We booked a vacantion on Alba and i want to make some personal impresion about the place.
First the location is in the middle of the city, 100 M away from the beach(the back door of the garden is opened 8-18,and there is even closer)
Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom is also clean and enough space for sower( i am a 202 cm and 126 kg). AC was working very good even it is function that it will stop if the balcoon door is open. Towels are 2 for each member not the best quality but you can use it. Cleaning in the room will be made anytime you will anounce the reception.
We booked the all inclusive pachage and there were 3 meals and 2 snaks. Breakfast for 7 days there was the same food but good for a start od the day. Lunch and dinner good food, nothing wow just were is alot of romanians all the best food was very fast taking and most of the time there was not repelaced till the end of the lunch time.
Personnel of the hotel, 90% very young, half lf them kind and smile, other half it was like you are there for bagging not that you paid there salaray.
Snaks was pizza and some hot dogs.
Swimming pool was 2 of them, good for a morniing swimm or for the kids to play. There were not enough sun bads for everybody(you will need to get up early if you want one).
Lobby bar was terrible bad. Everything was made from the cheepest products on the market (wine juce, vodca and even beer) the only good thing was the ice and water. We had to buy our own drinks for a glass on the night.
For me it was a good experoce quality and price and i can recomad it for people with meddium buddget, like myself, witch are looking for a vacantion in Bulgaria... But for little bit more or better documetantion you can find something better.

Currently here mother and son. We arrived early hours of the morning and were provided water, sandwich and fruit on arrival. Our room was perfect however no balcony. We asked if we could swap and a lovely receptionist named beki with gorgeous nails sorted that for us. We remained on same floor just had a balcony. It would of been even better if we had a sea view but buggers can't be choosers. The staff are really pleasant and there is so much to do especially for families. The location is spot on we didn't hear any music at all during the night. There is literally no anxiety regards getting a sunbed. It's so relaxed no one rushes to save a bed at 6am. The only fault is the rooms hairdryer. I had only hand luggage checked in so I had no room for my personal hair dryer. The hair dryer here is absolutely horrendous I swear it's going to explode in my hand as it gets so hot.
The food is amazing I am normally so fussy however I had so much to choose from. The pizza bar is to die for.
The entertainment is fabulous at night there's kids dance shows to pub quizzes. I love it here. Highly recommend to anyone it's amazing 👏

In front of the hotel is a huge Lunapark - carousels and attractions, extremely noisy. In all restaurants around the hotel in the evening plays "live " music and all this until 4 o'clock in the morning.
If you want to rest, relax - I do not recommend.
Food selection poor, repeatedly lots of fried food .
Beach in disastrous condition , more rubbish and cigarette butts than sand .
Lazy and slow room cleaners -probably poorly paid

Deeply disappointed 😞 The room was OK,but in 7 days nobody came to clean,to vacuum or to take out the trash not even once.We ran out if toilet paper, and when I asked at the reception for a cleaning team, they said they are busy, and gave me a toilet paper to take to my room.
The all inclusive sucked, they served us from behind a plexi glass with such a big enthusiasm, that I never ever would see again. They took our money and gave nothing in return. We'll never go back there again.

Bottom line up front, I did not have a pleasant experience with the staff at reception. I made a reservation online, I showed up and it was evident that the staff wasn’t willing to work with me. I was forced to cancel my reservation online because I wasn’t able to check in, which still involved a cancellation fee. Despite that I attempted to check in. I don’t understand, is my money no good here? I will give them the benefit of the doubt, the decor and layout of the hotel seemed nice. Luckily the hotel next door gladly welcomed me. It pains me to write such a review. I’ve found Bulgarians to generally be hospitable. It’s unfortunate I had this experience.

I chose the hotel based on reviews, there were both bad and good. But since the main thing for us was that there were water slides and a playground for the children, we chose this hotel. To begin with, I asked for a room that was not very noisy, we were given next to the laundry room and there is always it was very noisy in the morning. If you are looking for a calm, quiet hotel, this is not the place for you. There is music from all sides, and if you close the balcony, there is a terrible smell of damp from the air conditioner. The room itself is not bad, but the lamp in the hallway fell out with all the wires. A surprise awaited us in the morning in the form of cockroaches in the toilet. The small ones were covered with some kind of rash. There was something to eat, but it was very monotonous and we stood in line for food. The sea is not far away, a 3-5 minute walk. Animation seemed to be there and not there. I got the impression that they They only entertain selectively. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The animation team was really great. They are friendly people. Really enjoyed it :D

They had all day performance around the pool with exciting music and dance, even though I didn't understood the music :))

Also they prepared special shows for the evening, for those who choose to chill around the pool.

A wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, well-kept territory, delicious food. It is located in the central part of the city, where there are many entertainment facilities and attractions. Very close to the sea. I really liked the shady path on the territory of the hotel that leads from the sea to the bar, where friendly girls will always prepare something tasty and cool.
