A great experience for all our family.
The rooms and the public spaces are very clean and well maintained. The houseeppeing staff was very friendly, reactive and efficient.
The restaurant is also very nice. After trying a few places, we ended eating only here. The restaurant staff was also very nice, professional and friendly and we enjoyed all our interactions.
A very children friendly place too. A late evening our son had a small wound and the receptionnist came out in a second with a disinfectant solution. They also have turtles, rabbits and various birds as well as a playground.
Besides, we appreciated the location in the middle of the resort, but still quiet and with a beatifully kept garden, which seems to be a passion for the founder and owned and now for the entire family.
At every moment we felt safe in good and carying hands and are really happy with our choice.
In a few words, a great experience for us and will be definately happy to come back !
Thanks to the entire team !

We were back again to our favorite hotel in Bulgaria. The whole hotel and the premises were spotless and the atmosphere was excellent. Our room was spacious and quite cool despite the scorching heat, the towels and linen were frequently changed. The food was delicious, big choice both for breakfast and dinner. We spent many pleasant evenings on the restaurant terrace, surrounded by so many amazing plants. Congratulations to the owners and the staff for keeping the service excellent during these turbulent times. Everybody is so kind, friendly and professional. See you next year!

Well what can i say apart from excellent, from its location to everything right down to the fantastic help and service from the owner Lena and Mark and all the staff . Rooms are spotless, cleaned daily and fresh towels on request they also went above and beyond by decorating my room for my birthday and taking my husband out in there car to buy my birthday card . This hotel and staff get a 10/10 and we are booking to return in a few weeks 🙌

We keep on coming to Trakia Garden every year because the hotel offers everything we expect. Everything is very well managed and organized. Our room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned every day, towels and bedding changed regularly and the cleaning ladies were very considerate and polite. The pool area is great and very clean, the prices at the pool bar are more than acceptable. There is a good choice of delicious dishes both for breakfast and dinner. We also ordered lunch in the restaurant every day. The garden is lovely and makes you feel you are in nature. The staff is always ready to help and handles all unexpected situations in a professional and caring way. Moreover, the location is great. It takes less than ten minutes to get to beach and less than five minutes to the bus stop for the Old town. We will definitely be back next year.

Fantastic value for money, spotlessly clean, family run so you get a very hands on experience where nothing is a problem and the family and staff can’t do enough for you to make your stay with them as pleasurable as possible. I would strongly recommend this hotel as they also have a high quantity of repeat business. I will be returning in July for two weeks with my wife.

This was our second visit here. We found this lovely hotel last year and stayed for 2 weeks in September. Everything was perfect so we decided to book again. We have just returned after 2 marvellous weeks. I sent an E mail tothe hotel requesting a top floor room and received an immediate reply from Zlatelina saying that this was no problem. When we arrived, we were greeted like long lost friends. our room on the 6th floor was spacious with a pool view and a lovely view over the surrounding area. our towels were changed every day by our lovely cleaner who always had a smile on her face as did the rest of the staff. Every part of the hotel is spotless as the army of cleaners seemed to be working none stop including sweeping the road outside the hotel. There are plenty of clean comfortable beds around the landscaped poo which also has a childrens play area. Breakfast is a choice of cereals, cheese and ham etc. and also a cooked breakfast which is replaced regulary. We enjoyed having a drink and salad at lunchtime whilst sitting in the front garden whilst chatting to Micho. I 'm sure we'll return to this lovely hotel later this year and meeting Erene again.

The Trakia garden Hotel in Sunny Beach Bulgaria is a family run hotel set back from the main street surrounded by gardens and patios giving an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The spacious pool area with bar is a popular attraction with adults and children alike for sunbathing, swimming and socialising and a few steps brings you to the patio bar for lunch and drinks. The friendly staff at the Trakia garden are always there to help make your stay and I personally know three generations of this amazing family by name and would recommend a stay here as your introduction to this wonderful tourist destination that is Bulgaria

Small family hotel. In central location, bus stops not far from hotel also the little tourist train stops outside. Staff are friendly, room was a good size. Quite dated but very clean. Lovely shower with loads of hot water and very powerful. Nice balcony with table and 2 chairs plus clothes airer. Food was ok, nothing fancy but eatable. Nice pool and play park for kiddies. The gardens are lovely with loads of little nooks and crannies to explore. Plenty of outside seating with umbrellas. Would stay here again if I'm back in Bulgaria. Thanks to the staff team.

We are still very satisfied with this hotel for so many years!
The staff is perfect, always cheerful, helpful and available to give good advice to have the best stay in Sunny Beach possible. Many languages are spoken, which makes us feel welcome and gives a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
What makes this hotel different from others are the hundreds of varieties of flowers, the different types of birds, the turtles and the rabbits that abound in the entire garden. It is always a pleasure to walk around and enjoy.
The food is very good, there is a lot of choice, whether it is more traditional or more international (special mention to the Tarator which was one of the best I ate).

Thanks again to the whole team for their awesome and passionate work. :)

We arrived here early on the 30th august . We were greeted with a food bag and a bottle of wine as it was my birthday that day . That’s really as good as it got . I have read all the reviews about the food so kind of knew what to expect but I still hoped it would be better . The most exciting bit about breakfast was if it was fried or scrambled egg . It was that repetitive. You should bring your own spreads and butter . The evening meal was carb central . It was 3 choices of meat being a veggie no use to me and there was always 1 veggie choice normally cabbage stew . All the Norms really chips , potatoes, rice . There is an a la carte restaurant downstairs so why not put more effort into the food upstairs . Fish was on offer twice in 14 days . The holiday was cheap so that is maybe why . The grounds are beautiful . You should have a look round . The pool was lovely and a lovely pool bar where the beer was £1.50 . I wouldn’t come back but did meet some lovely people . The only reason this is given high ratings is because people come back every year to see other guests to meet up . I spoke to a few people who said they have been coming back for 10 or so years . But if this was their first time they wouldn’t bother . It does have potential and needs updating and if you eat out every night then the hotel food doesn’t matter .
