Me and my arrived on 16 September 2022, we paid just under £700 for 7 nights all inclusive. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach and centrally in Sunny Beach. The room that we were allocated was spacious with a kitchenette, sofa and coffee table. It was clean and comfy with the towels change every day and the bedding every other day. The food was really nice with a good selection of Bulgarian dishes. We enjoyed trying these since this was our first time in Bulgaria (when in Rome......) However, there was also plenty of other dishes to suit most tastes, chips, piza, hot dogs sausages etc. The staff were friendly and helpful however, most only spoke very limited English. There was no entertainment at the hotel since the resort season was coming towards its end. However, this was made up for by the hotels large main pool with 3 water slides and there was always a lifeguard on duty . There was also a children.s pool with a slide and a further small pool in a secluded area. This hotel is well worth a visit for the price and we will certainly be going back.

Room was the small side but was clean. The beds are particularly firm but that is how I like them and the TVs are dated but towels were changed every day, sheets changed at least twice during the week and the room had a few chairs and decent size balcony and the shower was great. The pool area was good, clean and decent size with the added bonus of slides and plenty of life guards around who were present to talk to. There was also a smaller pool around the bag of the hotel that was extremely quiet and we had to ourselves most days. We only stayed b&b and the breakfast was good, talking to other guests the reviews of the food were mixed and it is definitely worth remembering that this isn’t the uk and therefore don’t expect uk food. We had no issues with the staff, they were all pleasant and spoke or smiled when when we created them. And they never stopped working. All in all a very enjoyable holiday, especially considering the price we paid. Would definitely return

I was here solo pre covid and enjoyed my stay but came again last week arrived by 1.30pm took case's up got changed and downstairs for food. I'm not really a fussy eater but food this time was lovely the food was hot enough for me but chips got cold quick really enjoyed the food ate alot of chicken. The cakes were really nice too salads were gorgeous. Soup was cold 1 day but every other time was piping hot. Can't say I had alot to do with the bar or restaurant think they found my accent hard to understand. Only downside no diet pop. I would definitely book again here for what I paid for all inclusive I couldn't complain. Always plenty of sunbeds

Where to start , pulled up at the hotel and instantly felt underwhelmed, the building looked dated and dingy. Walked in to be greeted by the most miserable woman on the desk who just grunted slapped our bands on and pointed towards a lift , we got to the corridor of our room and couldn’t see a thing it was that dark eventually got to our room and the smell was the 1st thing to greet us , the room was so dated , the bed were rock hard there was a portable to from the 80,s and a manky sofa bed , the bathroom was a slip hazzard no bath mats and the shower sprayed everywhere when turned on . Moving on to the food , it was disgusting , always cold and always the same thing day in day out , the only thing remotely English were the fries and the staff in the the resteraunt were miserable most of them didn’t know a word of English apart from maybe 2 of the staff the rest were ignorant and rude , I got speaking to a few other guests throughout the week and every one of them said they wish they’d never came , I would have liked to have wrote something positive on this review but I really can’t think of anything , I would seriously avoid like the plague

I've been to a lot of cheap and cheerful hotels and this was definitely one of the best in a lot of ways but a couple of things let it down. Pro's: -Big main pool with great slides, a shaded kids pool and a very small quiet pool out the way with just a few loungers. - nice and clean -majority of the staff are friendly and helpful if you're friendly with them. (minus one bar guy who barely spares a word for you no matter how nice you were and was borderline rude) -the suite room is great with the little settee area and kitchenette and I'd highly recommend one of them instead of a standard double as they're really small and the bigger rooms don't cost too much extra. Well worth it. (we got one of each room for 3 travellers) Cons; Food was very samey and sometimes cold. I'm a vegetarian and I was with two meat eaters and the first few days there the food was good, we all found something we enjoyed, the last few weren't so good. We lived off chips, garlic potatoes (the best thing they had to offer) and cake (which was really nice but you had to be quick or it was slim pickings). A lot of the time the food was very German oriented since the majority of their guests were German. -no entertainment at night. We weren't really drinkers so we didn't sit out since there was nothing to do but drink and this will likely be a plus for most but the alcoholic drinks were extremely strong, they're very generous with the spirits. Also nothing to do with the hotel but a lot of local men in that area are similar to the bar guy mentioned above. Rude and barely tolerate you, we avoided the shops with men after a while. The women were all really nice though. All in all we had a great time there and just made the most of it, it's right near the huge beach (the sea was pretty rough when went so we got slapped around by the waves a bit and had a laugh), tons of shops nearby and fair rides (which were kinda pricey). I wouldn't say the hotel is really a 4 star but it's also not 3 star quality. We've been to a lot of 3* and they were a lot worse than this but the food quality was about the same.

Stayed here for a week the end of August. Having read the previous reviews I was a bit apprehensive . Luckily I can safely say we had none of the problems other people had had. We stayed in the smaller block in two three bedroom apartments. Consisting of two beds and a sofa bed in each . The rooms are dated but clean and tidy with a large balcony. They have a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge both off which we’re spotless and worked perfectly.Along with this there is plates , cups ,glasses cutlery etc. . The bathroom was a good size with a decent sized shower .The air conditioning in the room worked fine nice to come into from the heat outside . The maids came every day to clean , change the beds bring more toilet rolls ,clean towels etc If you do not want the maids on any day just hang the sign on the door and they won’t bother you . The restaurant is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep it this way . The food was always delicious and warm . Can honestly say we never had a cold meal whilst we were there. There is a bar in the restaurant and one by the pool . The one inside closes at 10pm and the pool one at 1030pm.There is a choice of cocktails beer spirits and soft drinks. Outside there is a lovely children’s pool which is covered by sunshades . The larger pool is lovely too with three slides at the far end . Our 14 year old son had a great time on the slides . There is a full day of fun organised for the older children to join in if they want .. Our son especially enjoyed the water polo and volleyball. There is a table tennis table , basketball court , football nets ,volleyball court and also a smaller pool around the back of the building. The only down side to the hotel is the tiles around the pool are slippery when wet so careful footing is needed , but there is fake grass placed at the entrance to the pools which helps . Also the disabled access to the lifts in the smaller block is too steep my mum had to get out of her wheelchair to climb the three steps . We had a fab week at this hotel it’s not 5 star luxury but it is a lovely hotel with hard working staff . Places to visit Nessebar old town is well worth a visit also Nessebar water park is fabulous it has lots of rides a wave pool and large swimming pool .

Came on Tuesday 23rd august. Was disappointed as soon as we got here. Room smelt so bad, toilet would drain everytime someone else flushed their toilet. Shower was powerful but tiny cubicle and bathroom floor was lethal when wet. Cleaners do just come in when you’re asleep so make sure to put the dnd sign on the door. Bed sheet was torn & had blood on. Although decent thing was balcony was a good size. Had to push 2 single beds together. The tv is extremely old. Didn’t even try to turn it on. Exposed cables too. The air con smelt bad but it worked really well. The fridge will make a noise constantly and is always humming. Hotel reception aren’t the best. Our shower didn’t work and we rang them to tell them and they said ‘understood’ and hung up. We also had no cold water for a couple days too. The food - food was cold most days, chicken was actually raw!!! We have photos. I’m fussy too so there wasn’t muhc for me! So keep in mind if you have fussy kids. Staff are rude and don’t talk. The water slides - my boyfriend cut his foot open on the slide & we had to do our own first aid. It was a pretty deep cut 😅my mum ripped her bikini bottoms on the slide too. Other than that, the pool was clean but be careful on the outside of the pool as it’s very wet and uneven tiles, some aren’t secure and lift up. Easy to hurt yourself. Nice places are Fat cat & Garfield for food. We went to DGV after food and my boyfriend and I had our money stolen from us. So please be careful with your money!

Rooms - very dated but my room was clean. Our beds were comfortable. Shower cubicle was tiny, but the shower was powerful. Television was very old, but we didn't even try and turn it on. Decent size balcony with chairs, table and clothes airer. Bathroom had a sewage smell at times. No iron in the room, had to request from reception, but had to keep taking it back as they only have one for the whole hotel 🤷‍♀️ No ironing board so used a chair 🤣 Food - hit and miss, sometimes warm, sometimes cold. BEWARE, check your meat is cooked. See photo of raw chicken that was served! Good selection of cereal and bread in the morning. I didn't try the cooked food, so can't comment. Lunch and dinner, again plenty of bread, cheese, salad and cooked food. Deserts were cakes, fruit and small custard filled pastries. Cooked food was potato dishes, pasta, rice, and meat dishes. Lots of fries and pizza. Pizza, cake and ice cream served between lunch and dinner at the pool bar. Generous alcohol measures!!! All inclusive cola was vile tho! Plenty of other juices to choose from. Coffee machine was nice 👌 Pool - Pool rules depends on which life guard is on duty 🤣 BEEARE... my daughters boyfriend sliced his food on the slide (See photo) and the staff were disinterested. No first aider but they did provide the stuff to sort it ourselves 🤣 I went down the slide once and ripped my bikini bottoms. Pool seemed to be clean. Poolside is lethal during the day, very easy to slip as not cleaned. Kids really enjoyed the pool and slides. Entertainment - kids entertainment at 8pm for half an hour. Usually a disco. Face painting which you have to pay for. Colouring during the day. We enjoyed water polo. They also have volley ball and a basketball court. They do water gymnastics as well. Staff - mostly very rude. Entertainment staff were lovely. We won't be returning.
