Hotel Nobel has garnered appreciation from many guests for its spotless cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious and well-appointed rooms are popular among travelers, as is the hotel's prime location, which combines close proximity to Sunny Beach and Nessebar with a peaceful setting. While the amenities, including diverse dining options and beach access, are often praised, some visitors note the pool area's limitations. The service generally receives high marks for staff helpfulness, though there are occasional reports of unsatisfactory interactions at the bar. However, some travelers question the hotel's value, pointing to costly extras and limited facilities.

Location: not on the beach, literally. Depending on your pace and desire to reach the sea, 5-10 minutes walk on a wooden bridge between sand dunes. Far from the centre and bars but close to Nessebar. Food and drinks: typical Bulgarian drinks, very light but if you seek bottled drinks, the price for the entire stay will be almost double so I didnt expect a Michelin star restaurant. Those who do, should avoid this budget ultra all inclusive hotel and know that if you have high expectations, then pay according to them :) the food was varied, grilled dishes every day, fresh pancakes at breakfast, icecream and different types of fruit, all fresh. All my respect and appreciation for the staff especially at the restaurant, very hardworking trying to cope with all the guests.
You receive only 2 minibottles of shampoo/stay/room at the beginning so if you stay 2 days or 2 weeks it's the same. It seems strange to me at a 4star hotel but bring your own shampoo. The cleaning part should be a lot improved. If you are not a morning person, you won't get a sunbed on the private beach because ''well educated'' guests keep them occupied from 6am even though they come at 10. The free parking places very few for the number of rooms so overall an ultra all inclusive hotel for the money you pay. The bar on the beach is a joke, only water, apple and orange juice out of which the only drinkable beverage was the water.

I would like to point out the good things and the things to be improved
Good: food, sea water, room
To be improved: communication (I paid for a parking 105 levas for 1 week though there were some free places as we discovered later in their parking, not communicated, but they preferred to collect the money). Size of the additional bed for kids, my daughter (13 years, 174 cm) was charged as an adult but was sleeping into a extendable couch and her feets were outside of the "bed". Water supply, not possible outside of the bar were you were asking the lady. there was no rechargeable water station were you could take some water for the night, we had to buy it by ourselves from the shop. Number of sunbeds both on the pool and the sea, considering the capacity of the hotel. Water in the pool was always very cold. bathroom needs some refurbishment and also the residual water system needs a clean up after the season - sometimes really stinky.

Overall brilliant hotel, staff very friendly and food fabulous 👌 and plenty if it ,room sizes brilliant my only complaint would be I booked a twin and got two single bases and one large mattress so personal space out the window as hotel was very busy and they were unable to rectify this! Swimming pool fantastic clean and well kept poolside area, but does close a little early at 18.30hrs and I love, being in the pool.
This hotel would not suit Indivduluals that like privacy when going to toilet as you can see 👀 everything threw the blue glass dividers these are also in hotel rooms to the en-suit area.
Entertainment was OK but very focused on the young ones most of the time and if the elderly (over 30yrs🤣) are involved it's a bit boring 😴 having said that the Entertainment team were all very lovely 😍 .
Bit let down by bar times , closes at 11pm a little bit too early and poor variety of drinks because of being all Inclusive and also you get charged for extra tea and coffee , once your ryou have used your welcome pack thats not really, all Inclusive and 7 lev a night for a safe , should be free when your all Inclusive.
Make sure to put used towels on floor otherwise clean ones will not be left!
I did not use the spa area so cannot comment, but you get a spa card which you can get a towel with daily for around pool side.
Walked to the beach and plenty of nobel loungers there but no all Inclusive Bar, although is a bar on the beach but this not included in all Inclusive package and does belong to Nobel.
Nobel is situated right between sunny beach and Nesabar 😎.
Do not pay any more than 20 lev , 25 after midnight.
These are just minor things, that could make a massive difference, but it is a friendly and clean environment and situated in a great location 😀 and YES I would go back but please Nobel sort the lack off privacy in the toilets please 🙏

Hotel is nice rooms are big and clean. But to many negativities for me
Balcony not private on the 4th floor, only have a small wall between you and next doors which can just be stepped over .
The food was always COLD even when it had just come out of the kitchens and not cooked through properly.NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ,this was everyday for 10 days And Restaurant could do with another coffee machine, 2 is not enough

Pool area floor/tables not being cleaned properly on a daily basis and to many wasp flying around which were annoying so could not relax, and not great when you are trying to eat your meal outside on the tables as there is not enough seating area in the dining room for everybody...late night snack bar unless you like bread and cheese then don't bother with it..
Bar ran out of beer/ spirits and even diet coke on a number of occasions while we was there and no alternatives were offered for eg bottled beer coke etc,not everybody likes spirits not good enough.
Entertainment team were great and they did there best to try and get people involved with activities but wasn't always easy. I don't think I've ever seen a dartboard in such a worse condition and blunt darts. ( laughed at the time). Entertainment at night wasn't great either and was always finished just after 10pm.
Hotel is a bit far out but only a bus ride away to sunny beach/flower street. Father Ted's pub and John smiths pub only a few mins walk away from hotel

The way the hotel is at the moment, I would not be returning

Reception staff very polite and helpful. Kitchen staff very quick to clear away plates, sometimes too quick. Food at times very nice and hot other times not, so try to time it well, but cant help you there. Bedroom was kept clean, but not that good at changing bedding. Courtesy clean and tidy up done daily, beds are extremely hard and not much sleep had. Hairdryer not adequate, so if you use one bring your own. A la carte for Jet2 customers, not worth it, same food you get in main restaurant and you have to pay for your drinks, don’t bother. Bar staff, some very friendly, some as miserable as sin. Asked for a beer, she served in a plastic cup, knowing I prefer glass, she shrugged her shoulders and gave me it in plastic cup, when she had poured it I asked for a glass, so she slammed the glass on the counter and walked off (end of shift) so the other barmaid topped my glass up. Whilst sat here 16.10hrs on Monday 8th July 2024, just witnessed a young lad about 10 years old pick a normal alcoholic cocktail up at the bar by accident., he ordered a non alcoholic cocktail. The bar staff were told by a hotel customer what had just happened and all three bar staff laughed and did nothing. How ridiculous and so unprofessional is that? The manager on Saturday saw me watching the England match on my iPad and said I could stream it in the lobby TV using Apple share, what a gentleman and I really appreciated his kindness, thank you. It is a big hotel for rooms but small for tables and chairs. You can have free loungers on the beach but only water and juice served. Wi fi not bad it is do able.
Not a good hotel if you don’t like smoking. Only got water in the room fridge, coffee available in the room if you want to pay for it. This is by far the worst Jet2 all inclusive we have stayed at, in that it isn’t really all inclusive. It’s a pity because most of the staff try really hard to make it good.
Jet2 great communication whilst here only my phone doesn’t accept foreign numbers whilst on holiday and the rep text on normal in which I couldn’t reply. He even said when I met him “ oh yes it doesn’t accept replies”. So why not use whats app for heaven’s sake.
Forgot my room key so asked for a new one, reception said don’t worry this guy will take you to your room and open it for you. Did not ask my name just followed me and opened the room I pointed to. Once opened he left, not secure at all.
100724 - Watching England v Holland went to bar at 11pm and was told no more alcohol.
110724 - told bar staff that there was broken glass around the pool, bearing in mind glass shouldn’t be around the pool, but they let this couple have an ice tub and glass for their own drinks bought from outside. 30 minutes later still not cleared up. Still there 45 minutes later.
Oh well it is never going to be cleaned up over an hour later.

The Hotel was lovely and clean, the food was really good lots of choice, never a problem getting a table.

The room was spacious, clean overlooking the pool towels changed daily, if you need anything it's no problem just ask.
The beach is quite a walk over the dunes with only soft drinks available.
The Animation team were great we had no children however they always stopped to chat made you feel welcome.
The evening entertainment was OK but more for children.
The bar was great never really busy, staff friendly.
Everyone very helpful.
We got the little train 6 levs into Old Nessebar beautiful place to visit definitely recommend local bus is 2 levs.
If you go to the main road turn left you will come to the bus stop after the row of shops just before the lights for Sunny Beach number 1, 5 or 8 get off Central lovely place heaving at night, lovely little fair for the children and great market, prices alot cheaper than local shops.
Recommend the Corner bar very friendly.
Our only negatives were sunbeds if you were not up at the crack of dawn you didn't get one, says you cannot save one with towels but everyone did.
They should have a designated smoking area away from pool, pool bar people smoking with no regard for children or people eating,
We would have given 5 if it wasn't for the smoking.
We had a lovely time thank you everyone at the Nobel well done to each and every one of you.

A mixed review for this hotel but more negative than positive . It was the first time we have taken our 4 year old on holiday and was a last minute booking with Jet2. Made some lovely memories but Definitely won’t be returning, not a great hotel for kids and food is not great. We were all inclusive but ate out 5 evenings out of 7 in sunny beach or old nessebar
Hotel has a small private section on the beach, beds taken up early though. No where to wash off sand before walking back to hotel
Shops accept euro but better to pay in Lev as they will try to take advantage with changing rate to euro, plenty of crown exchange booths to change money, card accepted in larger bars/restaurants

Pros
Weather is good
Pool is clean
Rooms comfortable
The girl on animation is really good with the kids and Alex does his best to help and keep everyone happy
Good ice cream available in afternoon
If you ask bar will serve Smirnoff vodka instead of local alternative

Cons
Poolside area could be cleaner, lack of bins
Not enough sun loungers for guests in hotel.
Lifeguard removes towels when you go for food yet hardly see him around poolside
Small area of loungers next to children’s pool fills up quickly
Main pool is 1.6m deep all along, no shallower area at all.
Staff speak very little English
Food is always Luke warm to cold
Hardly any variation in dishes over the week
Not enough table in restaurant for number of guests
Late night snack bar is bread cheese and meats so bear in mind if you arrive late.
Housekeeping inconsistent, balcony dirty
Toilet leaking, reported but no action taken
Coffee machine in room with 3 complimentary pods after that you buy them from reception
Late checkout advertised on reception with cost but they won’t actually let you have it
Safe are in a room by reception not in room and have to be purchased
Poolside towels will run out so make sure you get them In the morning

The location of the hotel is just perfect, it is near the beach and all the nightclubs. The staff were very friendly, especially the girls working at the reception. The food was good value and despite the covid restrictions in the restaurant we greatly enjoyed our time there. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and families and can’t wait to return next summer!

What an amazing hotel! We had a fantastic week here. The rooms are spacious and clean, you can choose whether you need a service every day and we even got a card under the door apologizing that they had missed us despite the do not disturb card on the door handle!
The choice of food for an all inclusive was brilliant and apart from breakfast there was always something new to try. The theme nights were a great idea. As well as Bulgarian there were Mexican, Greek and Asian. Snacks and ice cream in the afternoon meant you could not go hungry! Drink selection was also plentiful.
And of course the staff - they could not do more. We had an early morning flight and checked out at noon but were allowed to keep our all inclusive bands until we left the hotel at 00:50am. We could have paid to keep the room until 18:00 but had already packed but was offered the use of the showers in the spa until this time if we wanted to use the pool or head to the nearby beach.
The bar staff were very friendly and attentive and the waiting staff extremely efficient. A huge shout to the animation team who did not stop!! From children's entertainment to daytime activities for all and then on to the evening shows. A very different kind of humour but very entertaining.
We would love to return and definitely recommend 100%.

This hotel is excellent, the staff are great, the manager listens to everyone’s comments and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble.

The food is exceptional, the rooms are comfortable with great views of the pool, short walk to the beach. Location is ideal for those wanting to be close enough to walk to sunny beach or Nessebar but quiet enough to chill out. Bus route for both is 2Lv (£1) taxi is around 25-30lv (£12.50-£15) to either

Olga on reception is fantastic for any questions or information you may need, Alex the animation guy is great and will take your activity requests on board making sure your days are full of fun and laughter. 😆

The pool is a tad cold for may time so use of the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi is a must!

Nice little sun trap away from the wind.

Must go to *michaels eco bar in Nessebar see photo
