We were two adults and one kid staying in 2nd building (the one with reception), 4th floor. Everything was clean and nice, definitely would come back. Some notes: - During eating there is only one coffee machine and one drink dispenser for all people, so there were almost always minute or two waiting line to get coffee or drinks. - In our room the sealing of the windows was not so good. So even if you close all the windows and go to bed you think you have left some windows open because you hear noise from outside. Luckily it is quiet outside most of the time. - WIFI speed is limited to 1...2 Mbs for one user so you can check e-mail and read news with no problem but anything beyond that is limited. For example youtube videos are in bad quality and will hang some times. But mobile 4G coverage is good so you can use this if possible. - You start with one installed and one extra toilet paper roll in your room. To get additional paper we put out "make my room" sign so they cleaned your room and added paper. - Elevator in is slow so for younger people taking the elevator to 4th floor takes about same time as walking, even if the elevator is waiting you on 1st floor.

Arrived around midnight 4 adults and 7yr old twins, the staff on reception were really pleasant and helpful giving us as much info as possible about the hotel and advising us to just ask if there was anything else they could help with at anytime. They then surprised us with a little snack box each containig a sandwhich, cake bar an apple and a bottle of water, a really nice touch we thought. After being shown to our adjoining rooms we then gathered on our adjoining balcony to eat our snacks. Our room was huge with loads of space and storage, big bathroom and more importantly spotlessly clean. The kids (and their twins) room was massive with one proper single bed and a folded out chair bed for the kids and a big double for their mam and dad. I have to say being able to share a balcony with the whole family was a massive boon especially for the little 'uns who could wander freely between theirs and our rooms, really useful for their nightly fashion parade when getting ready to go out for the evening ha ha. We didn't need to use it but there was an adjoinging internal door between the rooms too which was lockable from either side if required. The fridge was good, aircon was adequate and the shower was amazing, you could set the power and heat to however you wanted it, i had it so it was like being jet washed, lovely. The maid service was daily, clean towels everyday too and a few towel sculptures from out ever smiling maid. Lovely view across the pool and onto the surrounding areas from the balcony too. Food, breakfasts were more than adequate, a fine choice of hot stuff including fried eggs, scrambled eggs, eggybread, sausages (mostly hot dog style, bacon (foreign type but nice enough) beans etc. Also loads of fruit , cereal, cold meats and cheese, plenty choice of breads and plentiful beautiful little croissants and jams. They even had strawberry and chocolate milk for the kids. Evening meals, i would defy anyone to not find something to eat here, load of diffent dishes and always at least one sometimes more 'English' style dish, plus all the usual salad stuff and massive choice of desserts including various flavours of ice cream every night, couldn't fault it to be fair. There were time when you might have to queue at the hot plates but they were never too bad, same on a morning for coffee but boy was waiting for coffee worth it, gorgeous. The free beer on a night was ok but the white wine was really nice. Pool and outside areas: Two pools bith of a decent size, we preferred the smaller of the two, don't really know why to be honest. Both of the pools were freezing but not too cold not to go in, soon warmed up once in.There did seem to be a slight shortage of sunbeds at times but generally if you were down before 10 you'd be ok. The gardens and poolside bar were lovely and well kept. Should really give a mention to the daytime reception staff too because they were unbelievably helpful and pleasant at all times, the lady from reception even came over to say goodbye to us as we were waiting to get picked up for the airport, long after she had finsihed her shift and was having a drink at the bar. Location was excellent, a couple of small supermarkets and shops just outside of the entrance and a large supermarket 2mins down and across the main road. Eating and drinking your own snaks and beer around the pool was not a problem. Plenty of bars and restraunts within acouple of minutes walk and the main strip and the beach less than 10mins walk, Flower street maybe 20mins walk. Plenty to do in Sunny Beach for us and the kids, obviously the beach, plenty of mini golf, bouncy castles, fairground type shows, the Noddy train and of course plenty of shopping for everyone (i'm not really a shopper so would just sit outside and watch the world go by ha ha). Only trip we did was Khans Tent which is a must for anyone that hasn't done it before, we had but we knew the kida and their mam and dad would love it, great value for money too. The weather wa smostly superb, one cloudy but still very warm day, and two days bioling hot but really windy, we abandoned the beach on the first of these days and stayed by the pool on the second one. We ate out a few times and found all the food to be good and very cheap, drinks out were also very cheap in most places. All in all a great holiday in a lovely hotel with great staff and facilities, not a lot in the hotel for kids other than the pool but they don't purport to have much for them so can't complain on that score. Thanks again to the reception staff, dayshift and nightshift, hopefully we'll be back someday soon.

For 19 years I’ve been to the same place and same apartment block and never ventured away. I decided to visit Bulgaria just to try it out. OH MY GOD. Our flight was delayed so we showed up at the hotel at 6am to be greeted with a huge smile from the doorman, who had also saved us some food. He took us to our room which had a massive bed and not a sight of dust. Every morning, we were greeted with a huge smile and the maids were so polite and chatty too! Food and drinks at the hotel bar were very yummy😋 and dead cheap too! The pool was super clean although very cold and the sun beds were to die for. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!! I had the best holiday ever!

We arrived local time 11.30am, too early to check in. At 1.30pm we were allocated room 2513 which overlooks the pool area and from. 4-6pm was in the sunshine. The room was spacious and it was refreshing to have a lovely green tiled bathroom and green accessories in the room rather than the usual white or cream. We stayed half board plus so had an alcoholic drink with evening meal. Food was nice and edible. There is a different menu each night, not sure what children would eat, or if you want salad there isn't cold meat to have with it. It should be remembered that you are in Bulgaria, so don't expect English food, of criticise hotel for not serving English dishes. There are plenty of restaurants nearby who offer English food. The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained. If you want a towel for using by the pool or beach, they are 3 leva each, we hired it for the full week. I was unable to access WiFi from our room, this was criticised on previous reviews, I too my phone to reception, the lady went on my browser out in their code and advised me I would need to log in each time we came back to hotel to use wifi. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady on reception, she was helpful, polite and didn't appear to have any time off. The safe is a daily or weekly charge, these are in the reception. Having stopped previously at the other side of Sunny Beach nearer to Nessabar, this hotel and location is much better, we would definitely return to this hotel.
