Well here we are again at the Galeon and I thought it couldn’t get better but it has the breakfast menu and layout has changed an d it is 100 times better a perfect start to the day cooked ( runny but not gooey ) eggs. Lean bacon English. Beans 😄 everything you could wish for and more apart from cold milk which we ask for each day and they give no problem. Staff are fab reception very efficient I don’t know why people hid things for later in bags because if you want a piece of fruit it’s not a prob to just take it We have rebooked for next year while we are here We are in room 510 and my only change would be put a hanging rail in bottom wardrobe as top one is beyond reach for anyone ! Fabulous place keep it up

We stayed here for one week in mid July as our first time in Bulgaria. The hotel was clean, modern & the rooms were big (only downside is bed was on the smaller side/ slightly uncomfortable mattress). Breakfast was okay, but lunch and dinner was excellent and one of the best restaurants in the area. Spa facilities were great inc sauna, steam room and indoor pool. Would also highly recommend a back massage at around £20/30 min. Location was excellent if you want to be in between both Sunny Beach/ Nessabar with a mini train service on the doorstep to both. Also good public transport available just across the road. In addition, hotel was right by the beach.

Arrived 27th May, very quiet hardly anyone in the hotel which was nice. Hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, nice staff, only issue with the stay was the breakfast wasn’t great at the start, but got better. The bedroom didn’t have a mirror in, no units in the bathroom to hold toiletries, had to keep them in the bedroom. No shelving in the shower, had to keep shampoos etc on the shower floor.
The spa massage was great, very relaxing.
The gym could be better. No blue roll/tissue in there, had to go to the toilets to get some to clean the equipment.
Beach a few minutes walk, beautiful sand & views.

I have nothing to say about the hotel. However, I would like to say something about the Spa & Beauty that is located in the hotel. This is an outside company that's in the hotel. Been through a really bad experience. For women who want respect during a hammam treatment, please do not use Spa/massages. Guys just come into the room where you're half naked! If you indicate that you don't want to or have trouble with that, they don't care! Not even an apology they can offer (hotel Galleon Residence staff) some fake pumped up manager who can't even speak properly. Forgot to take his name or I would have dropped that sws here. We indicated that this is not possible that this is not appropriate. All they could do is laugh about it! Made drama there. It was not about getting money back but about passing on the message that as a man they cannot just enter a room where women lie without permission. The ones who perform the massages etc. are women, no man has to be there. In hindsight we should have just left but at the moment you think WTF? SPA & BEAUTY worthless

choosed this hotel by other reviews but reality was something totally different, staff attitude is so awful … information about hotel is not available, you have to look and search it by yourself from some papers and folders (normally staff would tell about facilities and terms but don’t expect it in this hotel). I got hit with elevator door two times because it didn’t work properly. Also had to tell and pay extra for cleaning lady that she would wipe the floor because it was dirty…. Other day lady forgot to put new towels and took the old ones (quite unpleasant surprise when you came out of shower). NEVER would recommended to anyone this hotel. I assume any other is better than this one.

A beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, spacious room/apartment and a choice of indoor and outdoor pools to swim in. The breakfast was so varied, something for everyone. Reception staff were lovely, especially Tori who was exceptional; she was so welcoming, friendly, informative and always smiling. We would definitely recommend this hotel, thank you Galeon.

Terrible experience, floor was dirty and too hot temp. at the rooms. When you arrived to breakfast at 9 am, most popular food like eggs and crossants was already eaten and pankcake lines was soo long, had to wait one by one when machine are makeing these. And lastly, staff was really unpleasent.. terrible attitude. Never reccomend to anybody this hotel! We’re really sad that we choosen it.

definitely not a five star hotel. The restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious but i can’t say the same about the hotel, the room was never cleaned, poor staff and the couch was so dirty and was all full of stains. i don’t recommend!

I went on a lads holiday, 6 of us in total , the hotel was gorgeous, reception staff was very nice , one man who was the bell boy and also bar man he was very friendly.
The waiting staff on the other hand was not as friendly.

Room was amazing, had a large balcony overlooking the pool. Situated within walking distance of everything you could want.

The reviews were from guests staying in September. If staying in July, is the pool area much more sunnier and not in the shade until very late in the day? Bit concerned that there will be a scramble each morning for sun loungers in the sunniest location by the pool.

The people who wrote that we are 30 minutes walk far , mean that we are so far from the center of Sunny Beach.
