Having visited here in August I can say that I will never be back. What was supposed to be a 4 star all inclusive hotel was far from it! It shouldn’t even be given a one star and should be shut down. Having my 2 kids with me were only allowed ice cream at a certain time and only for 1 hour! All inclusive drinks? What was that! only allowed beer or wine during the day and allowed spirits at night however both bars closed for 1 hour at the same time every night for staff to have their breaks. Food was disgusting wouldn’t have fed it to my dog! After paying for all inclusive we had to eat out all the time! Now on to the rooms! We paid for pool view! We ended up with a view of the road and a tennis pitch! Rooms were dated, dirty and the mattress my kids had to sleep on was mouldy! Only picture we could get was the man putting it in the back of his car trying to hide the evidence. And lucky we didn’t get injured as a metal bar was pocking out from the chair! Mid week of our not so great holiday around 7 o’clock in the morning while my kids and I were sleeping we had a bang at the door to whom we opened to a angry disrespectful ignorant manageress telling us to leave or the police would come! This was due to a complaint we made to the booking company about the upgraded rooms we were supposed to get but didn’t! My kids were crying and she was laughing at them. Never met a women so disrespectful in my life. We packed our stuff and was left sitting in reception with nowhere to go! No one to help! And cut our “all inclusive bands” off which meant we sat for 2 hours and weren’t allowed a drink of water. We eventually found another hotel to stay in for a couple of night which cost a small fortune. So I would take my advice on this avoid at all costs! Dump!

We were given 15 minutes to get out hotel or the ignorant manageress was calling police. We had complained to super escapes with valid issues because we done this myself, husband, son daughter in law and 2 grandchildren were chapped out of bed and told to leave. Children ( 4 & 6 ) were crying the manageress said oh so they like hotel now. Food was disgusting. Bed disgusting, staff rude apart from 1 girl on bar. No cutlery or glasses. All inclusive this wasn't, 4 star I would rate -5. I have so much I could say.
