Location: not on the beach, literally. Depending on your pace and desire to reach the sea, 5-10 minutes walk on a wooden bridge between sand dunes. Far from the centre and bars but close to Nessebar. Food and drinks: typical Bulgarian drinks, very light but if you seek bottled drinks, the price for the entire stay will be almost double so I didnt expect a Michelin star restaurant. Those who do, should avoid this budget ultra all inclusive hotel and know that if you have high expectations, then pay according to them :) the food was varied, grilled dishes every day, fresh pancakes at breakfast, icecream and different types of fruit, all fresh. All my respect and appreciation for the staff especially at the restaurant, very hardworking trying to cope with all the guests.
You receive only 2 minibottles of shampoo/stay/room at the beginning so if you stay 2 days or 2 weeks it's the same. It seems strange to me at a 4star hotel but bring your own shampoo. The cleaning part should be a lot improved. If you are not a morning person, you won't get a sunbed on the private beach because ''well educated'' guests keep them occupied from 6am even though they come at 10. The free parking places very few for the number of rooms so overall an ultra all inclusive hotel for the money you pay. The bar on the beach is a joke, only water, apple and orange juice out of which the only drinkable beverage was the water.

I would like to point out the good things and the things to be improved
Good: food, sea water, room
To be improved: communication (I paid for a parking 105 levas for 1 week though there were some free places as we discovered later in their parking, not communicated, but they preferred to collect the money). Size of the additional bed for kids, my daughter (13 years, 174 cm) was charged as an adult but was sleeping into a extendable couch and her feets were outside of the "bed". Water supply, not possible outside of the bar were you were asking the lady. there was no rechargeable water station were you could take some water for the night, we had to buy it by ourselves from the shop. Number of sunbeds both on the pool and the sea, considering the capacity of the hotel. Water in the pool was always very cold. bathroom needs some refurbishment and also the residual water system needs a clean up after the season - sometimes really stinky.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, it is near the beach and all the nightclubs. The staff were very friendly, especially the girls working at the reception. The food was good value and despite the covid restrictions in the restaurant we greatly enjoyed our time there. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and families and can’t wait to return next summer!

Hotel is nice rooms are big and clean. But to many negativities for me
Balcony not private on the 4th floor, only have a small wall between you and next doors which can just be stepped over .
The food was always COLD even when it had just come out of the kitchens and not cooked through properly.NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ,this was everyday for 10 days And Restaurant could do with another coffee machine, 2 is not enough

Pool area floor/tables not being cleaned properly on a daily basis and to many wasp flying around which were annoying so could not relax, and not great when you are trying to eat your meal outside on the tables as there is not enough seating area in the dining room for everybody...late night snack bar unless you like bread and cheese then don't bother with it..
Bar ran out of beer/ spirits and even diet coke on a number of occasions while we was there and no alternatives were offered for eg bottled beer coke etc,not everybody likes spirits not good enough.
Entertainment team were great and they did there best to try and get people involved with activities but wasn't always easy. I don't think I've ever seen a dartboard in such a worse condition and blunt darts. ( laughed at the time). Entertainment at night wasn't great either and was always finished just after 10pm.
Hotel is a bit far out but only a bus ride away to sunny beach/flower street. Father Ted's pub and John smiths pub only a few mins walk away from hotel

The way the hotel is at the moment, I would not be returning

A mixed review for this hotel but more negative than positive . It was the first time we have taken our 4 year old on holiday and was a last minute booking with Jet2. Made some lovely memories but Definitely won’t be returning, not a great hotel for kids and food is not great. We were all inclusive but ate out 5 evenings out of 7 in sunny beach or old nessebar
Hotel has a small private section on the beach, beds taken up early though. No where to wash off sand before walking back to hotel
Shops accept euro but better to pay in Lev as they will try to take advantage with changing rate to euro, plenty of crown exchange booths to change money, card accepted in larger bars/restaurants

Pros
Weather is good
Pool is clean
Rooms comfortable
The girl on animation is really good with the kids and Alex does his best to help and keep everyone happy
Good ice cream available in afternoon
If you ask bar will serve Smirnoff vodka instead of local alternative

Cons
Poolside area could be cleaner, lack of bins
Not enough sun loungers for guests in hotel.
Lifeguard removes towels when you go for food yet hardly see him around poolside
Small area of loungers next to children’s pool fills up quickly
Main pool is 1.6m deep all along, no shallower area at all.
Staff speak very little English
Food is always Luke warm to cold
Hardly any variation in dishes over the week
Not enough table in restaurant for number of guests
Late night snack bar is bread cheese and meats so bear in mind if you arrive late.
Housekeeping inconsistent, balcony dirty
Toilet leaking, reported but no action taken
Coffee machine in room with 3 complimentary pods after that you buy them from reception
Late checkout advertised on reception with cost but they won’t actually let you have it
Safe are in a room by reception not in room and have to be purchased
Poolside towels will run out so make sure you get them In the morning

This hotel is excellent, the staff are great, the manager listens to everyone’s comments and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble.

The food is exceptional, the rooms are comfortable with great views of the pool, short walk to the beach. Location is ideal for those wanting to be close enough to walk to sunny beach or Nessebar but quiet enough to chill out. Bus route for both is 2Lv (£1) taxi is around 25-30lv (£12.50-£15) to either

Olga on reception is fantastic for any questions or information you may need, Alex the animation guy is great and will take your activity requests on board making sure your days are full of fun and laughter. 😆

The pool is a tad cold for may time so use of the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi is a must!

Nice little sun trap away from the wind.

Must go to *michaels eco bar in Nessebar see photo

From the time we entered the Nobel hotel, both my wife and myself were impressed, it was late in the evening, we were tired from travelling but the receptionist called a very nice young man to take our luggage to our room whilst she checked us in.
This young man then showed us to a small restaurant so that we could have something to eat.
We were really impressed with our room, large, clean, the bathroom had a walk in shower again spotlessly clean, extra pillows, extra duvets in case it was cold, air con for daytime and heater for the colder evening.

The food at this hotel is the best that we have had at any hotel and the service was excellent.
The animation is basic but Alex and his assistant Hari made it very special with the innovations to the games and themes they employed we really enjoyed our time.
We enjoyed our stay so much, We are going to visit this hotel again this year probably in September

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Nobel. We were travelling as 2 adults, 1 child and had a apartment (sea view, don’t book an apartment for the sea view it was tiny and your main view was next doors hotel/bin store). The apartment was huge, the bedroom was bigger than ours at home. Very comfortable.

We used the spa for the pool/hot tub/sauna on a rainy day and it was lovely. Otherwise there were plenty of sun beds at the pool or a short walk towards the beach is a section just for Nobel.

The food was great, especially Bulgarian night. Plenty of salads and meat to choose from, as well as your standard chips/pizza/pasta. Breakfast was our favourite, rarely known a buffet breakfast to have properly made scrambled eggs that weren’t overcooked. We now have an egg addiction. If the kitchen staff could see you looking at an item deciding they would come over and explain more about the dish to you.

The bar staff were great. The cleaners never stopped cleaning, ever.

We arrived late in the evening and departed early evening, you can keep your AI wristbands until the time you checked in, so we could enjoy a full day on our last day at the hotel and have one last lovely dinner. We bought late check out for a low price, so we could use our room for showers before heading home.

I came here with myself and 2 children 11 & 17, on arrival which was around 12.30am we were all tired & hungry, check in took no longer than 5 minutes, we had a quick look around the hotel for some food as it states midnight snack 12-2am is available, when asking staff they told us they dont speak english, we asked to be pointed in the direction of somewere for food but just got shoulders shrugged at us, this was my only bad experience. Hotel and room was amazing, really modern and clean and all air conditioned, and the beds are so comfortable. pool area is clean but could do with some more beds, inflatables are allowed and my son never got told to not dive or jump in. they have an indoor pool, jacuzzi, ice bath and gym which we used when it got to hot outside. There was alot of variety of food, different choices and themes everyday, desserts were lovely and always fresh fruit available, snack bar was on 2-5 were you could get unlimited icecream and bits of food from the small hall. We did eat out a few nights as we are fussy eaters, there are tables outside in the shade if u cant find a table inside to eat at. Djem the bar man is lovely speaks good english and made us feel welcome. Animation team are all lovely, alex speaks the best english and is great with the kids and tries to get everyone involved. He even went out of his way to come and find us whilst we were waiting for out transfer home to give us a hug and wish us a safe flight! The beach is amazing & really close with beds only hotel nobel guests can use, it also has a little juice hut were you can get apple/orange & water for free. Walk to sunny beach strip is about 40 min or you can catch the shuttle bus outside hotel. The hotel itself over looks a strip of shops and a pharmacy so everything you need. Oh and I forgot to mention there are alot ot wasps sometimes making it unenjoyable to relax with your drink around the pool but this is not the hotels fault as every were is spotless and staff working non stop to remove and unwanted/empty drinks. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

This hotel is amazing! As an ex holiday rep I have stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say this is in my top 3!
Staff are great, rooms are fab, our balcony was huge.
Loved the food and I am a vegetarian. Always something different and hot. The chefs are very creative and don’t get enough credit. Pool area great and plenty of drinks selection. Ice cream cones available between 2-4 (try the salted caramel it is delicious) Location is just what we liked in between both Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Nice walk into Sunny Beach we found some hidden beach bars which were nice and chilled.
We felt very safe having a mooch on an evening. Thanks to all the staff at The Hotel Nobel we look forward to our return!
