I would like to point out the good things and the things to be improved Good: food, sea water, room To be improved: communication (I paid for a parking 105 levas for 1 week though there were some free places as we discovered later in their parking, not communicated, but they preferred to collect the money). Size of the additional bed for kids, my daughter (13 years, 174 cm) was charged as an adult but was sleeping into a extendable couch and her feets were outside of the "bed". Water supply, not possible outside of the bar were you were asking the lady. there was no rechargeable water station were you could take some water for the night, we had to buy it by ourselves from the shop. Number of sunbeds both on the pool and the sea, considering the capacity of the hotel. Water in the pool was always very cold. bathroom needs some refurbishment and also the residual water system needs a clean up after the season - sometimes really stinky.

Location: not on the beach, literally. Depending on your pace and desire to reach the sea, 5-10 minutes walk on a wooden bridge between sand dunes. Far from the centre and bars but close to Nessebar. Food and drinks: typical Bulgarian drinks, very light but if you seek bottled drinks, the price for the entire stay will be almost double so I didnt expect a Michelin star restaurant. Those who do, should avoid this budget ultra all inclusive hotel and know that if you have high expectations, then pay according to them :) the food was varied, grilled dishes every day, fresh pancakes at breakfast, icecream and different types of fruit, all fresh. All my respect and appreciation for the staff especially at the restaurant, very hardworking trying to cope with all the guests. You receive only 2 minibottles of shampoo/stay/room at the beginning so if you stay 2 days or 2 weeks it's the same. It seems strange to me at a 4star hotel but bring your own shampoo. The cleaning part should be a lot improved. If you are not a morning person, you won't get a sunbed on the private beach because ''well educated'' guests keep them occupied from 6am even though they come at 10. The free parking places very few for the number of rooms so overall an ultra all inclusive hotel for the money you pay. The bar on the beach is a joke, only water, apple and orange juice out of which the only drinkable beverage was the water.

Nobel Hotel Sunny Beach Horror I start this review by mentioning that we were 11 people, including an 11-year-old child and a young woman who was 6 months pregnant. I had 3 double rooms, 1 single room and an apartment (he had not paid for sea view) for which I paid extra sea view and I had something like that. Bed linen and towels were not changed during the stay. I only received toilet paper after the 3rd of the day. At the apartment the sofa was broken and you could not sleep on it, I asked to change and it did not change. Extremely arrogant and non-English speaking staff at the reception, as well as those at the bar and buffet. Everything related to extremely poorly cooked food and never hot maximum calorie, reheated, which was not eaten in the evening, I found at lunch in another form. 4 people in the group had stomach problems, diarrhea. At this hotel no one outside the manager could explain to us exactly what is the difference between allinclusive and ULTRA allinclusive. Refreshments are at the dispenser, including flat water as well as bottled. The hotel has a capacity somewhere around 300 320 pers. There are 100 sunbeds and 50 umbrellas on the private beach I own, you only have access to them if you wake up at 6 in the morning and fight with the other tourists, regardless of whether you paid for an apartment or a single room. 4 people are accommodated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "4 STAR" HOTEL

Only 20 or so parking spots for 100+ rooms hotel. Only 50 umbrelas(100 sun beds) for 100+ room, we've had to wake up early to have a chance for sunbeds. We've found blod marks on The toilet seat on our arrival, The sink was all dirty and splashwall full of stains and marks. The sofa was in a very bad state, ripped and the sheet it self did not cover the whole sofa. The cleaning staff kept their troley and their stuff infront of our room door. In The hallway there were dirty dishes for days. For all of this we've seen The manager himself and addressed all The isues and nothing was done about it. The food was far from beeing tastefull, after 3 days of eating The same food every morning, same food every Lunch and same food for diner my stomac gave up. Drinks, Only cheap stuff from Drinks dispencer, nothing botteled, nothing internațional, Only cheap unsanitary horrible liquids. I ended up spending quite a lot of money on bottled Drinks from store next door. The waiters, if I can call them that, were very unpolite, never smiled, never said a simple hello or thank you to us, felt us feel as we were stealing from them. Beach, sea water and the company of our friend kept us from going back home on the very first Day. Overall a very dissapointing family holiday.

The hotel has over 100rooms and just 25 parking lots and just 50 sun beds. We had to arrived at 7:30 to get a sun bed and every body were angry because they didn’t found sun beds to stay. The exchange from the hotel was closed every day. We found blood on the toilet, in the bathroom. The food and alcohol were poor quality. Even if we had Ultra All inclusive package we didn’t had international brands.

I stayed in the hotel for little over a week. Overall the stay was enjoyable. - The hotel was clean and the staff members were very polite and friendly. - I made several requests for additional items which were met without any problem. - The rooms were reasonably spacious and the beds comfortable. The ventilation in the bathroom was not ideal so humidity was building up or had to be vented into the room. There was a daily cleaning service which is great. - The food was overall good, with some hits and misses here and there. The main meals were good but the snack during the day very underwhelming (sandwiches compirsed of 1 slice of bread with 1 slice of cheese etc...) - The bar was decent althought the coffee was absolutely attrocious. - The pools were adequately sized and clean. The gym is missing basic equipment (pullup bar, most common dumbbells, dips bars). - If you are without a car the hotel is far from both city centers, so not for people with limited mobility - The private beach was clean and offered non-alcoholic drinks and umbrellas
