The hotel looks good on the pictures but it is very dirty and stinky. There was spider webs everywhere and it is building is very old the wall's paint is off. It needs some renovation. Cleaning not being done properly. The food is always the same (no taste) and they are short of cutlery most of the time you have the food but not cutlery to eat unless you go to eat first. I dont really know how they are a 5 star hotel. Really disappointed.

Hi All, Please don't visit this hotel with high expectations. I would for sure won't come back and won't recommend anyone to visit this hotel coz they are overpriced as well over hyped. I won't be scoring more than 1.5 star because of below reasons: 1. The hotel may look elegant from the photos but it's totally opposite once you visit the hotel. 2. The receptionist was rude to us when we asked to extend our stay for few hours. They say come a day before and then on that day they will act funny. I have seen this behavior with multiple people. 3. Food is the worst. It's not even worth for a penny. They all taste like rotten or raw. 4. The entire hotel premises is dirty and not cleaned well. The swimming pool is also in the same condition. Nobody to regulate the pool and coz of this pool is dirty. 5. There is no possibility to get sun bed in the hotel premises unless you can get up and run at 6 am to put your things on the sun bed aka you can call it as booked 😆. 6. There is always a huge line for drinks. 7. The bar says it operates till 12 AM but they stop serving drinks at 11:30 saying they need to clean and asks us to leave. 8. There was no help provided while entering to hotel or to the room. 9. We need to wait minimum 10 to 15 min for the elevator. 10. There is no proper air conditioning in the room. The plus point of this hotel is: 1. The location is infront of the Sea. 2. A lady was cleaning our room daily.

We were on holiday and our daughter forgot her phone on the table in the restaurant after dinner The manager made it appear after some one already put it on silent. We want to tell the manager is very helpful. She is controlling the situation and making sure guests are seated and feeling comfortable in this amazing hotel Thank you

I'm not a verry picky person, but this is the worst experience I had so far, and I stayed in all kinds of hotels. 3, 4, 5 stars hotels. This is by far the worst. I payed 1500€ and I can tell you, it wasn't wort it. The food is terrible, I don't have what to eat. I eat only to keep myself alive. Same food every day, same fried things, same french fried, fried cheese, and mostly processed and frosen food, at a 5 star hotel ???!!! Cleaning crew is almost inexistent. My slippers are getting stuck on floor. One of my friend almost fell because the shoes GLUED to the floor. We laugh, but we should of cried instead. The pool is filthy, garbage floating on water all day, no one to clean the pool during the day. Tile is green, moldy, ans missing, I scratched myself a couple of time. The floor of the pool is disgusting. The umbrellas are mouldy and 100 years old. The VIP area is kind of better, but for the regular people, the chairs at the pool are far from acceptable. Grass and weeds are growing through the tile at the pool. For the canopy you have to pay 50 leva/day, even though we were told ecerything is free at ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE, except parking and the seif... what is that about? Payed seif and parking at a 5 star hotel, ultra all inclusive? Talking about the parking... expect to pay 15 leva/day for parking, but the worst part is... if you can find a parking. Maximum 50 parking places at the hotel. At the beach, the reserved beach sunbeds, are not enough. Combibed beach and pool, are not enough. You have to come verry early in the morning or late in the night, after the beach is supposed to br cleaned, to pick your chairs, otherwise, you payed ultra all inclusive for nothing. On the beach there is no hotel bar, you have to go back to rhe hotel to pick up a beverage, or go to the bar and pay for a beverage. The elevators are not working all the time. One of my friend is staying at 8th floor, and the elevator is not working. They have to take another wing elevator, get down at 7th floor, walk to the other wing, and climb the stairs, with 2 small childrens. I have only one plus for this review... the view. The hotel is placed almost on the beach, and the view is very nice. You can see all the city, clif front, ane the sea from the room. At night is fabulos. From the outside is one of the best looking hotel on the beach, but the reality strikes you bad, when you get closser. I feel bad, I wanted to have a good time, but instead I want to go home every day. One of my friend packed to leave twice in the first 2 days. We have some friends at 2 km away, at hotel MELIÃ, a 4 star hotel, but it feels like there are 100 stars compared to this. Should be more to talk about, but I will stop here. The facebook page is also a testemony for the poor management.

Great hotel on the beach! Variety of foods but most importantly great stuff especially the entertainment team (Banani) who always encouraged the guests to participate in the sports. Super great! Thanks a lot!
