The three-star resort Chaika Beach is one of the most emblematic complexes in Sunny Beach. Sunny Beach is located between the northern and southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera, in the municipality of Nessebar. Situated on the beach, this hotel offers its guests magnificent sea views, comfort, home coziness, and first-class service. The hotel offers several accommodation options in simple but cozy double rooms, studios, and apartments. Chaika Beach Resort offers BB, HB, or summer vacation on an all-inclusive basis with unlimited food and drinks. Food lovers of all ages can enjoy a delicious and varied buffet in the hotel's main restaurant. The on-site à la carte restaurant serves temptations from the Mediterranean region. The conditions are absolutely terrible, alongside with the food and the services. The rooms are in a deplorable state and the staff has an absolute disgraceful level of english throughout which it is impossible to have a normal and intelligible conversation. Personally for me it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I'll keep this short. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT book this hotel! Not even for one night if you don't have where to sleep! I've been at the hotel for 7 days with All-Inclusive in the period of 23.08.2021-30.08.2021 1. Cleanliness - the hotel is very dirty. The only place that looks clean is the reception and the outside of the hotel. The sheets were so dirty and had so many dirty spots ( yellow and black things on them, I have pics ). They don't come into your room to replace the sheets, clean, or take the trash out. Not even talking to change your towels which were dirty as well! 2. Bathroom - You can't find any shampoo. If you have a sea view room, you won't have any hot water during certain hours for long periods of time. The water flows in the bathroom from the sink or toilet (and they can't fix it) and it's so misery everything. 3. Food - No joke, I've got food poisoning from their food. You'll have every day the same food and it will be reheated for the next time. No salt, no taste, no nothing. You can't find anything to eat there and I don't advise you to eat there, to be honest. 4. Service - Everyone was so sad and bored and many don't know English. You can't speak with some of the staff and they are not so happy to help or assist you in any problem you encounter. 5. Bar - The coffee machines were broken almost the entire time we were at the hotel. The juices are advertised as " Cola/Fanta/Sprite " but they are just some low-quality juices mixed with CO2 and sugar. The taste is so bad and after you try to finish one cup, you'll see some nasty powder and sugar on the bottom of the cup. The most unsafe and disgusting thing, even in a pandemic crisis, is that they had a juice machine at the restaurant. People went there with their own plastic bottles and filled them all the way into the machine to get water or juice. It's so disgusting and unsafe but the staff did not bother at all. If you say something to them, they'll smile and pretend to not understand. Others will just laugh. If you say something to those people that do this, they are ready to fight you over because you are rude that you point them out for being nasty. 6. Location - The location actually it's pretty good as the beach is in front of the hotel. 7. Wi-fi - The only place you'll get connection is in the reception. You'll see the Wi-Fi name in the list in your room or restaurant but the chances for it to work are almost 0. I could not get any internet connection even in my room. So, to be honest, if you want to enjoy a few days of summer in Sunny Beach, my advice is to avoid all possibilities of this hotel. Find another place to stay, there are plenty of hotels there.

I don’t understand why it’s a 4 Star resort? 1 star is too much. No entertainment facilities or music. Staff were so sad looking all the time. The ‘juice’ was not juice at all and none of the soft drinks are genuine sprite, Coca Cola etc. None of the coffee machines worked during our stay and only 1 water tap for the whole food hall. Food was average, mostly cold and drenched in oil. Salad bar saved the day for me. Food hall floor was filthy and cutlery and plates rarely replenished when empty! I ate my salad with a spoon. Pool area chairs are mostly broken and pool water insanely cold? No music or atmosphere in the pool area. Snack bar was decent in the pool area with ice cream pops, fries doughnuts etc. Rooms were decent but bedding was so so so poor. Pillows uncomfortable. Beach outside area was so lovely 13.50 bg for the day which is not included in an all inclusive package. This place needs massive refurbishment

Hi, we spent our holiday in this hotel which has 4stars but it worth just three or less. I do not recommend this hotel to people who want STANDARD accommodation. Food was not hot, mainly cold, one long desk for 3 complexes, one machine for drink. Water just from the machine, the juice is mainly water because the juice is out of the machine. Cleaning is terrible, no clean towels, duvets are dirty. The air conditioner dropped above us. One elevator at the reception, not enough. In the room we won’t able to charge our phone normally, we had to plug out the fridge.. we did not have hot water, just in the morning time and from 9pm. The view from our room was great because we had our balcony to the beach. From outside this resort looks good, but in the inside you just disappointed. We had all inclusive, but we missed loads of hot food, more kind of foods, drinks. The drinks from the bar were just mixed with juice and one alcohol. We enjoyed the beach, it was clean and the beach service was great. I can imagine that this resort was great many years before, but now it needs reconstruction.
