Check in was fast and we had a sandwich, apple and a bottle of water in the room for us which was a very pleasant surprise, the beds are really nice and comfortable air con works fine.
The rooms was very large and bright but dark when the curtains closed, our room over looked the pool with a sea view between the hotels opposite.
This has the be the best hotel we have stayed in since 1984. The hotel is spotless and constantly being cleaned.
The food is of an exceptional standard and plentiful the drinks are nice also.
The staff are so very friendly and I can’t understand why people are complaining about them we were always greeted with a smile.
The one down side is the communal toilets please change them.
The hotel supply’s beach beds with sunshades, head out from the Pool to the hotel opposite go to the left around the hotel the path will take you to the beach turn left when you get to the beach for about 100 meters till you see the dark red sun beds the you will see the marvel beds.
The hotel charges 7 lev a day for the safe next to reception and they also have a luggage room when checking out.
The maids clean the room every day but we didn’t see the need to give them so much work that we only asked for them to clean 3 times in 8 days.
We look forward to visiting again soon.

The Hotel has recently been refurbished this year, so overall very good condition,but the Lifts were interesting as they did not like taking 4 people in them and would close the doors on you as you tried to enter, I myself had this happen,and hurt my hand. Our room was very well decorated and the aircon worked well, the room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels,but they did not supply a beach towel! The Food was OK lots of choice but could of been served at a higher temperature as it was Luke warm by the time you found a table and sat down! The waiting Staff were very young and a bit inexperienced but overall did their job well. The Pool was very nice and refreshing, on hot days, The Hotel did have its own section of beach to use with sunlounger and it's own life guard.

What a great hotel .this is my first time in Bulgaria so I can't judge this hotel against others or hotels in Egypt that I do ever January to get out of the cold English winter. So this is my opinion wow fantastic clean room everything spotless cleaned ever day I was in room 714 no pool view but great inland views and little noise so got good sleep comfy bed and crisp sheets the smell of new carpets and deco well done. My shower was cold on a few occasions and the toilet was topping up ever few minutes. Asked at reception sorted out in the hour. I Don't know if mini bar and drinking water is given to guests in other hotels in Bulgaria ? But nothing in the fridge and no bottled water in room. I took my roll up water bottled and ask at the bar to fill up a few times a day not a problem. And thers no pool towels available you have to take your own. And could do with more security around the pool area as anyone can walk in to the area no gates or fence to stop them. Let's get on to the restaurant 10 out of 10 I love my food staff are great. and very tasty food always plenty of choice always 4 to 5 meat and fish dishes vegetables pasta pizza salads cold meat cheese and lovely breads. great breakfast ever morning lots of choice and lovely coffee and cold drinks. And puddings always a good selection and fruit ever meal time. Drinks at the bars are great good choice of alcohol drinks soft drinks and lovely icecream 🍦 12 to 5pm ever day 😋 all-inclusive worth ever penny. What a great hotel I had a great time met plenty of lovely people and staff where great this is my opinion. Hope it helps others in choosing the Marvel hotel. When we arrived here the coach dropped us off at the front of the Hotel, we were welcomed on arrival by a lovely man on Reception, we were given room 631 fab room looking out on the pool and partial see views, the rooms are very spacious with a 6ft bed, a big bathroom and walk in shower, plenty of hanging space with drawers, and a fridge. Good sized balcony. The hotel has 3 regular lifts and glass lift. We stayed all inclusive. Breakfast there was a good choice of cooked and continental, cereals, breads, 4 coffee machines and juice, this was served from 7;30am -10am. Late Breakfast was 10-10;30am. Lunch was 12 -14;30pm which was served in the main restaurant, again a good choice, Hot & Cold snacks 12 - 5pm we only had the Pizza & salad But they also was serving ice cream, fruit and cakes. Evening dinner was 18;00pm till 21;00pm good choice of themed nights, lots of meat dishes, If you are Vegetarian or Vegan you may struggle. My only gripe with the food is it could be a lot hotter, Local drinks were served 11am till 23;00pm certain cocktails, larger, local spirits red and white wine. The pool was big with swim up bar we didn't go in as it was to cold, we spent most days at the beach in the warm sea. There are plenty of sunbeds too. Also there's a Lobby bar. The Marvel hotel is very modern beautifully clean, there was a lady always cleaning reception every day from morning till night, the hotel is spacious.

This hotel has got to be the cleanest hotel ever.The staff all work so hard to make your stay perfect. The rooms are very big and have a tv,kettle, fridge and hairdryer.The shower is so powerful with shampoo and soap included.The cleaners are in everyday changing towels and keeping the room tidy. The food was all very tasty and something for all but like others have said it was only luke warm which let it down.There is a microwave on hand if you could be bothered to use it.We could get as much or as little to drink at the bar as we wanted and the bar staff were always friendly. There was no rush for a sunbed around the pool area no matter what time you went.The entertainment boys are proper nuts in a nice way lol. The smoking is a big issue outside when your trying to eat a meal maybe that could get looked into. Would i stay here again?you bet i would. Thanks for a fantastic first time in Sunny Beach.

Would not recommend for either family or couples. On the pictures it looks nice and cozy but the first thing you meet when coming to the hotel are staff who won’t even look at you nor will they talk to you. And except a lot of pointing and sign language because they can’t even speak basic English. Room: standard is ok, toilet is loose Elevator: The elevators are sketchy, making noise, doors struggling to open and out of service very often. Cleaning: The only thing they do is make your bed and empty your trash. The whole stay they haven’t changed or bedsheets and haven’t done anything else except changing towels, which they also messed up by giving us 1 large towel for showering, and 3 small towels. Food: The food is not anything to brag about, spent the whole week there with all inclusive, the only meal I eat there was the breakfast which I also found hair in multiple times. The bar also only offers you 5 drinks that is included in the all inclusive, if you have something else you will have to pay. Me and my partner (early 30's) have stayed at this hotel twice before so we were exciting to come back after it had been refurbished.
The rooms are lovely, well decorated and cleaned to a good standard on a regular basis. However our air con did not work very well at all and our room sat at 26 degrees for the entire trip. I went down to the reception 3 times until a man came up to the room to test it and said it was not good. I then went down again to reception and they did noting about it which in July heat made the stay unpleasant. We also heard other guests complain at the desk about this issue.
The staff are some of the rudest people i have ever came across in my life both at the reception and at the bars. They will roll their eyes at you, slam cups or just ignore you if they feel like it. You feel more like a burden to the hotel than a guest. It makes you actually feel uncomfortable walking around it.
Breakfast is really good and i enjoyed the fresh eggs made in front of you and the pancakes. The snack bar is excellent especially the homemade pizza. Lunch and Dinner were just as you'd fine at any all all inclusive. All the drinks are super sweet soft drinks, spirits and cocktails. The wine is VILE.
BEWARE if you do not have a towel on a sun lounger before 9am you aren't getting one. They should have a rule on this as i saw people down at 5am reserving sunbeds and by breakfast time most are taking other than the odd one.
Pool bar is always busy and understaffed and the swim up bar is unpleasant to sit at as people are smoking in the pool and you are just looking at the rubbish from the actual bar.
Overall was very disappointed in my stay. I have always praised this hotel but would now with such a unpleasant experience i would not return... ever.

Horrendous hotel. Miserable staff. Location was great. Entertainment embarrassing. Room nice decor in the room. Spacious. Property has an issue with the main feeds to the bathroom if you’re staying in 638 good luck. The hotel staff rectified the problem by putting towels down around the toilet in the bathroom. Laughable. The leak is in the service duct. And I’d post the video of it if I could. I told the reception staff. Nothing happened . Just towels on the floor. And now they’re emailing me saying it’s condensation around the cistern of the toilet. I’m a commercial mechanical plumbing and heating engineer. The fact they’ve lied to me through email is horrendous. And now they’re not responding once I’d sent them the evidence.
I’d avoid coming to this hotel if you’re English . You’re simply not welcome. Good luck to future guests. You’ll need it !! 😂😂😂

Where do you start with this place the room and the view was nice but apart from it went down hill rapidly. The only reason we booked this hotel was it said it had a gym. There’s a few dumbbells a bench and a treadmill that’s it. The staff only 2 members of staff smiled at us the whole two weeks we were there. The bar manager was really rude. 6 days after our arrival he showed up to work with a black eye which am not shocked given his attitude towards people. The 3 lifts that you use to get up and down to your room are shockingly slow. The one on the left sounds like a death trap. If you speak English be prepared to do a lot of pointing and hand gestures. The only up side of this place is the cleaners are very good. The food is always cold and if you eat it keep yourself close to a toilet at all times. Don’t go all inclusive there’s far better restaurants along the beach. The fixings in the toilet aren’t screwed on they’re glued on so they all came off the walls. The entertainment for the kids is the same every single day. The night time entertainment is the same every week. And there’s no music played by the poll so bring a speaker with you. We will not be returning to this hotel again. Am on my second day home my stomach is still recovering. Also hotel fool of drunken idiots I’ve a video of people climbing over balconies told staff but they didn’t care I’ll attach a picture as proof.

Good Points : The rooms are spacious , the beds very comfy and the shower is powerful. There is also a kettle , a fridge and a hair dryer in the room and ample plug sockets. The food is mostly ok and there is always a good choice every mealtime. Short walk to the beach and there are designated area with Marvel parasols on where you can go for free.
Not so good points : The curtains are not blackout so the morning sun comes through waking you up at 5am, the pool is very cold and there is no slide or water fountain etc. The drinks are served in plastic glasses by the surliest staff with the exception of Sofia. Tatiana in particular was slow, rude and got drinks wrong nearly all the time. The pool area is very crowded aswell and there is a lot of cigarette smoke in the outside patio area and also in the adjoining pub 'The Crown' . The lifts are clunky and can take ages.
Bad points : Dreadful tasting coffee and tea , 'hot' water in the drinks machine was always lukewarm. The beer wasn't great and the cocktails were all sweet and sticky.( in a plastic glass) The evening entertainment was crap and laughable with dancers who couldn't dance in time with each other and the fire show went wrong. The daytime entertainers tried their best but Jenga and Darts is a bit basic. Also the 'rent' per hour after checkout to keep your room on is very expensive.
