This hotel is definitely not a 4 star as advertised as the food and some of the decor let’s it down. The sun loungers around the main pool are in need of an upgrade some are broken screws hanging out etc. When we arrived we were met by a hostile young chap Evangelos who was very blunt asked for our documents then walked away to serve another couple. The other staff on reception were very helpful and directed him to serve us. The guy who wore the mask all the time who worked the reception bar and pool bar was worse extremely rude and would often walk away rather than serve you. As I said previously the rooms are spacious, decor in our room was nice and it was cleaned daily. We were very lucky our cleaner Genka was lovely and made towel models for us. Our room was always cleaned to a high standard. The food wasn’t great very repetitive we ate breakfast everyday the lunch was just the same as the evening however we ate out in the evenings as it’s cheap enough to do so. I would highly recommend Morris, The harp and salt and pepper for meals. The mamaris kebab shop which is just round the corner from the hotel is great too tasty kebabs that aren’t greasy and the staff are lovely and friendly. You never need to worry about getting up early to put your towels out it’s very relaxed at the Tiara you could always get a sun lounger which was great. The hotel itself is situated at the bottom end of sunny beach meaning you are away from the lively party side if it however you can walk it in around 20 mins or use the train for 6 lev. I would stay at the Tiara Beach again as it is so central to everywhere however feel management need to take on board what has been said on here and address some of their staff.
Dear 51jog, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your constructive feedback following your recent stay. As far as the food is concerned we are really sorry to learn that our food component did not meet your personal taste but still we believe that we offer a good value for money. Despite your disappointment we would hope to welcome you back to our hotel to convince you of the improvements. the Tiara Beach Team

One of the best stays in Bulgaria we've had so far!
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Exceeded our expectations by far. The all inclusive side was very good - local drinks, but of good quality, good quality cocktails/shots/mixes. The food was of great quality, everyone from our group from little kids to older people always found something they liked during all meals. Close enough to the beach, a 5 minute walk either through the dunes or through a small marketplace. There were small things we didn't like the quality or the timing of cleaning, but it small enough of an inconvenience not to impede us having a great time. The animation team were great, and it was quiet enough at night to have a good rest. A great family place.

    Couldn't recommend enough
Me and my family visited Tiara Beach for 14 days and I honestly can't think of one thing that I would change. The staff were kind, courteous and extremely efficient. The food was as expected, the staple foods were the same every day (chips, pasta, rice) but they switched things up for every meal so there was always something different going on. The salad bar was amazing there was so much to choose from. One of the shining stars of our stay though were the animation team. My nephew had a birthday whilst we were there and they definitely went above and beyond. They decorated the play area and bought him a cake and they even got a couple of the other kids to make him birthday cards. Shoutout to Stefan, Niko, Savi, Agatha, Deco and Vladi. The kids loved the mini disco every night and they always did something for everyone after that had finished. The facilities are great, we made use of the spa and had a Turkish bath and massage and it was super relaxing! The pool is beautiful and the waterslides are seperate from the main pool so you arent constantly being splashed! Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I hope you're ready for us next year because we're coming back with even more people!

Room was great, had a great view of the pool from the balcony which was amazing. Room service every day, new towels, beds made etc. Plenty of sunbeds, never had to fight for a lounger as there were always plenty. Entertainment guys were amazing, always a friendly smile & always interacting with everybody however couldn't say the same for the bar staff and restaurant staff - they were really rude and had no manners whatsoever. Food was horrendous. 9 times out of 10 the food was stone cold - even if you did come down at 6pm when the restaurant opened. Drinks machine was hardly ever working, drinks always flat. Glasses were dirty, and cutlery wasn't clean. On site shop was way overpriced, not quite sure how they get away with charging some of the prices they do. Overall the hotel itself is a lovely hotel however due to the restaurant standards, I wouldn't say it was a 4 star hotel, I'd probably give it a 3 star maximum

This is not a 4 star hotel. Any reviews which say otherwise are a lie. The rooms are dirty. Toilets down at bar/restaurant area are not cleaned. Rooms are not cleaned properly and would not go into pool as looks filthy. Food is terrible. Lack of choice and what food there is, it is not cooked properly or is tasteless. I have no idea why this is being sold as 4 star. Have had to eat out every day as the food is so bad. Never stayed in such a bad hotel. Would say 2 star at best. Avoid at all costs!!

Mariyan and Kristiyan were the two best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of pouring my drinks, give kristiyan a nice bonus for his excellent customer service and get mariyan a contract for his exquisite photography. 5/5 would go again.

The check in was quick, as only a handful of guests arriving ,however the key fob didnt work to get into the room and being on the 6th floor and a lift that took forever it was an unnecessary delay , after a long journey . It hadn't been programmed. I've come across this before not sure why makes me wonder if they changed my room as Room Overlooking park...🙄😏it was a car park of sorts .room had a funny smell like sewage. As a solo female sometimes you get the worst rooms , basement rooms or those that no one wants . Room .good size, clean everything you need , coffee machine, kettle, fridge., toiletries. You need to pay extra for the safe , which I've not had to do in 3 star let alone 4 stars.. Nice touch bottle of water in room. Very much needed on arrival. Pool.large outside with lots of broken sunbeds . Plastic glasses everywhere as no one collecting. Kids pool and water slides . This was where there was a lot of dirty water lying about plus the toilets were dirty , no paper .. Little cafe with salad and drinks. Plus snack bar . Wine awful . Beer ok so stuck to beer. Restaurant food at dinner was plentiful, varied lots of choice . Soups, salad pizza , meat dishes, fish pasta etc Lots of fruit and cakes . The beach is just a short walk with free zones where you can lie down without forking out for sun lounger. I wouldn't say this hotel is on par with 4 star hotels I've stayed in. It's cheap and cheerful, great for families .if you don't mind the all inclusive usual vibe then ok. I give it a try but prefer something less chaotic and please educate the staff to be friendly. The location is ideal . This hotel does need improvement...tweeks could make it a lot better for the solo travellers who are just as important.

I stayed for two weeks with 10 family members, in 4 different rooms. The Hotel was lovely, looks like brand new. Everything was clean but the toilets inside blocked frequently and people were still using them without flushing so it was a bit messy one night. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. I lost my hoodie at one point and asked reception if they had a lost property. The woman at the reception was really annoyed, speaking in Bulgarian and pointing to me obviously annoyed that I had asked for help as she had to get another member of staff who spoke English. Indoor bar staff were amazing, knew our drink order after just a few days so didn’t even have to ask. The pool bar staff were quite rude and just ignored us even when the bar was empty. The cleaning staff were lovely but my room got missed twice over a two week stay. All I asked for was clean towels and a change of bedding on day 7. Told them not to bother making the bed daily as I just used a thin blanket so didn’t really see the point. One day I had to go down to reception and ask for more towels, they said they would send a cleaner but I had to go back after waiting almost 5 hours. Family members on another floor had an amazing cleaner who would fold the towels into animals for my nephew which is quite nice as the hotel is huge so they’re really busy. I’m assuming because I had a room to myself and was relaxed about them cleaning the full room every day they just skipped me when they were busy. The food was quite nice. Lots of options and fresh fruit/vegetables at every meal so there was always something to eat. The staff at the snack bar never smiled. One afternoon I went in to get some chips and the man snatched the tongs off me and slammed them down on the plate. I wasn’t sure what I had done wrong and he never spoke to me so it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall a lovely hotel, just don’t let the few rude staff ruin your day. I don’t tend to go back to the same country/city twice as I prefer to go somewhere new but if I ever went back to Bulgaria this is the hotel I would stay at.

I am stopping here as we speak and I want to start with the negatives The pool is absolutely disgusting. You can see greasy film lying on top of the water. This is not cleaned daily. There All Inclusive drinks are poor only limited drinks and Vodka taste like petrol. Cutlery and plates in the restaurant are dirty Lack of staff ensuring tables are clean for others to sit at. Pool bar plastic glasses are filthy. However the rooms are great. The This is one of the worst all inclusive hotels I have experienced.

Had a friendly welcome when we arrived, bearing in mind we arrived about 11 at night. General cleanliness was spot on, main bar opened at 8am -midnight. Pool bar 10am -midnight. We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the front of the hotel. We were right next to one of the lifts on the 3rd floor and heard very little on the evening, which wasn't expected, being in such proximity of the lift. Bedroom had sufficient storage space tv, air con was a blessing and worked great, nice walk in shower, when you can get the right temp as it fluctuated so much. Lovely pool and ample sunbeds available each and every day. There are clear instructions to not reserve sunbeds til 10am and the lifeguard did remove towels, but this wasn't always done. Splash pool and slides were great and the kids loved it, but i did find it strange they were shut between 2 and 4. Food was nice, very repetitive as many all inclusives but was well cooked and lots of variety, kids choices weren't particularly great but always had a bit on for them. Did have to wait a couple of mornings for milk and orange juice to come out. Choices of cereal in a morning were the same cornflakes, choc cornflakes, oats and choc balls. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, Tom's, beans and a fried type bread sometimes with salami on sometimes plain. Mini pancakes every day freshly made. Omelettes were made to order. And your traditional pastries and various breads / rolls Plenty of salad for lunch and evening meal, pasta was available every day and fresh meat was cooked on a griddle, they did various joints of meat in a evening and always melted in the mouth. Desserts were much and much the same everyday. Drinks had variety all locally made spirits, beer was nice and plenty of soft drinks available. Mocktails for children and a choice of 14 cocktails. Snack bar was open between half 2 and half 5 I think. This was situated by the slides away from the main pool and bar area. This had hot dogs, chips, salad, cakes, pizza and waffles available. Ice creams were always available at the pool bar for children and adults alike to help themselves. Entertainment was quite a let down, don't know if they were exhausted from a busy summer or just not properly trained. They did a mini disco each night for the kids but the adult entertainment wasn't too good if I'm honest. Only a few activities in the day, and they were on repeat. Site itself has a spa, gym, doctor, tattooist, hairdresser, nail tech and shop, the shop was a little expensive but was convenient but plenty of 'supermarkets' available close by. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels frequently changed, there were a few occasions that they ask you to leave towels on the floor if you want them changing and we didn't do it but they changed them anyway. Beach is a short walk away but be prepared the sand was very hot to walk on barefoot. Big let down and this had nothing to do with the hotel was some of the clientelle, unfortunately there were so many rude customers and this started to get on my nerves a bit. And it wasn't the Brits which even I was surprised about. Overall a solid holiday, with plenty outside of the hotel to do aswell as a small amount inside. Would consider going back again, not in a hurry but never say never.

Went for a week on 31st August and I have to say it's the best all inclusive hotel I've ever stayed in. I took my 14 month old. From arriving, the staff were fantastic, they helped us off the bus with our luggage and took it to our room. The food was outstanding, there was plenty of choice and it was constantly replenished. There wasn't too much English choices so don't expect the typical beige buffet. Food was fresh local dishes and they were delicious. Huge salad selection and dessert selection. There was ice creams available all day, and snacks at the snack bar which was meats on the grill, salads and waffles ect. I really can't fault the food at all it's the best I've ever had at an all inclusive. The rooms were fantastic, exactly as pictured and the house keeping team were simply wonderful and left amazing towel animals on the bed every day! The facilities were great, lovely pools, plenty of sun beds and great areas for kids; park, water slides, kids soft play area, good indoor area with TV when the weather isn't great. The animation team worked tirelessly to provide activities to entertain people all day and night. The location was fabulous, 2 minutes to the beach and a lovely walk to the main area of the resort. Close to the bus stop to excursions. Much quieter for families than the hustle and bustle of the other end of the resort. Lots to do around the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again it is a fantastic hotel, the staff should be so proud to have such an amazing team!

This was our 2nd visit to Tiara Beach & we were not disappointed. Nico & some of the bar staff remembered us from last year 🤣. Kids (& hubby) loved the daily games & evening 1s too with Nico, Stefan & the animation team. Food can be a little repetitive but always plenty to choose from. The dining area had been upgraded & lots of seating inside & out. More umbrellas have been added to the pool area which is always a winner. A trip to Michael's Eco bar in nessebar is a must!! Lovely family friendly hotel & met loads of lovely new friends See you all next year 😎😊
