I was nicely surprised very helpful staff big room comfortable bed nice bathroom all working properly tv with English news and films. Super tasty fresh meals few offers to choose. Rice with vegetables and grilled vegetables first class. Also bread cheese ham and very good strong black coffee. Delicious drinks. Garden decorated with roses some trees provide shadow with Little wind. Only cold water in the swimming pool. Beach 10min walk the central entrance nice yellow sand warm sea. Sun bed to be paid 10 lewa sth like 5 euro. Also wi fi to be paid in hotel. Very good place for evening walking close to the main street with pubs playing music and hotel open 24h. Also very safe place to keep your personal things. Also not too expensive Just affordable. Reception understands some English and quite a bit of Polish.…

DO NOT ENTER THIS HOTEL! I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was the biggest mistake I ever done in my life!As soon as we entered the hotel the reception lady’s where so rude the food was more that disgusting everyday the food was the same they had this kebab for 6 days and they where still carrying on with the kebab the cucumbers where dry even though u I have put oil and salt food was really disgusting it was giving the whole family bad diarrhoea and bellyaches all of the staff member was just looking round if people was eating all of the food they got and one of the lady’s said that we have to eat all of our food we can through it but she said it in a really rude way the rooms are terrible more that terrible there is pictures of the room I stayed in and it was really not clean the bathroom was more that disgusting and on the windows in the bathroom there was hair it was really disgusting the room was really small and the bed covers where really dirty there is a picture there was a cleaning lady that was really helpful and really kind that was cleaning does stairs but there was 3 more cleaning lady’s that where so rude she said u can walk trough the stairs u can walk don’t wait for the lift and I said that I will wait for it if I want to and she started to be even more rude and she said to me what room number are u and I told her and she said I will come to your room and talk with the person who in there and after the. Other women said that we where behaving like that bc we are from Sofia which was very rude I paid 15 lv for the stupid WiFi they have and I didn’t work I got the voucher and it wasn’t working so I went down stairs to ask what is happening and the reception lady told me to calm down and snatched my phone then she said that I have problems with the WiFi because I got an iPhone which was really weird the bar stinks so bad all because they don’t clean it well bc when they mix all of the drinks they don’t wipe it they just don’t care about it and it gets worse and worse the guy that was there he was a bit old he was so rude to everyone there was a guy behind me and he didn’t understand Bulgarian and he asked for 5 vodkas and he said in Bulgarian (Аре бе да ти ебат маиката) if h asked him for ice he would put it with he’s hands it was really disgusting the swimming pool was clean the lifeguard was cleaning it every night but there was a lot of sand in the swimming pool all because u could not see there was a batroom next to the trees and u can’t see it and everyone was just going with sand on their feet the children swimming pool was really cold it was colder than the big pool do not go there is unsafe for u and your family I would never ever visit this hotel again ! If we can talk about the prise is okay but it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel I would give it a 2 star hotel ! I hope this was helpful!…

🤬 avoid !!! This is the hotel from hell worst place I have ever stayed absolute joke the rooms were dirty mouldy ceiling blood on bed aircon didnt work fridge didnt work food was inedible drinks were awful had to check in too another hotel ! Don't go !!!!

Liked · The only advantage was that it was close to the beach and the pool itself seemed clean. Disliked · AVOID THIS 'HOTEL' AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!! I have stayed in hotels and motels in South Africa, USA, Canada and Romania. This is the absolute worst I've EVER encountered. Where to begin!? Here's my LIST since this is NOT a 4 star hotel by FAR! I stayed in 2 star villas in Romania that were way better and cleaner. - Unfriendly staff - We had 4 rooms. 2 of which were situated on the first level (rooms 265 and 267) directly above the garbage collection area!!! We could not spend any time on our TINY balcony or leave the door open because our whole room STANK of trash. When I complained, we were asked to come back the next morning at 10am. We returned at 09:30 and were told to come back at 11:00. We were met with such arrogance! People who came AFTER us got rooms facing the pool and we got the trash!!! Why? Because we are from Romania? Only after threatening to leave (all 4 rooms) and demand our remaining money back did they jump into action and they moved us. But it took a HUGE fight to get this done. Beware of the room they put you in!!! - Dirty rooms with lots of things broken (bubble gum in the carpet, broken TV, broken, damaged doors etc....see photos) - Food was not great. They served the identical salad bar for every meal of our entire stay and the other dishes were also pretty much the same each day. - There was a strong STINK around the pool bar. - The cocktails SUCKED! A few ice cubes, some syrup and a splash of alcohol - that's NOT a cocktail. - The local alcohol served makes you ill - we decided to buy our own rather since many of us got sick and we did NOT drink to get drunk. - There were at least 3 bar tenders at the pool bar. The ONE old guy who couldn't speak English and should have retired by now (in my opinion) is SO disgusting! He sticks his fingers INSIDE the glasses and used his BARE HANDS to fill cups with ice!!!!…

I read only negative comments related to this hotel, but I bought the vacation for the very low price (5 nights all inclusive, 210 eur). Honestly, I have been to much more praised hotels, and the services were poor. The rooms here are clean (they really need to be renovated), the food is not so diverse, but you have a lot to choose from. Quiet location, close to the center of the resort and the beach. At this price, I would come back.

Please if you’ve booked this hotel please change before you get out there, the beds are urine stained and are mattress on the floor, the food is in edible, and you get 3 choices of meal pig soup sausages or pig stew all cod and cold chips 3 desert selection which was 3 cakes dripping in a syrup,bar closes at 9pm and didn’t open till 11am only bar is outside which is the pool bar only got the 1 drink which was meant to be a sprit was soda water, no snacks available through the day , advertised a gym sauna mini market payable water park which they had none this is meant to be a 4* hotel I’ve staying in better caravans than this hotel the staff are so rude they say it’s not their problem I had to stay 2 days till I could sort myself and 2 children a different hotel costing myself £600 as I refused to stay In it a second longer, nobody’s willing to help when your there and you spend most your holiday complaining and trying to get moved just cancel now and book somewhere else if you want a nice holiday as this hotel will leave you feeling very let down…

Staff serving food well below the required temperature causing us both to have upset tummies. Food poorly cooked and displayed - most days same food. Despite paying for all inclusive had to source food and drink else where. Staff clearly not observing basic hygiene rules as a constant stream of staff leave the restaurant during service to stand at a door for a smoke before returning to the restaurant to continue with their duties. Not as advertised, there is no lobby bar in use only a crappy pool bar all drinks served in plastic beakers and it closes at 9 p.m not 10 as advertised. No snacks of pizza, hot dogs or hamburgers despite being advertised. facilities very basic and very dated. on two mornings cleaners and maintenance staff walked in despite door being locked with a key in at 7a.m whilst we were still in bed - no apologies offered and only left after my shouting for them to get out. Most days no hot water for washing or showers. Complaints are not acted on and are dismissed rudely. sun beds are mostly broken and water treatment for the pool was a staff member pouring what looked like salt from a bucket down one side of the pool. I have stayed in better hostels and would not recommend this place to anyone.…

Hotel js basic. Old fashioned rooms but clean. Beds too low. Most staff helpful including manager. Pool is decent. Location handy for everything. We had a great holiday and this was an ok base. Food was fine... You wouldnt starve. We got a really good deal so cant really complain.

Staff rude , shower door fell off . They fixed it and it fell off again . Moved rooms . Staff refused to get a tea bag during meal times . Sheets on bed all ripped, plates cups chippy and cracked . Food let out at room temperature, pork and chicken ,served cold then left . Not just us complaining everyone we have met so far . Have emailed Luv holidays who rated this as four star . It mist definitely not . Staff wearing no uniform own jeans and sweatshirts . Tables in dinning room all stained ,never changed . Will supply photos .

Absolute terrible would never stay here again. Staff Were so rude and ignorant food was same nearly every day. Beds were sh**. The biggest disappointment was that there was no entertainment the hotel next door had entertainment For kids and music every day. Yavor palace is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in.
