In front of the hotel is a huge Lunapark - carousels and attractions, extremely noisy. In all restaurants around the hotel in the evening plays "live " music and all this until 4 o'clock in the morning. If you want to rest, relax - I do not recommend. Food selection poor, repeatedly lots of fried food . Beach in disastrous condition , more rubbish and cigarette butts than sand . Lazy and slow room cleaners -probably poorly paid

A wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, well-kept territory, delicious food. It is located in the central part of the city, where there are many entertainment facilities and attractions. Very close to the sea. I really liked the shady path on the territory of the hotel that leads from the sea to the bar, where friendly girls will always prepare something tasty and cool.

Very nice hotel with a great location, close to everything. Great entertainment by Denislav and Nelly, made our stay much more enjoyable. Pool is great and drinks are good for the price paid. Food can be a hit or miss but overall pleasant. Best thing is for sure the club song. SANDRA! Avoid going out to Viking bar with some of the staff members as they can be creeps towards girls especially.

I don’t know where to start but I wouldn’t want anyone to waste a holiday coming here! We were told to visit Bulgaria by many friends as it’s ‘amazing’ unfortunately our trip was ruined by this hotel! On arrival we had the wrong room, receptionist was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Manager sorted the issue eventually, at first was rude but came round and since then was lovely. The restaurant if you can call it that, doesn’t have enough plates or cutlery, several nights we have to eat with our hands or just a fork! It is literally a free for all! The staff are so rude, I asked for a knife and was literally argued with and she walked off shouting and cursing! The guests (non English) are something else, sitting down at tables with other families (happened to us) even when we said there’s someone sat there they are just getting their meal! Several guests had food poisoning including myself from raw chicken on multiple nights! Food is absolutely horrific and if your not there for the opening of the restaurant you literally get what’s left!!! The food trays don’t have labels for what’s in them! So I don’t eat lamb and ended up with lamb on my plate one night! Which is disgusting from a hotel what about People with allergies!!! Breakfast man who cooks pancakes & the grill outside on a night is absolutely amazing! He looked at me like an alien because I said good morning to him the first day! They literally get pointed at or fingers of how many items they want by Russians/ Germans! So he appreciated a conversation like a human I think! And he’s so lovely! His pancakes are amazing too! Best bit about the whole food experience at this hotel! The pool area is filthy nothing like the pictures! Cracked and loose tiles allover so dangerous! Pool bar shouted at my mum for being 3 mins early for the ice cream (3-5pm) she didn’t have a phone on her and it was our first day we wasn’t aware they were only for a certain time of the day! A simple ‘it’s not time yet please come back at 3pm would have been fine! Not shouting at an elderly lady! Then one day 2 ladies took 6 ice creams each, When it was finally our turn to get my 1 year old an ice cream we were told non left! All other items in the hotel are 3 per person! Yet 2 women sat and ate 6 each! They weren’t shouted at? Always too busy with others stood at the bar to serve but he’s coming around now says hello etc I just genuinely think the obscured rude guests have made the staff not give a crap about any guests which isn’t their fault! I wouldn’t be polite if someone didn’t say thank you or ask for something rather than pointing and sticking how many fingers up that they want! Advertises massages but not there! Run down old entrances that could be used to get to the strip/ bars Too many sun beds to the point you can’t walk around the pool area or get a pram around! Signs everywhere saying fines for reserving sun beds but there all reserved with no one at them all day! The cleaners for the rooms are so friendly and lovely! Always say morning and do a fantastic job keeping the hotel clean! So many thanks to them! The entertainment/ animation guy is very nice and friendly but he is let down by the hotel the hotel advertised kids disco daily/ entertainment that doesn’t happen or wrong times! When we asked we were told the board isn’t updated! Not his fault but not very good when you ask reception to ask the manager and we get told to ask the restaurant! Receptionist are too busy on their phones to even bother looking up when your stood waiting! The two bar men inside are brilliant very friendly and nice! The pizza / snack bar guys are amazing! Have a laugh and speak to us like we are humans! The pizza is literally the only food I have been eating! I feel for the nice staff because of the rude guests! Overall I’d say the hotel itself is a 1 maybe a 2 star not a 4*!!! The hotel is very noisy (didn’t bother us as we are quite young(ish)) But anyone older or with young kids the strip goes whilst 6am some days, and through the day you can’t hear yourself think because the pool area is so loud you physically have to shout to have a conversation!! The all inclusive bar closes at 11pm. But at 10pm they turn all the lights off and when we asked for them back on for a partially blind family member to make his way inside we were told no! So a massive health and safety issue and should they fall & hurt themselves I will be perusing legal action! We are still here and making the most of it by eating out for the rest of the trip and doing lots of excursions which makes up for the crap first few days! Will I return here? Not if you paid me to! And if you have any sense please do not come here! Avoid at all costs don’t ruin your holiday! Pictures below: -manky muscles -raw chicken -our first room with a ‘sea view’ apparently this is a sea view a tiny gap and the rest a building! -pool area can’t really tell but your feet are black constantly and the green algae growing around the pool/ floor areas is so slippy! My child fell and banged his head even with non slip shoes! Several other kids fell and hurt themselves! Absolute joke! Faulty towers was run better than this place!

I don't give it 5 points because it is not a luxury hotel, but it has good services, diversified food, good location, excellent beach. A big minus of the hotel is the parking lot and the crowds at the tables. Otherwise all good.

Deeply disappointed 😞 The room was OK,but in 7 days nobody came to clean,to vacuum or to take out the trash not even once.We ran out if toilet paper, and when I asked at the reception for a cleaning team, they said they are busy, and gave me a toilet paper to take to my room. The all inclusive sucked, they served us from behind a plexi glass with such a big enthusiasm, that I never ever would see again. They took our money and gave nothing in return. We'll never go back there again.

We booked a vacantion on Alba and i want to make some personal impresion about the place. First the location is in the middle of the city, 100 M away from the beach(the back door of the garden is opened 8-18,and there is even closer) Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom is also clean and enough space for sower( i am a 202 cm and 126 kg). AC was working very good even it is function that it will stop if the balcoon door is open. Towels are 2 for each member not the best quality but you can use it. Cleaning in the room will be made anytime you will anounce the reception. We booked the all inclusive pachage and there were 3 meals and 2 snaks. Breakfast for 7 days there was the same food but good for a start od the day. Lunch and dinner good food, nothing wow just were is alot of romanians all the best food was very fast taking and most of the time there was not repelaced till the end of the lunch time. Personnel of the hotel, 90% very young, half lf them kind and smile, other half it was like you are there for bagging not that you paid there salaray. Snaks was pizza and some hot dogs. Swimming pool was 2 of them, good for a morniing swimm or for the kids to play. There were not enough sun bads for everybody(you will need to get up early if you want one). Lobby bar was terrible bad. Everything was made from the cheepest products on the market (wine juce, vodca and even beer) the only good thing was the ice and water. We had to buy our own drinks for a glass on the night. For me it was a good experoce quality and price and i can recomad it for people with meddium buddget, like myself, witch are looking for a vacantion in Bulgaria... But for little bit more or better documetantion you can find something better.

a lot of dirt, dust, very old furniture, sad to see that you give money on a 4 STAR hotel and receive conditions of maximum 3, food also very poor, bored staff, missing animators / waste, MAXIMUM 3 stars food only a few dishes 2/3, dirty pool rooms with an old smell in them, I paid to change the room smell, too bad it has potential
