Very pleasant stay, pool can be accessed by disabled people, close to the beach, rooms are big, staff is very nice from reception desk to workers(waiters) and managers, very clean and good room hygiene - all taken care of, towels changee every day, they even washed clothes from my father as a service, free parking, close to a sea promenade evening walk, close to the centre, food is good (good chief), probably the best location in Sunny Beach (everything is close by - amenities and atm/restaurants, souvenir shops, theme parks etc.), All inclusive service was till 00:00, a lot of drink options. We enjoyed a lot there from 12.7.2021 till 22.7.2021. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, magnificent. Sunny beach is lively, good for a walk, restaurants worked till 1:00 and discos 24/7 or till 7am, .. amazing, in the time of covid there were no masks anywhere, super vacation for this year and further. WE WILL return definetly some day. Greetings from Ljubljana, Danijel.

We spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and it was time well spent. This hotel is fantastic and spotlessly clean (they were even cleaning the pool area at 10pm). The rooms and bathrooms are lovely and the location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed our breakfasts and our gin fizzes while lazing by the pool. It was everything a holiday should be and we would definitely go back and stay at this hotel. Overall we couldn't fault it and have no complaints whatsoever.

There is nothing more to add to the excellent reviews.just make sure and check if you book with Balkan how much extra it will cost you if you want a pool view.A lot of angry punters when they found out they were not getting a pool view.i would have no problem returning to this hotel

We upgraded to a pool/sea view on arrival, well worth a little extra, like £3 a day. The view is outstanding. The rooms were exactly as described, and cleaned to a high standard. All staff were helpful and friendly, really seemed to care about your experience. I just had breakfast here, standard you would expect from a hotel in the UK. No extra hidden charges, the loungers for example are free to use, and all charged services are priced fairly and clearly. Free WiFi is available, accessible from my room on the 3rd floor, although obviously this can be in heavy usage, so don't expect connection like home, but works fine to browse and Facebook Etc. location is across from a very good restaurant, KC Anderson, and a shop that I think is 24hr. You are less than 60secs walk from the beach here, and right in the heart of what I think is the safest part of Sunny Beach, close enough to the action to get there quickly, but situated so that it doesn't interfere with a quiet/early night if you want one. You have to visit the hotels' Panorama bar at least once to check out an amazing view of Sunny Beach. I was very satisfied by the hotel, and its team, who keep a close eye on the hotels' security. I will definitely be rebooking this hotel, as I don't think you'll find better. If you want a comment on Bulgaria as a country, you won't find a more welcoming, friendly country, with a climate perfect for both sun worshipers, day-trippers, or those a little wary of humidity. Perfect climate, and almost no flying bugs to bother you! Book this hotel now!

We visited Jeravi Hotel at the end of August and had a fabulous time. Everything about the hotel was excellent. We would definitely visit there again and recommend anyone reading this goes too.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating and treated us very well.

We had a pool view room, which had been up-graded to a family room. This was amazing as it was just the two of us travelling and we had a massive room with two bathrooms (his and hers) :) The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels if we wanted them.

We stayed half board there. However, they let us have the choice between lunch or dinner, so we alternated between the two. The food was 5*. We were given a three course meal, which was excellent quality. The restaurant staff were really friendly and professional. Also, despite departing the hotel at 3am for our return journey, a pre-packed breakfast/lunch was handed to us at reception - brilliant!

The pool area was lovely and had plenty of room for all the guests. It was clean and tidy and presented to a high standard, with the staff maintaining the area regularly.

Our only suggestion would be to make better use of the Panorama bar at the top of the hotel. This has great potential, but wasn't in keeping with the success of the rest of the hotel. For example, we visited once and there wasn't much atmosphere because it was practically empty, despite the facilities and decor being great. Maybe some really good drinks promotions and reps could meet their guests up there to help show it off?

We look forward to visiting again and thank Jeravi Hotel staff for an excellent time and hope your success continues.

Returned 4 days ago from the Jeravi and having read all the positive reviews about the hotel on Trip Advisor prior to booking, we were very impressed with the choice. The hotel is spotless throughout and the rooms are immaculate, with towels changed on a daily basis. We had a pool view (absolute must) and stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. There is a good selection of food and more than enough to suit everybody. I can confirm that the tea bags are very weak so take your own and other tea making facilities such as a kettle. Free air conditioning and fridge are standard in the room, but you have to pay for the security safe which was 35 Levs (approx £16) for the week.
There is a pool side bar that also offers lunchtime meals which were reasonably priced but could be found cheaper in other areas of the resort. There are plenty of sun beds to accommodate everybody (unless there were fewer guests in the hotel due to being near the end of the season) and conveniently situated near the beach. Good sized pool with new decking surrounding it. There is no entertainment and the hotel bar shuts at 10pm.
The hotel is ideally located and there is plenty to see and do, though it is very easy to get lost in the resort. McDonald's was situated near the hotel so we made this our landmark whenever we lost our bearings. Plenty of eateries, our favourites were the KC Anderson bar, The Steakhouse Bar, and the Lotus Bar.
A nice little gesture from the hotel is a packed lunch for the "silly o'clock flights" (our pickup was 4 am). Overall a fabulous hotel that offers good value for money and fully justifies its 4 star rating. Well done Jeravi.

Lovely hotel. Close to the beach and local for most activities. Easy to get the bus to places, great local places to eat. Hotel fine for breakfast but wouldn't eat dinner there. Pool lovely, and pool side bar very convienant and plenty of happy hour drinks! Don't be put off by the closeness of the late night venues(!) Doesn't affect the hotel or your holiday. Would definatly recommend

We arrived at this hotel on (9 sept - 23 sept 2012). when we arrived a porter took our suitcases into the hotel then to our room.(209).

We asked for a safe it cost 60 lev for 2 weeks. it was in your room and the porter showed us how to use it.

The room was nice and big. We had a seaview and also a poolview with a balancy. The room had a flatscreen tv with some english channels. Free wi-fi also in the room. There was a free bottle of red wine for us.

There is also a free internet room near the reception with computer to use..
5th floor there was a bar and free games rooms(pool, darts, cards, etc).

The pool was great also there was alway free sunbeds. We was given a free pool towel also.
Breakfast was basic but good. I had tea and toast most mornings. there was something for everyone(i liked the eggy bread).

It was my daughters 21st birthday while we was there. I emailed the hotel before we went and on her birthday a member of staff brought a birthday cake(with candles) to our room and sang happy birthday to her. She also got a birhtday card from them to.

On the day we left(04.40) we was give a snack box for our trip.

I have only one fault it was the lifts. They was very small.

I loved this hotel and would go back again. All the staff was happy and friendly. The maid even made swans and left on the bed. What a great time we had. Thank you.

I asked before we left if they were going through balkan or any travel agent they said no. I'm guessing the hotel is only available to book with directly.
