elevator and sometimes in the restaurant at rush hours. But on vacation you don't have to hurry, do you? The hotel was full and the staff did a great job. Thank you 😊
The is no enough room for all the cars in the parking, it's only for 10-15 cars and you can't use your car once you've placed it there. You need to leave your car keys at the reception, because they move the cars in the garage all the time. They give you your car back 2 hours after you begged for it on your check out day. Food is terrible, lowest quality. I won't even mention the alcohol... Dirty rooms, housekeeping doesn't change sheets (been there for a week). You must pay for beach facilities every day. Even though it's pet friendly, it is not suitable for small animals - the "terrace" (10cm long with a lousy door) had huge holes in it, your dog might fall through it. If your room is on a higher floor, you must use the elevator - be prepared to wait for it for up to 15 minutes every time you want to use it. Moreover, it's always crowded, people don't wear masks despite covid rules. Don't go there!…
We arrived on a Monday, the hotel looked very nice with a very good position, right on the beach. Even though the hotel have a parking lot they made us leave the car at another hotel parking space, around 500m away, with extra cost of course. The staff at the reception was very rude with tourists. We checked in, we got the rooms, full of dust and the windows were very dirty. The “pool” is ice cold. We payed for ultra all inclusive, but the food is always cold and not so good. We couldn’t drink the beverages from the hotel, everything was with water in it. The beach is nice but you have to pay if you want umbrella even in front of the hotel. When they clean the room they don’t change the towels until you tell them to do so and after they cleaned the floor, we couldn’t stay inside because of the smell, something like blue cheese. The staff from the restaurant was making fun of tourists and the service was awful. I think this hotel deserve, at most, three stars. Don’t get me wrong, the beach, the city, the water was great, but next time different hotel and no ultra all inclusive.…
Everything was great again. The foods are delicious, the rooms clean nice view to the beach. The sand beach is just 20meter walk, the city centre is 20min walk, so it is close to the popular things. The staff was also friendly, recommended :)
