We arrived in the country at 4:00 in the morning to be told that we could not enter our room and had to wait in the lobby of another hotel Tia Maria. We waited here for 3 hours to then be told we were unable to go in to our room until 1300 meaning we had lost a night that we had paid for with no return of that money. When it came to 1300 we followed the instructions of waiting in the lobby to still be there half an hour later after having to pay £2.00 on my phone to ring someone to remind them to come and get us. When we got to the hotel we were told to ring if there were any problems, meaning more money on my phone bill as they do not provide a phone for that. In the room there was no flat screen tv, no hair dryer and no washing machine which were all listed in the room description. As well as that within our kitchen there wasn't even a knife for us to use or anything to clean the items after meaning we had to go and buy all these things including toilet rolls as we were left 2 toilet rolls to last us the whole 5 days we were there which didn't get renewed and neither did the towels. Free wifi provided although it was awful and only really worked in the bathroom.

Other than that the best things about the hotel being that it was only a short walk to the beach and there are restaurants and markets all around.

they are unapprehensive and they cam into a room until we are sleeping to ask about a reservation number and they are not cleaning a room .
The location is very close to flower street just over the road ideal if you want to stay in the main part I didn't like the side street it was down though like being in the slums very lonely at night.

The location is very close to flower street just over the road ideal if you want to stay in the main part I didn't like the side street it was down though like being in the slums very lonely at night. There is no reception this is just apartments there is a telephone number on the door you need to call then a man came with the keys we had to wait about 20 minutes . The apartments are spotless very clean. The room we was in was OK for 2 people was a bit tight walking round with are luggage bags and cooking etc not a lot of space. There are not many English tv channels there was a movie channel a lot of repeats on that history channel and euro news. There was no iron we took our own you might be able to ask for one. Our balcony was huge we was in room 401 ours went round to the side it was also for others to use but we had it to ourself for the whole week which was great just need to be careful that no one comes on to your balcony if your in the room because they could. The room was full of mosquitos so we had loads of bites. The double bed was two singles pushed together we didn't find that a problem. There are two cooking hobs quite easy to use not a lot of space though if you have two pans on it when we arrived we had no pans so we had to call the man who brought our keys we also had no utensils or microwave he did bring us them though when we called. We only had 3 plates a large salad bowl a small maybe to put nus in 2 forks 2 knives a large spoon and a small spoon the utensils were awful. There was a fridge I was under the impression we would have a washing machine but we didn't have one we didn't really need one for a week. I wouldn't stay here again didn't like the lonely road it was on the facilities in the room was rubbish. The room was not cleaned once we had to call for towels and buy our own toilet rolls.

Positive: Distance to the beach (located behind the main marked, very close to Flower Street) - roughly 15 minutes to the beach/pier, the fact that we had free parking, a fridge and a balcony, although there was no furniture on the balcony.

Negative: First of all, there is no reception per se, only a phone number where you can reach an employee who will confirm your booking, handle you the keys and walk you to your room.
When we first entered the room, there were SO MANY mosquitoes, and everywhere on the walls, furniture, drapes and sheets there were smashed mosquitoes.
Cleaning was done poorly both in the bathroom and around the kitchenette (there were grease stains above the kitchenette and ... I think FOOD on the
walls in the shower!
Speaking of insects, there were ants all over the floor in the room, in the bathroom and on the balcony and we were on the 3rd floor!
The double bed was in fact two twin beds put together, but that is fairly common and not such a disadvantage. The actual problem was that the pillows were very very small and there were no blankets!
As you can see in one of my photos, cleaning is done once a week ON REQUEST, towels are changed once a week and sheets are changed once every ten days.
But nobody even took out the garbage, there were no garbage bags for us to use, in the bathroom there was only one toilet paper roll and the "toiletries"
were represented by 30 ml of 2in1 shampoo and shower gel for 2 adults for 6 nights!!!
There was no washing machine, no hair dryer, no flat screen TV and no microwave oven. There is roof terrace on the 4th floor with some sunbeds and chairs, which we did not use.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST, there are 8 wi-fi networks, of which you will reach signal from 2 and you won't be able to use NEITHER OF THEM! Wi-fi is only existing on paper, because you can't even use it to check your e-mail. Wi-fi is useless.

They will kick you out of the room for no reason. I paid for whole 2 months and the end of the first they told me to leave or they are going to beat me until i can walk.

And of course the kept the money for them.
Dont go there.

When we arrived the staff did not speak english and it was very hard to communicate with her. The studio large that we ordered was quite small for four persons, and the washing machine was even blocking the hot plate. Our shower did not have hot water quite some times, and you need to hold the shower head with one hand to prevent the water to fire against the door. The wifi was dreadful in the room, we had to get to the lobby to have a proper connection. The only thing that was good, was the roof terrace and the fact that it is very close to the centre of Sunny Beach.

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting friends. Great location as it was right beside the main strip and very reasonable. Clean and fully equipped and I would definitely recommend this for anyone on a budget.
